He Yuzhu has stored ice cubes at home at night, but if he wants to use the ice cubes in the factory, he can't do it. He has to consider himself first and can't make special arrangements like this.

Buying ice every day costs a lot of money, so I thought of installing a few more fans, one in the workshop and one in the office, so it wouldn't be so abrupt.

Hearing what Xu Xiaomei said, He Yuzhu said angrily: "No matter how capable I am, I have never made an electric fan."

"Aren't you pretty awesome?"

He Yuzhu said, "You know how good I am. How about we try it again tonight? I'll let you know how good I am."

Xu Xiaomei rolled her eyes at him and said, "I'm telling you the truth, why don't you try it?"

He Yuzhu then began to think seriously, if he controlled a machinery factory, couldn't he produce electric fans?

An electric fan usually has three major parts. The easiest part to make is the supporting mechanism, which is the bracket disc. This can be made easily and does not require any technical difficulty.

The second part is the control mechanism timer gear switch. This is also very easy. If you really don’t need a timer, just add a switch.

The most difficult part is actually the nose part, including the motor, mesh cover, and blades.

The three blades are of the same weight and size, so when the fan is turned on, there will be no shaking or distortion.

It is also easy to make the same leaves.

The most difficult part is the electric motor.

Ordinary electric fan motors generally consist of two parts: a rotor and a stator.

The stator is composed of a silicon steel sheet bobbin and bearings, and is generally made by winding copper enameled wire.

The rotor is connected to the fan blades by a shaft using a magnet. When electricity is energized, magnetic force is generated to drive the rotor to rotate.

The principle is actually very simple.

He Yuzhu said: "Then I'll try it. Go get some paper and I'll draw the blueprint."

Xu Xiaomei brought over some white paper and was about to leave when He Yuzhu stuffed a palm-leaf fan into her hand.

They all stayed at the back with their pouting lips, waving their arms and legs up and down.

There is no electric fan, but this human-shaped fan is available.

Although the fan blew out hot and stuffy air, it was still a little more comfortable.

He Yuzhu began to draw the blueprints. He drew the simple parts, such as the middle support rod, disc base, mesh cover, fan blades, etc. first and let the workers process them.

Then comes the motor part, where each component is designed and then manufactured.

Fortunately, a lot of copper was also produced when steel was being produced before. It was processed into copper wire of uniform thickness and then evenly coated with paint on the outside, which is called enameled wire.

Wrap the enameled wire around the rotor, add bearings to both ends of the rotor, and then turn on the power after fixing it.

The rotor started spinning instantly.

Xu Xiaomei asked in surprise: "Why did it turn automatically?"

"This is the power of the magnetic field. You wouldn't understand even if I told you."

Xu Xiaomei snorted, rolled her eyes at him and continued fanning herself from behind.

Add three fan blades to one end of the rotor, then put on the grid cover, fix it, and then power on again.

The three fan blades began to rotate, and He Yuzhu instantly felt a cool breeze when he stood in front of the fan.

The wind is a little weak, so it seems that we should try different winding methods to determine a standard.

Since I don’t even have a sample, I can only figure out how to make it myself.

But this electric fan is very simple, with only one gear, the motor has no casing, and the fan blades and grid are not painted, so it looks a bit ugly.

However, when this large electric fan was produced, it also attracted some workers.

When he met his leader, he made an electric fan with his own hands and the flattery he received was louder and louder.

"Alright, alright, let's all get back to work. Today, we'll prioritize making electric fans. Once this is perfected, we can install more in each workshop."

With a successful example, the subsequent production will be much easier.

Soon, a brand new floor-standing electric fan was assembled in He He Yuzhu's hands. When the power was turned on, the fan spun rapidly, and warm applause rang out all around.

A system notification also appeared in front of He Yuzhu:

[You have learned a new profession - Inventor, level 1]

At first, He Yuzhu didn't care about it and turned off the system message on impulse.

Then he realized something was wrong and opened the diary again to check.

Only then did I realize that something was different from before.

As long as you have been engaged in a certain industry before, it will automatically trigger you to become a full-time professional in that industry.

For example, there are occupations such as chef, driver, martial artist, lathe operator, carpenter, etc.

But this time the profession given was different, it was inventor.

Is it because he independently invented the electric fan?

This is not really an invention, it is already being sold on the market.

I just made an electric fan without any reference.

But a few days ago, I invented the bra and thong independently, and I didn’t build a system to give myself the title of an inventor!

However, this system had no query function and no explanation ability, so He Yuzhu had no choice but to turn off the system message.

It's a good thing anyway.

"Next, we will do our best to produce floor fans according to this standard, and then simplify it to produce ceiling fans and table fans, and try to install more ceiling fans in our workshop."

"Okay, let's do it."

If I were to do other things, I might not be very enthusiastic, but the weather is getting hotter and hotter, and having an electric fan one day earlier would help me feel cooler.

With experience in making table fans, all you have to do is remove the cover and replace it with a large one-meter-long fan blade.

Then add a pole behind the motor and fix it to the beam, and it becomes a ceiling fan.

There is no technical difficulty in converting it into a table fan. You just need to remove some of the poles and change the overall height.

There is no timer, just a switch with three positions. It is mainly for my own use, so it doesn't need to be very beautiful.

If you want something beautiful, you have to wait until plastics are widely used to create a rounded and beautiful shape.

At this time, all that matters is that it doesn't matter if it's ugly, big, clumsy or rough, as long as it's practical.

As each ceiling fan is produced, it is first installed in the workshop.

He Yuzhu immediately gained a lot of goodwill. After the workshop was installed, he started installing it in the office, and a ceiling fan was installed in each room.

In just two days, the machinery factory, which originally did not have any electric fans, immediately installed electric fans on a large scale.

Walking in the workshop, although it is still a bit stuffy, there is continuous wind blowing down from above, making it much cooler than before, and the workers are full of energy.

As the saying goes, truth cannot be hidden, and the news that the machinery factory had electric fans spread everywhere.

Director Li brought several street officials to the door directly.

Although He Yuzhu had an electric fan, he still wore cool clothes in the house. He heard the news on the phone that they were coming to inspect.

He quickly put on a white short-sleeved shirt, buttoned it up, and went to the door to greet people.

"He Yuzhu, I want to criticize you. You invented the electric fan but didn't even think of reporting it to me, the director."

Director Li immediately started criticizing He Yuzhu when he saw him.

He Yuzhu quickly apologized, "Director, I was just about to report this to you. I am also working overtime to produce it and plan to send it to the street together."

"Really? But I heard that your factory has installed hundreds of electric fans?"

In a large factory with more than 600 employees, if you want everyone to have access to fans, wouldn’t you need hundreds of fans?

He Yuzhu said: "Originally there was no real object, so it will take some time to verify it after it is produced, so I didn't report it to you immediately."

Director Li brought people here not to really punish He Yuzhu, he just said that.

Originally, we planned to invite them into the office, but Director Li went straight into the workshop first.

There is a ceiling fan fixed above each lathe, and the workers are making parts underneath, which is very comfortable.

Only a few seats do not have beams above them, and a floor fan will be placed next to them to meet the needs of employees.

Director Li then asked several workers, and they all praised the factory for its good treatment, which made her very satisfied.

He Yuzhu was highly praised, and then the group was invited into the office.

A ceiling fan is also added here to make the whole house no longer stuffy.

Director Li asked about the production process of the electric fan. He Yuzhu gave a brief introduction but did not say that it was his invention.

He just said that it was all the result of the joint research and development of the workers. Now that he was in this position, he no longer needed the added credit for these contributions. Anyway, he didn't want to be the factory director.

Finally, he said, "You came at the right time. We have already made 100 electric fans in three different styles. We can install them in all the offices in the street."

"How can this be so embarrassing!" Director Li said with a smile.

"It's okay. This is the profit we handed in. We will settle it according to the ex-factory price."

Director Li was immediately at a loss for words: "You, you were waiting for me here!"

He Yuzhu chuckled and said, "I can't pay for it myself."

The production cost of an electric fan is about 50 yuan, but its market price has exceeded 100 yuan.

The factory price calculated by He Yuzhu is 70 yuan. Of course, ceiling fans are the cheapest and floor fans are the most expensive.

After Director Li's inspection, He Yuzhu arranged for the factory workers to deliver the fans to the streets and help with the installation of the ceiling fans.

Having invented the electric fan, He Yuzhu continued his efforts and invented the brushless motor.

The so-called brushless motors correspond to brushed motors.

Ordinary electric fans use brushed motors, the difference between them is whether they need a carbon brush.

The material of carbon brush is the famous graphite.

Brushed motors have coils wound around the rotor and permanent magnets fixed on the stator.

If you want the rotor to rotate continuously, you need to supply power to the coil steadily and continuously.

You should know that the coil is fixed on the rotor and rotates continuously, so you need to make a commutator and a carbon brush. They are combined to make the rotor coil commutate the current at a certain frequency to realize the rotation of the rotor.

In order to ensure that the two can have contact and conduct electricity, as well as rotation and achieve phase change of the current, the common practice is to add a spring to the carbon brush.

In this way, the commutator and the carbon brushes will have frequent friction. Therefore, the carbon brushes are easily worn and must be replaced frequently. In addition, the worn carbon residue forms carbon deposits inside the motor, which need to be cleaned frequently.

This is also the disadvantage of brushless motors.

In order to solve this problem, He Yuzhu thought of brushless motors.

In simple terms, a brushless motor uses a permanent magnet as the rotor, and the stator becomes a powered coil. By changing the direction of the stator current at a certain frequency, the motor can be rotated continuously. In this way, there is no need for physical contact with carbon brushes, but the phase change (direction change) of the stator coil is achieved through a specific circuit.

To be precise, it means winding all the energized coils around the stator.

When electricity passes through, magnetic force is generated, driving the rotor made of permanent magnets to rotate.

Someone might say, as long as the rotor rotates, the fan can't turn?

Why invent a brushless motor?

In fact, brushless motors have a wider range of applications. The most common ones are blenders, juicers, coffee machines, egg beaters, rice cookers, food processors, grain grinders, stand mixers, meat choppers, electric cutting knives, etc. used in the kitchen.

Brushless motors are the power core of these kitchen appliances.

Industrial applications are also very extensive. For example, screws were removed manually in the past.

You need to use an open-end wrench or a ring wrench to tighten the screws.

The brushless motor can be made into an electric hand drill. By replacing different sockets, screws can be driven in electrically.

This is what brushless motors are all about.

Whether in smart home or industrial production, brushless motors can be used wherever motors are used.

When He Yuzhu was about to get off work, the blueprint was not yet finished. Xu Xiaomei walked over to him, took a look from behind, and asked:

"What did you draw? How come it's the opposite of the structure inside the electric fan?"

He Yuzhu put his hand down, lifted up his long skirt, and placed his hand on Xu Xiaomei's thigh.

Said: "This is another type of motor, called a brushless motor."

Xu Xiaomei felt He Yuzhu's hand climbing up, and quickly reached out to press it, shouting:

“This is an office!”

He Yuzhu whispered, "I'll finish the drawing soon. I'll work overtime for a while. Go back and change into that maid uniform and wait for me."

Xu Xiaomei thought of the maid uniform that exposed both her front and back, and her face immediately turned red with shame: "No way."

Then he turned and ran out.

He Yuzhu smiled and continued to draw with his head down. It took him a while to finish the drawing.

Then he packed up and left the office.

When we arrived at the yard, Xu Xiaomei had already changed her clothes.

However, it was not the maid outfit that He Yuzhu requested, but the one with a miniskirt and white shirt. It was a pity that it lacked black stockings, only high heels to match.

The slender, white pair of long legs are long and well-proportioned, and with high heels, the legs appear more upright.

Xu Xiaomei stood there as beautiful as a graceful flower. Facing He Yuzhu's aggressive gaze, her cheeks flushed and she felt very embarrassed.

He Yuzhu was already very satisfied with his performance, but still said:

"Why are you so disobedient? Didn't I tell you to wear that maid outfit?"

Xu Xiaomei shouted: "It's just a bellyband."

He Yuzhu held her in his arms, one hand already inside her miniskirt, and said, "No one else can see it, why are you shy?"

"No, why don't you go take a shower?"
