HP: Embrace the Darkness

Chapter 81 Potions Class (Part )

"His wrist."

Aces prompted.

wrist?

Elise still looked puzzled.

Seeing this, Asseth could only explain to her.

"The moment Professor Snape casts the curse, his wrist will shake unconsciously. It's not a tremor. It should be his habit."

"The shaking of his wrist increases the power of his spell, and the opponent cannot judge the trajectory of his attack."

"So it was very difficult for me to hide that day, and I almost didn't escape several times."

"Haven't you noticed that many times I only escaped at the last moment?"

Aces asked with a look of disbelief on his face.

Elise nodded awkwardly.

"Well, I'm sorry, you could have learned more from that duel."

Aces continued.

"It's not that I didn't want to dodge early, it's just that I couldn't judge the direction of Professor Snape's spell attack, and his attack speed was very fast."

"So I've had a few close brushes with spells."

"Professor Snape is really strong. I guarantee that if you fight against him, you will be knocked away in just one round."

Aces didn't say a word.

If he hadn't been able to sense magic, he probably wouldn't have been able to hold on for so long.

He almost relied on the fluctuation of magic power to avoid attacks.

The two came to the auditorium, and Artes stopped explaining and sat down at the Slytherin table.

Just after the meal, the skylight of the auditorium opened again, and the owls flew in, looking for their respective owners.

Aurora fell in front of Asseth.

Aurora is the white owl of the Cavendish family. She was requisitioned by Arthur, so she was given a name that matched the color of her fur.

Aurora fluttered her wings and shook off the morning dew, then took a graceful step to reveal the letter on her paws.

Asseth reached out and took out the letter, and Aurora walked aside and ate the rest of Asseth's breakfast.

Opening the letter, there was only a simple sentence inside.

[Both of them are fine. 】

Asseth put down the letter, pondered for a moment, and wrote a reply.

【continue. 】

After Aurora had eaten and drank enough, Asseth handed the letter to her.

Aurora grabbed the letter, fluttered her wings, and flew out again.

Asseth looked at the direction Aurora left, his eyes full of worry.

Towards the end of his vacation, the Duke and Anna were busy with their thoughts and hurriedly going about their business, not knowing what they were doing and not telling him.

He was so worried that before leaving home, he placed someone beside the Duke and Anna.

That person was someone he had asked the Duke to save before. In order to repay his kindness, that person would obey his orders unconditionally.

Of course, they made an unbreakable oath in the presence of Carter.

When it comes to the safety of his family, Asseth will not take it lightly.

And the only order he gave that person was to report to him whether the Duke and the others were safe, and to do his best to protect their safety.

After Aurora could no longer be seen, Asseth stood up and took Elise to the classroom where the class was held.

Before leaving, Asseth looked back at the long table of teachers. There were only a few professors still eating breakfast, but there was no figure like the one he wanted.

Haven't gotten up yet? Still skipping breakfast?

Aces frowned and left the auditorium.

Slytherin's first class today is Professor McGonagall's Transfiguration class.

In the Transfiguration class, after explaining the theory, Professor McGonagall placed a beetle in front of each little wizard.

Today's lesson is about turning beetles into buttons.

Professor McGonagall obviously knew about Artes' situation. When he waved his wand, he looked at him worriedly.

Aces was not too nervous. He waved his wand slowly, controlling the flow of magic as much as possible and guiding it towards the beetle.

Under the control of his magic power, the beetle slowly turned into buttons from head to toe, bit by bit.

"Oh, Mr. Cavendish's Transfiguration is getting better and better. Five points for Slytherin for his superb Transfiguration."

Professor McGonagall never expected that even with the influence of the magic riot, Artes would still be the first student to complete the transformation.

She looked at Asseth appreciatively.

Artes was not excited by Professor McGonagall's praise and extra points. He looked at the wand in his hand solemnly.

He could clearly feel that his magic power was increasing all the time, and it was becoming more and more difficult to control.

It's still under his control now, but it won't be certain after a while.

After completing the task, Asseth shook his wand and nonchalantly guided Elise next to him. Other little snakes who were close by saw him and came to ask for advice.

It didn't matter to Asseth. Teaching one person was teaching, and teaching a group was teaching, so he just taught together.

Soon, under his correction, several little snakes successfully completed their tasks and gained several points for Slytherin.

The little badger opposite looked enviously at the little snake who got help.

Professor McGonagall only felt relieved when she saw this scene. Mr. Cavendish was really a good boy.

Artes didn't think too much about it, but when he saw Professor McGonagall leaving the Slytherin students to him and running to teach the Hufflepuff students, he couldn't help but have a dark look.

Who is the teacher?

There was no other way. Professor McGonagall made it clear that she wanted to hand over Slytherin's little snake to him. Looking at the expectant little snake, Artes could only concentrate on teaching.

After teaching and watching, one lesson passed.

Everyone was happy in this class, except Aces.

Professor McGonagall has someone to share the teaching pressure, and the students have someone to teach them. Only Artes' busy world can be achieved.

The next class was still with the little snake and the little badger, it was Professor Snape's Potions class.

The Potions classroom was as cold and scary as ever. When he walked into the classroom, Artes could clearly see that even the little snake couldn't help but tremble.

He didn't feel much. After all, he lived in the cellar, which was much colder than the Potions classroom.

They arrived just in time. As soon as they sat down, the door of the Potions classroom was pushed open with great force.

Seeing the wooden door bounce back again after being thrown open, Asseth suddenly felt a pain in his nose. He remembered the experience when he was almost hit by the door in the first grade.

When he was lost in thought, the table was knocked heavily by Snape, who glared dissatisfied at the distracted Artes.

Damn troll, how dare you get distracted during his class.

The little snakes around him couldn't help but hold their breath and looked at Asseth worriedly.

They still remember how their dean broke Ass's wrist that day.

It's not like Artes will have to break his wrist again today.

The little badgers didn't know why, but they were still too frightened by the Potions Master's aura to say anything.
