HP: Embrace the Darkness
Chapter 362 Good Morning
In the early morning, people in the industrial area wake up early and get up for a day of work.
The sound of small conversations and traffic came in from outside. It seemed that he was disturbed by these sounds, and the man who was sleeping with his eyes closed on the bed frowned.
Warm sunlight also shines through the half-open window and onto the man's arm resting on the quilt.
After a good night's sleep, Asseth slowly opened his eyes according to his biological clock. The unfamiliar environment quickly dissipated the confusion in his eyes.
It only took him a moment to realize that this was not Cavendish Manor, but...
Aces turned sideways and lowered his eyes. The potion master on the other side was still sleeping quietly, breathing slowly.
But Spider End Alley.
Artes stared at Snape for a while, then suddenly sat up and reached out to brush away the Potions Master's hair that was scattered on both sides of his face.
He should have retracted his hand after arranging his hair, but by some mistake, his fingers gently touched the unconsciously pursed lips of the sleeping man.
Wait, what is he doing?
The moment he was about to touch it, Asseth suddenly came back to his senses and quickly pulled his hand away as if he was burned.
Only then did he realize something was strange about his body. His chest was rising and falling vigorously. He tried his best to calm his breathing but to no avail.
The worst thing about young people in the morning is that they are too angry and easily excited, especially when there are unsuspecting and dreamy people sleeping next to them.
Aces leaned against the head of the bed, raising his hands to cover his eyes in embarrassment, adjusting his breathing to calm the restlessness in his body as much as possible.
This was neither Cavendish Manor nor a cellar. He could not use the bathroom rashly without the permission of the owner of the house.
In order to divert his attention, Asseth began to force himself to think about various problems.
From how to make Joel accept his staying out at night, to how to rectify the nuisance industrial area, to how to bring out the best use of those two souls.
In short, he thought of everything he could think of, except Snape, and now he didn't dare to look aside or let Snape's name come to mind.
He knew only too well how much this added fuel to the fire.
Ten minutes later, under the almost brainwashing thought of Artes, little Artes finally fell asleep.
Aces breathed a sigh of relief, his tense body slowly relaxed, and Snape's vague voice suddenly came from beside him.
"Aces?"
"Um...it's me. Good morning, Sev."
Aces was glad that the guy had calmed down now, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to step foot here in the past few days.
"Good morning."
Snape lazily opened his eyelids, his eyes flashed slightly, and he looked at Artes with some curiosity.
As far as he knew, Asses had lived in the cellar for so long and would never stay in bed unless he was still awake every morning.
Especially in the morning, Asseth wakes up first and goes to take a shower almost every time.
Being both men, Snape naturally knew why Arthas wanted to take a shower.
At first he was not used to it, and wanted to kick Ass out of the cellar when he was in heat in the morning, but as time went by, he got used to it, and sometimes he could even make fun of it.
What's going on today?
Thinking of this, Snape glanced under Artes intentionally or unintentionally.
Feeling the focus of Snape's gaze, Artes' eyes suddenly darkened, and he calmly adjusted his sitting posture. The muscles that he had exercised for a long time quietly tightened under the cover of his nightgown, showing clear lines.
"Ahem...Sev, it's time for us to get up. Should I ask Nina to come over and make breakfast?"
make breakfast?
What does he have at home?
Snape recalled carefully.
He copes better at home alone. Sometimes he just copes with it in a hurry at night. Naturally, he won't get up early in the morning to make breakfast for himself.
So he probably doesn't have the ingredients for breakfast.
Seeing that Snape's attention was diverted, Artes' body was almost stretched to the point of a bow before he relaxed a little.
Snape finished his brain search and said regretfully: "Your suggestion is good, but I suggest you consider the actual situation."
Aces didn't expect this. He always had ingredients at home.
But what does Xifu usually eat when there are no ingredients? Or don't you want to eat in the morning?
Artes sighed silently, narrowed his peach blossom eyes, and looked at Snape with eyes full of disapproval.
"Sev, if you don't eat breakfast, it's bad for you--"
"Shut up, if you don't want to be thrown out by me." Snape turned his back to Artes and interrupted him impatiently.
Asseth was helpless, "Then let Nina bring breakfast over here?"
"Ah."
A dull reply came from the quilt.
This is neither Hogwarts nor Cavendish Manor, so Asseth can't summon Nina directly.
But don't forget that the wooden man he put on the bed last night is still connected to him. He can control the wooden man from the air to summon Nina and try the effect.
Cavendish Manor Hall.
Susanna yawned again and again. She huddled on the sofa and fell asleep. Her head fell down and then stood up. Not long after she stood up, it fell down again.
Such repeated tossing was all seen by Joel next to him. Suddenly, a look of hatred appeared on the face of the strict old housekeeper.
"Suzanne, can you cheer up!"
Susanna woke up with a start, and quickly closed her eyes again. She seemed unaware of Joel's anger, and her whole body exuded the despair of having no life left to live.
"Uncle Joel, my good uncle, I just want to sleep. It's not murder or arson. Can't you indulge me a little?"
"Besides, I'm a young girl in my prime, and I've only had a few hobbies for such a long time. However, from explosions to handsome guys, you killed them all. That's fine. You won't let me sleep. Is it easy for me?"
Susanna originally wanted to tease Asseth for comparison, but she didn't know whether it was the real person or the impostor in the bedroom?
If Joel was really crazy and went to the bedroom to find Asseth, she would be doomed, so she was righteous and did not mention her nephew.
Susanna's sophistry was of no use to Joel, and he began to talk every day again.
"It's because you are in your prime that I don't let you be so lazy. If you like to sleep, you can sleep a lot in a hundred years. Why do you sleep so much now? You know when I was your age..."
Again.
Suzanne closed her eyes and filtered Joel's voice as usual. No matter what he said, it would go in one ear and out the other without any pause.
Joel talked a lot and stopped for an intermission because his mouth was dry and he was ready to drink water to replenish his ammunition.
As a result, as soon as he stopped, without the cover of his preaching, someone's snoring stood out and echoed in the hall.
Joel's hand holding the cup froze, and he couldn't bear it and shouted, "Suzanne!"
"Yes, yes, yes."
Susanna didn't open her eyes, and her mouth responded reflexively.
Joel gave up, simply out of sight and out of mind, got up and walked to the second floor, intending to see if Ass had woken up.
