The human race is like this. The human race is still fighting among themselves. This is also caused by karma.

There is nothing the emperor can do.

Compared with other worlds, there is no theory of merit and karma, but in the prehistoric world there is. The more karma, the more miserable the death.

Even a saint is unwilling to cause too much karma, as the consequences are incalculable.

Of course, it is only effective for creatures in the prehistoric world, and is useless for creatures outside the prehistoric world.
