Summon the Villain: Marvel.

Chapter 348 Nathan Hawke: "So this is a world of civil war?"

The scene switches to the solemn and dignified General Assembly Hall at the United Nations headquarters. Representatives from various countries gather together in an extremely tense atmosphere. The Secretary-General of the United Nations stands on the podium with a stern face and an important document in his hand.

“Fellow delegates,” the Secretary-General’s voice echoed throughout the conference room, “after the tragic events in Sokovia, the international community must take urgent measures to prevent similar tragedies from happening again.”

He paused, looked around the room, and continued, "The United Nations drafted the 'Sokovia Accords' bill, which aims to regulate the behavior of people with superpowers and ensure global security. Today, this agreement was unanimously passed with the support of representatives from various countries."

The audience burst into warm applause, and the representatives expressed their support and agreement. The scene turned to the US Capitol, where the legislative meeting was in full swing. In the conference hall, the congressmen had a heated discussion, and the two sides had a fierce clash of views.

Senator James Holman, the sponsor of the "Superhero Registration Act", stood on the podium with a serious expression. He held up a document and showed it to the congressmen present.

"The tragedy of Sokovia must not happen again," James Holman said in a firm and powerful voice. "We must strictly regulate the behavior of superheroes to ensure that they do not cause more destruction and harm while protecting civilians."

The representative of the opposing party, Senator Carol Martinez, stood up and looked at James Holman firmly. "We can't generalize," Carol Martinez's voice was full of emotion, "Many superheroes have made great sacrifices to protect us. We should find better ways instead of simply restricting their actions."

The parliamentarians in the meeting hall had a heated debate, with voices of support and opposition coming one after another. Finally, the parliament chairman announced the voting results.

"The Superhero Registration Bill has officially passed with a 53% to 47% vote."

Applause and opposition mixed together, and the atmosphere in the conference hall became increasingly tense. The scene switched back to the United Nations headquarters, where one of the United Nations representatives, Mr. Matthew Stone, and one of the main American leaders, James Holman, were having an emergency meeting.

Matthew Stone, wearing a dark suit, looked serious, with a firm determination in his eyes. He said to James Holman: "James, we must ensure that the Superhero Registration Act is strictly enforced worldwide. This is not only the responsibility of the United States, but also the common task of the international community."

James Holman nodded, with a hint of heaviness in his tone: "I understand, Matthew. We will do our best to ensure the implementation and enforcement of the bill. Our goal is to ensure global security while respecting the superheroes who fight for us."

The two shook hands with determined eyes, as if making final preparations for the upcoming challenge. The picture was frozen on their tightly clasped hands, symbolizing the determination and cooperative spirit of the international community to jointly deal with the superhero issue.

In a brightly lit conference room in the Pentagon, Matthew Stone and James Holman were waiting. The two were dressed in suits and looked serious, but their eyes were filled with ambition and desire. They knew that the success of this meeting would bring them endless benefits and power.

The door of the conference room suddenly opened, and Tony Stark walked in briskly. He was wearing a neat suit, but his tie was loose, and he had his signature frivolous smile on his face. Tony waved casually, and his eyes quickly swept over Matthew and James with a hint of cynicism.

"Hey, Matthew, James," Tony greeted in his unique way, with a relaxed tone, "I'm a little late, but I'm sure you don't mind."

Matthew Stone and James Holman looked at each other, forced a smile, stood up and shook hands with Tony. Matthew's expression was a little stiff, but he still tried to be polite: "Tony, I'm glad you can come."

James was more direct, with a hint of dissatisfaction in his eyes: "Tony, we have a lot of things to discuss and time is running out."

Tony's mouth curled up slightly, his eyes twinkling with cunning. He sat down and said casually, "Oh, I know, I know. Something about the Superhero Registration Act, right? Don't worry, I did some research."

Tony paused deliberately, and seemingly accidentally turned on a small holographic projector in his hand. As the light flickered, some private information about Matthew Stone and James Holman began to appear in the air. Matthew's corruption in some government contracts, James's black money transactions during the election, all the dirty inside stories were revealed to them one by one.

Tony spoke casually with exaggerated movements and a quick tone, "Oh, look here, Matthew, your account hidden in the Swiss bank is quite rich. And James, your campaign was really a sensation, especially those secret sources of donations."

Matthew and James' faces suddenly turned pale. They looked at each other, sweat already forming on their foreheads. Matthew tried to remain calm, but his voice was trembling: "Tony, how do you know this?"

Tony's face suddenly became serious, his eyes cold: "You know, Friday is a very good assistant. She makes me know all your little secrets."

He paused, and glanced at the two of them sharply: "So, now it's your turn to listen to me. Don't think that the dominant power will fall into your hands, otherwise, I don't mind letting these materials see the light of day."

Matthew and James looked at each other, their eyes full of helplessness and anger, but they knew very well that they could not fight against Tony. In the end, they had to bow their heads and force a smile to show compromise.

Seeing this, Tony smiled brightly and said in a relaxed tone, "Great, it's a pleasure working with you. Don't worry, I'll get the superheroes to sign. You just need to prepare the celebration dinner."

He stood up, patted the two on the shoulders, and said with a smile: "Just wait and see, everyone. Also, don't forget to save a good seat for me. I like to see you drinking and hugging a supermodel at the same time."

Tony turned and left the meeting room, his steps brisk and confident. Matthew and James looked at his back with complicated expressions on their faces, with anger and reluctance in their hearts, but more of helplessness and fear.

With Tony's departure, the meeting room regained its brief silence. Matthew and James sighed helplessly.

In a narrow alley, the chaotic music mixed with the hustle and bustle of the city made people feel particularly uneasy. A young woman was surrounded by a group of thugs, who had grim smiles on their faces and greedily stared at her bag.

"Hand over the money, miss, or we won't be polite." A gangster said viciously.

The woman hugged her bag tightly, her face full of fear, and kept backing away, but there was no way to retreat.

At this moment, Spider-Man suddenly appeared above the alley, wearing a red and blue battle suit, and jumped down from a building. He rolled gracefully when he landed, stood up, put his hands on his waist, and his eyes were sparkling.

"Hey, everyone, good morning! Are you having a party? Why didn't you invite me?" Spider-Man said in his unique humorous tone, with a cynical smile on his face.

The thugs turned around and saw Spider-Man appear, with unhappy expressions on their faces. One of the tall thugs sneered, "Spider-Man? Who do you think you are? A clown in tights?"

Spider-Man pretended to think about it for a moment and nodded, "Well, it is a bit conspicuous in tights. But at least I'm not like you guys, bullying an innocent lady this morning."

Another thug angrily pulled out a knife and waved it at Spider-Man: "Shut up! Do you think you can stop us?"

Spider-Man dodged the blades easily, his movements were as flexible as dancing. "Whoa, be careful! You almost cut my new clothes. I don't want to go to the tailor."

The thugs became even more angry, and they all drew their weapons and rushed towards Spider-Man. Spider-Man quickly entered combat mode, his body shuttled through the alleys, his movements were agile, like a red and blue lightning.

A thug swung his fist at Spider-Man, who dodged it deftly, saying, "Hey, you have a good punch, but you need to work on your aim."

He took advantage of the situation and punched the gangster in the abdomen. The gangster groaned in pain and fell to the ground, holding his stomach.

Another thug attacked from the side, but Spider-Man dodged the attack with a leap, then used spider silk to stick to the thug's wrist and suddenly pulled him against the wall: "Let's do some stickiness training to see how good your endurance is?"

The gangster's body hit the wall heavily with a dull thud, and then slid weakly to the ground.

The remaining thugs saw that the situation was not good and tried to escape, but Spider-Man would never let them do that. He quickly shot out spider silk, accurately sticking to their feet and firmly fixing them to the ground: "Where are you going? The party isn't over yet!"

The thugs struggled, but the spider silk was as tough as iron and they couldn't break free at all. Spider-Man walked up to the woman and said with a smile, "Don't worry, miss, they can't bully you anymore."

The woman looked at Spider-Man gratefully, her eyes full of gratitude: "Thank you, Spider-Man."

Spider-Man waved his hand and smiled, "It's nothing. This is what I should do. Protecting the citizens of New York is my duty."

Then, Spider-Man turned to look at the subdued thugs and said jokingly, "Everyone, I hope you will think carefully about your actions when you reflect on yourself. Next time we meet, I don't want to see you bullying others again."

The thugs looked frightened and lowered their heads, not daring to look at Spider-Man again.

Spider-Man used spider silk to tie them together and waited for the police to arrive. He clapped his hands, turned around and waved goodbye to the woman: "Okay, miss, you can go home with peace of mind. If you need anything, feel free to call Spider-Man."

The woman nodded and said gratefully, "Thank you, Spider-Man."

Spider-Man smiled and jumped onto the wall, his figure quickly disappearing into the morning light.

"Hey!"

Spider-Man jumped onto the rooftop of a tall building, looked around to make sure no one was around, then took off his mask, revealing Peter Parker's tired but still childish face. He took out a hot dog from his suit, smiled and said to himself, "Finally I can enjoy a good breakfast. My hero life in the morning is so busy."

He was about to take a big bite of the hot dog when a hand patted his shoulder. Peter Parker was shocked, and his spider sense instantly boiled, as if every cell in his body was screaming danger. The sudden fear made him completely unable to move, and his body trembled slightly, as if he was frozen.

"Hello, Peter Parker." A low and calm voice sounded in his ears, with a chilling majesty.

Peter Parker felt the control of his body restored, and immediately jumped back, the hot dog in his hand flying to the ground. He looked at the source of the sound with fear on his face, his eyes wide open, cold sweat on his forehead, and asked in a trembling voice: "Who are you?"
