The tenth day of the end of the world.

The rainstorm showed no signs of abating.

Many low-rise buildings were severely flooded, and in several old communities in the south of the city, rainwater had already reached the second floor.

The bustling and lively streets of the new city were not spared the impact of the heavy rain.

Urban garbage has blocked the drains, and huge whirlpools can be seen every few intersections.

Despite this, there are still a very small number of people who have to go out in order to make a living.

Among them are deliverymen, couriers, and police officers who are always busy on the front line.

For this prosperous southern city by the sea, it rains half of the twelve months a year.

Sometimes even the next week is a common occurrence.

Therefore, many people believe that this rainstorm will last no more than ten days and then be over.

But just when the heavy rain entered its twentieth day, someone finally couldn't hold it in anymore.

There are a lot of complaints online.

"What's going on? Why can't I place an order for takeout today? Everyone, what's going on over there?"

"At least you can order takeout, but I haven't eaten in three days. If it keeps raining, I'll probably have to report over there first."

"Brother, you have to hold on. I still have half a box of instant noodles. I'll give you half! Luckily, I usually like to stock up on food."

"Thanks brother, you are a good man!"

"Oh, when will this rain stop? It's been twenty days. I haven't even changed my underwear at home! This morning, I saw a patch of mushrooms in the corner of the wall!"

"Hahaha, mushrooms are growing! That's a good thing, at least you won't starve!"

The group was chatting animatedly, and no one realized that there was something wrong with the rainstorm.

Jiang Xingxu didn't want to watch any further, so he turned off his phone, and in a flash he entered the farm space.

As soon as I entered, Wangcai rushed up, wagging his tail.

It happily ran around Jiang Xingxu for several laps, then squatted in front of her and barked at her twice.

"Okay, I'll get you some dried meat now!" Ever since Jiang Xingxu fed Wangcai some dried meat, this guy has been particularly fond of it.

It was because of this small detail that Jiang Xingxu began to use dried meat to restrain Wangcai.

If Wangcai is obedient and does not chase chickens and ducks, Jiang Xingxu will reward him with a bowl of dried meat.

If Wangcai acted mischievously and trampled on the newly sprouted seedlings, Jiang Xingxu would let him starve.

After a few times, the guy became obedient.

If Jiang Xingxu was not around, Wangcai would take the chickens and ducks to the fields to catch insects, and would even watch over the cattle and sheep in the pen so that they would not run around.

In just a few days, all the livestock on the farm became Wangcai's little brothers.

Jiang Xingxu filled Wangcai's rice bowl with dried meat and poured half a bowl of milk.

However, Wangcai not only refused to eat, but also called out to Jiang Xingxu twice.

"You don't want to eat jerky today?" Jiang Xingxu asked puzzled.

Wangcai was obviously a little anxious and was spinning around in place.

Jiang Xingxu was even more confused, "Wangcai, do you have something to tell me?"

Wangcai nodded and called out twice.

Then he ran towards the wooden house not far away.

That wooden house was the livestock shed built behind Jiang Xingxu.

There were five cows and thirteen sheep.

When Jiang Xingxu walked in, he saw a jaw-dropping scene, "Is she about to give birth?"

A cow with a bulging belly was lying in a pile of hay, looking unwell.

Wangcai called out to Jiang Xingxu, obviously asking her for help.

Jiang Xingxu immediately understood what she meant, "You want me to deliver the baby?"

Wangcai nodded.
