HP: Embrace the Darkness

Chapter 438 Leaving

"Ka...Professor Cavendish?"

Hogwarts and the cemetery were silent for a few seconds because of Artes' unexpected appearance.

This sound was like a drop of water falling into a hot pan of oil, and Hogwarts instantly exploded.

"Professor Cavendish!?"

"This really seems to be Professor Cavendish's voice? Why is he there?"

"Why do I remember seeing Professor Cavendish in the teachers' stand just now? When did he leave? Merlin, he was so fast."

"It's Professor Cavendish! Great, Harry is saved, Ron, did you hear that?"

Hermione cried with joy and hugged Ron next to her.

Ron hugged her back excitedly, "Harry will be fine."

Hearing Ace's voice behind the curtain, almost everyone relaxed their tense nerves. Only Snape, who was standing quietly in the corner, seemed to have made up his mind and turned around to leave the Quidditch pitch.

Rowena kept an eye on him.

Realizing that he seemed to be leaving, she slightly moved the secret door she had left in Hogwarts, prohibiting everyone from leaving the Quidditch pitch.

Not long after, Snape came back with a cold face and walked straight towards Dumbledore.

"what have you done?"

Dumbledore was confused, "What have I done?"

Snape's expression was particularly ugly, "I can't leave the Quidditch pitch. What's going on? What did you do? You trapped everyone here?"

Professor McGonagall heard Snape's words and looked at Dumbledore, "Albus, what are you doing?"

What's all this about?

Dumbledore only felt that one head was as big as two, and he had a terrible headache.

Harry hasn't solved it yet, but there are also problems at Hogwarts.

He looked at Snape seriously, "Severus, believe it or not, I didn't do anything."

Snape didn't believe it, but Dumbledore had no choice but to deny him. He could only return to his previous position with a dark face and stare at the curtain above the maze.

"Professor Cavendish!"

Harry stood up excitedly and said incoherently, "Cedric...Cedric he...he...Peter killed Cedric."

"Keep it down, I can hear you."

Aces raised his eyebrows slightly, suppressing the irritability caused by the noise.

"He is still alive, but injured and unconscious."

Voldemort, who was completely ignored by the two, darkened his face and raised his wand, "I don't care who you are, but you dare to ignore me, then go to hell."

"Avada Kedavra."

Green light illuminates the cemetery.

Voldemort didn't hold back at all this time, and the threat of death came to him.

Aces stood up lazily.

The dark and deep pupils were reflected in green by the rapidly approaching life-killing curse, which was mysterious and noble.

He didn't use his wand, just snapped his fingers together and disappeared under the tree.

The death curse missed and hit the tree trunk hard.

And Asseth appeared next to Cedric out of thin air.

The wand in his hand flexibly turned in a circle and pointed at Cedric. Warm silver light instantly enveloped Cedric, and the branches and leaves snaked up and disappeared into his skin.

"Sorry, Mr. Riddle, I forgot to introduce myself. Artes Cavendish is currently the alchemy professor at Hogwarts."

“I’m here to take my students back.

After the words fell, Cedric's eyelashes twitched slightly just in time to hear these words.

He opened his eyes blankly, saw Artese standing next to him, and subconsciously murmured: "Artese?"

Aces waved his wand, checked Cedric's condition, and responded smoothly: "Yes, it's me."

Cedric's weak voice reached Hogwarts from the badge. Mr. Digory stared at the curtain blankly. The joy of the rest of his life overwhelmed him. He couldn't even say a complete sentence and couldn't stop the tears from flowing.

"Master...Master, I didn't, no, I obviously killed him." Peter looked at Voldemort in fear, fearing that he would blame him for the fact that Cedric was not dead.

Voldemort glanced at him with disgust, feeling more and more that Peter was unworthy of the stage and unworthy of following him.

"Whizzing--"

A sudden sound broke through the air in the cemetery, and one after another Death Eaters wearing hoods and masks came out of the shadows and cautiously approached Voldemort.

The person summoned by Voldemort is here.

He glanced at each Death Eater coldly, "You are too slow. Do you not believe in my resurrection? My dear family?"

This sentence made the Death Eaters move a little faster, as if they were confirming something. Finally, the first Death Eater came to Voldemort, and he lowered his head in fear and kissed the corner of Voldemort's robe.

"Master...Master." He murmured.

Voldemort looked at him coldly.

With the first one, the others soon ran over and kissed the corners of Voldemort's robe one by one.

"Owner."

Cedric saw this scene, and saw Voldemort being kissed by everyone. He understood the current situation, gritted his teeth and stood up while holding his wand.

After kissing the corners of Voldemort's robes, the Death Eaters stood behind Voldemort and surrounded the three of Asseth.

"Long time no see, my friends."

Voldemort looked at them one by one.

"There are many missing among you. Some of them gave their lives for me, but some betrayed me. I regret that they made the wrong choice."

"There is another regrettable thing. Look at you, you are so glamorous. I believe you lived extremely comfortably during my absence for such a long time. Then why does no one think of your master?"

The Death Eaters looked at each other in shock, not daring to speak or not answering. The scene was almost stagnant for a moment.

"Do you think you can get through this without talking? It seems like I'm still the one -"

"Mr. Riddle."

Asseth put on a standard smile and gently interrupted Voldemort's words.

The fingertips moved slightly, and an invisible light fell on the badge, temporarily breaking the connection between the two sides.

He walked slowly to Voldemort, ignoring Voldemort's ugly face and murderous eyes, and lowered his voice and said something in Voldemort's ear.

No one knew what Artes said, and the nearest Death Eaters didn't hear it. They could only see Voldemort with a gloomy face that seemed to be dripping.

Knowing that Voldemort wanted to settle accounts, a clever Death Eater suddenly stood up and threw several sleeping spells at Asseth.

The sleeping spell didn't even touch the corners of Artes' clothes. He raised his wand and knocked back the spells one by one.

A ferocious smile suddenly appeared on Voldemort's gloomy face.

The spell that blocked the links on both sides happened to expire, and everyone heard Voldemort's solemn warning.

"I hate threats."

Voldemort had just been resurrected, and he was still a little afraid of the strength that Arthas had just shown. He did not confront Arthas head-on, but looked at Harry.

"Harry Potter, my destined opponent, what a ridiculous statement."
