Elf: Korni’s straight boyfriend

Chapter 563 Return to the real world

"We're back?"

Korni looked around and found that there were tall buildings around her, which would have been impossible in the Xicui area two thousand years ago. In other words, they had returned to the present time.

"Ah."

Sett nodded, and Fisk beside him rubbed his dizzy head.

"I feel dizzy..."

"Time travel is always accompanied by some discomfort," Seti patted Fisk's shoulder in understanding, "Just take a rest for a while."

Korni stood there, her eyes wandering between the tall buildings, her heart filled with mixed emotions. She had just been in the Xicui region two thousand years ago, fighting side by side with ancient Pokémon, but now she was back in the modern era. This change of time and space made her feel a little dazed.

"Where are we?" Fisk asked, a hint of uncertainty in his voice.

"It looks like the center of a big city." Sett looked around, his eyes sweeping across the tall buildings, looking for any possible clues.

The streets were bustling with people and cars, a vibrant city. Sett knew they needed to find a way to adapt to this new environment and continue their mission.

"We need to find a local Pokémon Center," Sett said, "that can provide us with the necessary information and resources."

Korni and Fisk nodded. They knew Sett was right. They needed to understand the world as it was, where they were, and what they should do next.

They began to explore the city, looking for the Pokémon Center. The streets were lined with various shops and restaurants, and people were busy walking around. They saw all kinds of Pokémon, some with trainers, and some wandering freely.

They continued walking and finally found a Pokémon Center. The center looked modern and simple, but inside it was filled with advanced equipment and friendly staff.

"Welcome!" A young Miss Joy greeted them warmly, "Do you need any help?"

"We need to know where we are and where the nearest Pokémon League is," Sett said.

"This is Viridian City. As for the Alliance..."

Miss Joy was interrupted by Seti before she could finish her words.

"That's enough, thank you."

Sett nodded, then left the Pokémon Center with Korne and Fisk.

Sett, Korne, and Fisk walked out of the Pokémon Center and stood on the bustling street, their hearts filled with new plans and goals.

"I'll give Du a call."

Currently, the Kanto region has no official league champion, and most government affairs are carried out by Miyuki To, one of the Four Heavenly Kings and champion of the neighboring Johto region.

Sett has also communicated with Du and has Du's phone number.

The call was quickly connected, and Yulongdu's voice came from the other end of the phone: "Hello, Sett? Aren't you in the Sinnoh region now? Why are you calling me?"

"Watari, we just time traveled back to modern-day Viridian City," Sett explained.

"Time travel?"

Seti knew that it was not possible to explain it to Du in just a few words, so he decided not to explain it at all.

"Anyway, please help us find a flight back to the Sinnoh region, the sooner the better!"

"Ah."

Yulongdu was silent for a while on the other end of the phone, obviously surprised by Sett's words. But he quickly regained his composure. After all, as one of the Four Heavenly Kings, he had seen many strange things. "Okay, I'll arrange it as soon as possible. You are at the Pokémon Center in Viridian City now, right? I'll send someone to pick you up and take you to the airport." Yulongdu's voice revealed a hint of unquestionable authority.

Seti hung up the phone, turned to Korni and Fisk and said, "Du will help us arrange everything, we just need to wait here." They found a place to sit down and began to discuss the next plan.

“The first thing we did when we returned to Sinnoh was to find our Pokémon,” Sett said. “They may still be where we left them, or they may have been transported to another place.”

Korni nodded, a trace of worry flashing in her eyes: "I hope they are all safe."

Fisk seemed a little excited: "Time travel is amazing, I can't wait to experience it again."

Seti smiled. He knew Fisk was always curious about such new things. "We still have a lot of unknown things to face, so we must remain vigilant."

They waited for about half an hour, and a black car stopped at the door of the Pokémon Center. A formally dressed driver came out and nodded to Seti and the others: "Is this Mr. Seti? I'm here to pick you up."

Sett stood up and said to Korni and Fisk: "Let's go, our journey is about to begin again."

They followed the driver into the car, which drove smoothly towards the airport. In the car, Sett took out his Pokémon Guide and began to look up information about the Sinnoh region. He knew that they needed more information to help them find their way back.

"According to the records in the illustrated guide, there are some special places in the Sinnoh region that may be related to time travel." Sett said, "For example, the reverse world, where the flow of time is different from the outside world."

Korni frowned: "Reverse the world? That sounds dangerous."

Fisk seemed eager to try: "Danger is exciting!"

Sett smiled. He knew that the three of them had their own strengths. As long as they worked together, nothing would be insurmountable. "Let's go back to the Sinnoh region first, and then make further plans."

The car arrived at the airport quickly, and Yulongdu had already arranged everything for them. They passed through the VIP channel and quickly boarded the flight to the Sinnoh region.

After the plane took off, Seti looked at the clouds outside the window, his heart full of anticipation. They were about to return to a familiar yet strange world, full of unknowns and challenges.

A few hours later, the plane landed at a small airport in the Sinnoh region. They walked out of the airport, breathing in the fresh air, and feeling the atmosphere that was completely different from the Kanto region.
