When Fu Ying brought out the dishes, she found Xia Fu was still there, and said rudely: "Are you not finished talking yet?"

Shaffer spread his hands: "You can't chase people away at mealtime, can you? Also, why are you eating so well now? Pre-prepared meals from the supermarket?"

She was surprised to see braised chicken feet, braised eggplant, spicy tofu and a plate of turkey noodles on the table.

"Why is there only one plate of noodles? It seems you really don't intend to treat me, Song Shu." she said.

Fu Ying brought a large bowl of sweet soup to the dining table and said in a cold voice, "I don't cook for outsiders."

Shaffer clicked his tongue: "I'm her sister."

Fu Ying sneered: "It doesn't matter even if you are her daughter."

Xia Fu's expression turned ugly. Song Shu quickly stood between the two of them, scratched his head, and said, "Forget it, after all, everyone is here."

She put the turkey noodles in a bowl and gave it to Schaffer.

Shaffer: "My little sister is very obedient."

Song Shu pulled a large plate of turkey noodles in front of her, picked up the chopsticks and started chewing the noodles. Fu Ying sat next to her and drank the sweet soup.

Shaffer looked at the pitiful amount in the bowl and said nothing. He sat down and took a few bites. He said expressionlessly, "Have you only been eating junk food at home these past few years?"

Song Shu inhaled because of the spiciness, with red chili oil on her lips. As she inhaled, she said, "I can cook for myself...hiss...I can't just eat instant noodles or order takeout every meal...hiss..."

Fu Ying handed over a bowl of cooled sweet soup, but Song Shu only drank the juice.

Xia Fu lowered his head and finished his noodles. He picked up a few bites of vegetables and tasted them. He put down his chopsticks and commented: "The cooking skills are acceptable."

Fu Ying didn't even raise her eyes, not caring about her comment at all.

Song Shu swallowed the noodles in big mouthfuls, her cheeks bulging, no different from the little squirrel's pajamas on her body. Xia Fu leaned back in the chair and watched her eat for a long time.

When Song Shu finished a whole plate of noodles, tears welling up in his eyes from the spicy food, and lowered his head to drink the sweet soup, Xia Fu stood up and took out a cigarette case from his trouser pocket.

"Smoking is not allowed indoors." Fu Ying said, "Go outside."

Shaffer tilted his head to look at her: "You smoke too, right?"

"I used to smoke, but I'm starting to quit today," said Fu Ying.

Shaffer didn't bother to pay attention to her and went to the corridor to light the fire.

"Eat slowly," Fu Ying looked at Song Shu, who was sitting at the table in a daze after drinking a full bowl of sweet soup. She was helpless and wiped her tears lovingly, "You have to eat even though you don't have the strength."

"You don't understand. You need to practice making turkey noodles every once in a while." After Song Shu recovered, he wiped his mouth, ate two chicken feet, and stood up to clean up the dishes.

Fu Ying took it over: "I'll do it, you go and take a rest."

Song Shu looked at her and sighed, "Fu Ying, why do you like me so much? You always rush to do the housework."

"If I don't do housework for my girlfriend, should I do it for other women?" Fu Ying said, kissing her lips, "So hot."

Song Shu muttered, "You asked for it."

She turned around and looked out the door, meeting Shaffer's gaze as he stood in the hallway.

"..."

She walked out the door, not intending to hide anything, and confessed: "You saw it, Fu Ying is my girlfriend."

Shaffer was not surprised, and said calmly: "Well, your girlfriend kissed you on the mouth under my gaze."

Song Shu: “…”

Xia Fu: "This kid not only has low emotional intelligence, but also has many little tricks. I don't quite understand. Are you attracted by her cooking skills?"

Song Shu: "I don't really want to discuss this with you."

Xia Fu walked to the corridor window, looked down, and asked, "Do you know Li Shuang?"

Her casual words made Song Shu feel a spasm in her stomach again. She twitched her eyebrows imperceptibly and said calmly, "I guess so."

Shaffer smoked a cigarette, thought for a moment, and said, "She is also a purple-level superpower. She has two superpowers. One is the 'shield' you have seen, and the other is the 'charming eye'. Don't look her in the eye."

Song Shu said: "Why are you telling me this? They will register their abilities."

Xia Fu turned around and looked at her: "I just want to say that there are too many men in your base, and even more low-level psychics, who can be easily seduced by her. Even if she doesn't activate her psychic powers, those who are obsessed with her appearance will be seduced away."

Song Shu taunted, "Then you should ask her to wear a mask."

Schaffer smiled and shook his head.

"You don't understand. Her face is the best weapon, and her superpowers are the protective shield over the weapon." She said, "Since you have a girlfriend, there is no need for me to give you advice on your relationship."

Song Shu: "I didn't ask you to give me any advice, did you discuss it yourself?"

The smile on Schaffer's face did not fade at all.

"Me?" She kicked the wall and said lightly, "I had a one-night stand with a beautiful and heartless woman. We had a drunken fight over who was on top, and in the end we compromised and each had sex once."

Song Shu: "...There's no need to tell me such a detailed process."

She paused and asked, "Where is she? Do you know where she is?"

"It was several years ago. She was pretty and mixed-race," Shaffer said. "She had eyes greener than cat's eyes, like a wolf. Well, you don't know her even if I tell you."

Song Shu sighed: "You actually like girls, I can't imagine it."

"If you can like girls, why can't I?" Shaffer said, "With our family background, it's normal to love women."

Song Shu was silent for a few seconds, then waved his hand: "You can go back. I need to rest in the afternoon."

Shaffer: "Well, let me remind you to be more moderate during the day."

Song Shu almost lost her grip on the door handle. She said unhappily, "I'm not like you!"

When she looked back again, Shaffer was no longer in the corridor.

"Really..." Song Shu muttered as she closed the door and returned to the bedroom. The moment she lay down on the bed, she felt endless fatigue coming over her body, enough to make her fall into a deep sleep the next second.

After washing the dishes and clearing the table, Fu Ying washed her hands with soap and took a shower with the remaining hot water.

When she returned to the bedroom, she saw Song Shu, wearing a nightgown, lying motionless on the bed and had fallen asleep.

Fu Ying walked over, gently turned her over, covered her with a quilt, and gave her a light kiss on her smooth forehead.

"My little Shu must always be happy." She murmured.
