King Kai Shin used his privileges as King Kai to bring Goku and Whis to the front of the Grand Palace.

However, outside the palace, there was already a short man standing there with his hands behind his back, as if waiting for them.

"Is that child the High Priest?" Sun Wukong asked in a low voice to King God Shin beside him.

Maybe because the high priest was short in stature, Sun Wukong actually mistook him for a child at first.

When King of the Gods saw that Son Goku was so rude, he hurriedly pulled Son Goku's clothes, signaling him not to raise his head and look directly at the high priest.
