HP: The New God from Hogwarts

Chapter 208: Name triggers passive

A chaotic and hurried sound of footsteps came from the stairs, and Arthur trotted down while putting on his coat.

He was followed by George and Fred, two boys wearing identical red shirts running down the stairs.

"Kids, we have to hurry." Arthur ran to the table but didn't sit down. He picked up two pieces of toast with ham and stuffed them into his mouth hastily, his eyes glancing at the clock on the wall. "It's already 5:20!"

"Yes, Dad, you got up late. Percy left half an hour ago." Ron looked at his unreliable father helplessly. He had let go of Hermione, but his hand hanging under the table was restlessly hooking his girlfriend's little finger.

"Why?" Arthur shook his head in confusion. He looked at Ron, then at the twins behind him. "Logically, except for a few Aurors on duty, everyone in the Ministry of Magic is on holiday today."

Ron showed a disgusted expression on his face. Just as he was about to complain, Fred rushed to the table like a gust of wind, picked up a piece of toast and brushed it with strawberry jam, then shrugged at his father: "Mr. Secretary should want to watch the game with Mr. Director or Mr. Minister."

George then suddenly appeared beside his brother, picked up a piece of toast, soaked it in milk, put it in his mouth, chewed it for a few times, and said to Arthur: "After all, Mr. Secretary has a different status from us."

"Don't say that, George! Percy is not that kind of child." As a father, Arthur would not think of his son in an extreme way.

Ron looked at his two brothers, smiled and shook his head. He felt helpless about his father's naive ideas: "I hope he is like what Dad said."

In Ron's opinion, Percy was terribly pedantic and had an overly fanatical obsession with power. Like his two brothers, he felt that Percy should go to Slytherin.

"Oh, Harry, long time no see. You are even more handsome than your father and your godfather when they were young." Arthur swallowed a whole piece of ham toast, wiped his hands with a handkerchief, walked to Harry's side, naturally put his arm around his shoulders, and put his right hand on his shoulder.

"Thank you very much for the compliment." Harry's smile was sincere and bright. He really liked the Weasley family.

Arthur held Harry in his arms, his fat body leaning forward slightly, his kind eyes fell on Cecilia. He stared at Cecilia's face for a long time, frowning in confusion.

"Hey, you look a lot like the champion of the wizard duel competition three months ago, the girl named Siklia Bird. Are you relatives?"

Sicily scratched her short black hair and bowed politely to Arthur: "I'm glad you remember me, Mr. Weasley. I'm Sicily Bird."

"Oh, what a promising young girl!" Arthur couldn't help but keep praising her.

Molly stood beside the sofa filled with backpacks and raised her voice an octave higher: "Stop chatting. Amos will be waiting anxiously soon. Boys, come and put on your backpacks."

Following Molly's instructions, the four boys and one man carried all the backpacks on their backs, and the girls took some simple necessities, such as potions and the like.

Arthur led the way and walked along the woods shrouded in morning mist for a while. Tao Wu saw a familiar short and fat figure from afar.

That was Arthur's boss, Deputy Director of the Department for the Control of Magical Creatures at the Ministry of Magic and Cedric's father, Mr. Amos Diggory.

Two heavy-looking backpacks were placed at his feet. Tao Wu stood on tiptoe and glanced around Amos, but did not see Cedric.

Didn't he come?

Or he has already gone to the final venue with Oliver.

"Who is he?" Sikelia looked at Amos and whispered in Tao Wu's ear. She had never seen Amos.

Arthur, who was walking in front, heard her muttered question and quickly walked to Amos' side, then turned around and introduced him to the children.

"This is my good friend of several decades, Mr. Amos Diggory of the Department for the Regulation of Magical Creatures at the Ministry of Magic."

"Digory?" Siklia couldn't help but exclaimed in a low voice, and a handsome and tall figure emerged in her mind. She quickly shook her head. This must be a coincidence. People with the surname Digory are not necessarily relatives of the handsome guy in Badger Court.

However, Tao Wu immediately rejected the exclusion in her mind: "Yes, Mr. Diggory is the father of our Hufflepuff senior Cedric."

"This..." Sikelia only uttered one word in surprise. She originally wanted to ask how could she give birth to a son like that, which was too offensive, so she swallowed the words.

"Morning, old man, and Molly!" Amos hugged the Weasleys and then his eyes fell on the group of children behind them.

"Your two naughty kids are here too, so you'll have to be extra careful." Amos looked at the twins and teased with a smile. He had fallen into the hands of these two unlucky kids many times.

"Mr. Potter, nice to meet you." Seeing Harry, Amos quickly walked up to him and shook hands with him. "You look exceptional."

"Thank you." Harry shook hands and thanked humbly. The identity of a savior always brought him some unnecessary respect.

Amos saw Tao Wu behind him again, and a bright smile appeared on his face as if he had seen his sponsor. "It's been a long time since we last met, Miss Luna. Thanks to you, the Yuelong flower seeds you gave me have already bloomed several times, and I have made a lot of money this year."

"It still has to be you, Mr. Diggory." Tao Wu sighed inwardly. It seemed that it wasn't that the Yuelong flower couldn't be grown, but that she was the only one who couldn't grow it.

Professional matters should be left to professionals.

Amos's shout of "Miss Luna" seemed to have triggered some passive ability. The lush branches and leaves of the big tree behind him shook a few times, and a figure jumped down from the tree and landed on the grass under the tree.

Cedric landed easily in front of Tao Wu and the others. His black hair was loose and soft, and one could smell the faint scent of shampoo just by looking at it. He wore a white shirt with a ginger sweater over it, and a pair of light blue jeans that made his legs look straighter and longer.

His eyes were always gently on Tao Wu, but he still politely greeted his elders and classmates first. Etiquette was deeply ingrained in his bones.

After finally greeting Hermione, he continued to walk naturally to Tao Wu's side and extended his hand to her.

A smile is like the dewy breeze in the early morning.

"Luna."
