I even wonder if the color of my body will leak out if I wear it to a comic convention the day after tomorrow.

And because of the improper production and use of the opponent, I also stopped the plan of using silicone to make the body skin, and instead used foam cotton and cardboard, and painted it to make a fake skin.

Unexpectedly, it took a month and less than a minute before it exploded into pieces of skin all over the ground.

However, although the production of the outer skin failed, as the saying goes, failure is the mother of success.

Next time I make it, I’ll know I have to prepare a container, pour the silicone in first, then pour the curing agent in, and finally use a blender to mix it for a full 24 hours. Only after making sure it’s thoroughly mixed will I fucking apply it to my clothes.

Originally, if you use silicone to make the skin, you can directly apply it on the clothes, wait for two or three days for it to dry and then wear it. But now, because the proportions are not adjusted well and it is the first time, I didn’t understand the situation clearly, the hood is half dry and the skin on the clothes is not made.

Damn it, after spending a month on the main project, it felt like I had spent a month and nothing was accomplished.

You will also make the triangle head prop next. I think I should trust the cardboard again, but after this cardboard incident, I am a little hesitant to trust my cardboard.

A full set of COS costume for Triangle Head costs between 700 and 3000. If it’s cheap, I don’t know the quality, but if it’s expensive, I can’t afford it.

If you do it yourself, you will need an electric saw, hot melt glue, a welding gun, a sander, etc.

I feel like all these things are almost the same as the cheapest set of clothes.

What a headache. If I make it myself, the triangular head helmet is easy to make, but the knife requires processing of wood, which requires space and equipment, which is not easy to make.

If you buy one, a knife alone will cost you about three or four hundred yuan, and it may not even be suitable for your height.

I'm thinking about putting Pyramid Head aside for now and focusing on other characters first.

To be honest, my interest in COS mainly comes from communication with relatives and friends, and I personally am not very interested in COSing certain characters.

Jason, Captain, Pyramid Head, and Goblin Slayer are the four characters I want to COS the most at the moment, but if I lack the necessary conditions and money, I won't force myself to get their equipment.

I don’t have any good ideas for the costume props for Pyramid Head yet. If I continue to make Sen Ge’s COS costume, I have already discovered some difficulties with Water Ghost Jason.

Because both mixing silicone and modifying clothes require a lot of time and cannot be done in a scattered manner. This time, it was because of the scattered work that the silicone mixing ratios were wrong several times, and now the silicone on the hood is in a very strange state.

Many places have not solidified and are still fading. The solidified places will melt again from time to time and then solidify again.

If it is under high temperature conditions, that is, the temperature is above 30 degrees, the headgear will quickly become wet, as if it has become damp, which is very strange.

I don't know what ratio I adjusted the silicone to, but it will solidify completely in 3 to 4 hours normally, and there is no need to worry about the silicone cover falling off or melting in my hand.

It has turned into a strange mass that is somewhere between melted and unmelted.

Therefore, under this circumstance, I would never dare to use silicone to make clothes or other items again.

Until I can adjust the mixing ratio of silicone to the most appropriate one, I will not make clothes with silicone for the time being.

The triangle head props need some processing tools, which I don't have at the moment. If I buy them, I think the total amount would be almost the same as a complete COS costume.
