Operation Red Book

Chapter 70: Signed a Contract with the Devil 1

Ivy shook off the hair that was blocking her vision and straightened her tilted body.

My hands behind my back suddenly felt extremely sticky, and then I felt the pain in my palms.

Ivy touched the palm of her right hand with her fingers and realized that the hairpin had been clenched too tightly due to nervousness and had already cut the skin on her palm and pierced into the flesh.

Dorian had returned to his human form, except that his olive-colored pupils had turned into a glowing red.

He stood motionless in front of Ivy, muttering to himself.

"What's going on... I've never had this feeling before... I'm sick... How could this happen..."

"Soul... Because of the soul, I am hungry... Yes, I am hungry..."

Dorian constricted his pupils and breathed heavily. His left hand unconsciously came to his lips. His scarlet tongue pierced through the sharp teeth and licked the blood on his hand.

His pupils dilated and he took another bite in disbelief. Then he widened his eyes in surprise and looked at Ivy sitting on the ground, like a beautiful snake staring at its prey.

"What are you doing? Are you going to kill me? Or do you want to eat me alive?"

Ivy watched Dorian step towards her step by step, and she squirmed backwards in panic.

It was not until his back hit a thick tree trunk that he realized he had nowhere to escape.

Dorian crouched down close to Ivy, holding up her chin, his olive eyes full of arrogance and indifference.

"I can't kill you now. I'm going to ask Joshua to come over and let him see with his own eyes that I'm biting off your neck, and then I'm going to eat your soul clean."

While Dorian was proudly saying these horrifying words, he moved closer to Ivy's neck, opened his rows of serrations, and bit Ivy's white neck.

A great fear came over her, and the moment when the vampire bit her neck in the past occupied her mind again.

A chill swept through her body, tears welled up in her eyes, she couldn't help twitching, her face turned pale.

Dorian sensed her fear and lifted his head from his shoulders.

A row of bloody teeth marks appeared on Ivy's fair neck and shoulders, changing shape as her neck moved, and blood was still oozing out.

Dorian stuck out his tongue and licked the blood on his teeth nimbly, then smiled at her, like a gorgeous peony blooming freely, if it didn't have those sharp teeth.

"Your soul tastes really delicious, a fresh taste I have never tasted before." He said intoxicatedly, "I couldn't help but ask Joshua to come over quickly."

Ivy pursed her lips and looked at Dorian. She took several breaths before she spoke tremblingly:

"Joshua won't come here just because I told him I didn't want to see him or talk to him."

"Then I'll knock you out first, then go find him while holding your neck. Will he remain indifferent?"

"Joshua is always with Moriarty. Moriarty is much smarter. He will find the SCO. Then, you will be in trouble, right?"

Ivy's lips turned pale and she tried hard not to collapse.

"Oh - it seems that killing you now is the best option."

Dorian rested his cheek on his long black nails, smiling.

"I want to sign a contract with you!" Ivy said anxiously.

In fact, she herself didn't know what she was saying, how come it just came out of her mouth suddenly.
