Hogwarts: Slytherin Kiss

Chapter 83 Mrs. Puddifu’s Teahouse

Hermione lowered her head and smiled, then took a deep breath and stuttered.

"It was...in the library. I didn't know he was still there so late...None of his suitors were there...Then, he came up to me and asked me if I could attend the Yule Ball as his partner..."

"Let me guess, he runs to the library every day and you always bump into him. I also come to the library often, so why haven't I bumped into him?" Indra held her face in her hands and said with bright eyes, seeing He as she wished. Min blushed.

"But that's not enough for you to agree to him, right? Why?" Indra asked curiously.

"He is not a person with strong limbs and an empty mind. He knows a lot, and he does not discriminate against other bloodlines. This is the most important thing." Hermione smiled.

Indra never talked about emotional issues with Hermione, because Hermione didn't think highly of or understand the relationship between her and Draco, and they didn't get along very well. Wouldn't it be torture to talk to her about this?

Of course, both of them have just entered the age where they will be troubled by love.

"Besides, he can appreciate you, right?"

Hermione nodded proudly, she was certainly someone who deserved to be admired.

After chatting about their respective dance partners, Indra asked casually, "Do you know who Fred's dance partner is?"

Hermione looked at her strangely, "Angelina, what's wrong?"

"Just curious."

Now that she knew Fred had a dance partner, Indra said nothing more.

"So when did you start falling in love?" Hermione asked. She was not blind. Of course she could see that the relationship between friends and lovers was different.

She and Harry would never look at each other for more than three seconds while smiling, and they wouldn't stick together for anything.

"Last term, after Quidditch defeated Gryffindor." Indra winked at her.

Hermione tugged at her hair in annoyance, there was no need to go into such detail!

She hesitated and said, "What did he say? He didn't just ask you to be his girlfriend."

"It's better than this. I added the sentence "I like you" at the beginning.

"By the way, do you still have the magic shampoo you made before? I may need to make my hair a little more obedient on the day of the prom." Hermione said, Indra always seemed to like to develop things that she didn't need.

"Yes, I will bring it to you tomorrow." Indra planned to go back at night and look through the cabinet where she kept magic potions.

The last class of the first semester of fourth grade is potions class, where everyone creates antidotes in their own cauldrons.

Professor Snape was walking quietly back and forth in the classroom corridor.

So when the students were making potions, they had to distract themselves from guessing whether they had been quietly poisoned.

As soon as the get out of class bell rang, everyone officially ushered in the Christmas vacation.

Indra packed up her potion tools unhurriedly, and went back to the lake bottom lounge with Draco.

This morning, she discovered that all the marble stair handrails were covered with a layer of crystal light blue ice. They were very beautiful, but felt very cold to the touch.

Snowflakes and icicles hung from it, reflecting the sparkling light.

There were twelve green Christmas trees decorated with lights in the auditorium, and many students hung some of their own baubles and decorations on them.

When Indra and Draco went to the auditorium for dinner in the evening, they also brought some things to hang up.

There seemed to be more people in the auditorium than at any other time, and it was very lively.

Because there were no classes, neither of them wore wizard robes anymore. Indra wore the snow-green winter cheongsam that her grandmother sent her last year.

It was already too small for this year's Indra, but Indra used a delicately controlled enlarging spell on it.

The bright and light lilac color goes well with Indra's fair skin and delicate facial features.

Draco's clothes were black from head to toe, with a stand-up collar covering half of his neck. Only his hair was blond. Because the ring was cold and painful when holding hands in the winter, so he took it off.

Master Malfoy hung the badge with the golden stick figure on the back of his head on the branch of the tree. He made it himself and even gave one to Indra.

Indra hung up an old red Chinese knot. She really couldn't think of anything else to hang up, and she hadn't been to Hogsmeade to buy anything recently.

This Chinese knot was not knitted by herself, but summoned all the way from the doorknob of her study in London using a summoning spell.

She just wanted to see if she could do it.

Draco took Indra's hand and squeezed it, his eyes focused and tender, "Will you wear something like this at the dance?"

Since the last time in the castle corridor, the two of them seemed to be less careful about keeping their distance in public.

"No, you will know when the time comes."

Draco was not disappointed because he looked forward to and liked whatever Indra wore.

Indra and Draco had the entire winter vacation to spend together. They braved the heavy snow and went to Hogsmeade Village for vacation the next day. They went to the Three Broomsticks pub to drink butterbeer, and then patronized a restaurant they had never been to before. Lady Puddieffe's Teahouse.

This is a place where witches and wizards often meet, especially among Hogwarts students.

Draco took a quick look around as he walked in and saw that they were almost always pairs of boys and girls.

The tables and chairs in the teahouse are very crowded, and there is a lot of mist. It is a bit like a divination classroom, but it is very fragrant, and the air is filled with the sweet smell of cake and cream.

Despite the mist, the light was soft and bright, and the round table was covered with a soft tablecloth with ruffles and bows.

The clean tableware is covered with elegant floral flowers.

Indra and Draco found a round table in the corner and sat down.

"What do you two want?" An overly plump woman with a shiny black bun on her head squeezed between the tables and chairs and asked with a smile.

"What's there? Drinks and food." Indra said, as if she really came here to eat.

"Coffee, juice, milk, tea, strawberry mousse, chocolate mango cake, charcoal cookies, sea salt gingerbread men, cotton towers, honey jars..."

Draco grew up in a large manor and had never been to a place like this. He felt a little cramped here, perhaps because his tall body and legs with nowhere to rest were a bit awkward among these small and crowded tables and chairs.

Or maybe it was because he happened to see a boy at the other end of the teahouse kissing the girl in front of him selflessly across the table.

"Want something?"

Hearing Indra's voice, Draco immediately looked over, "Um...tea, and charcoal biscuits."

He had never heard of the dim sum name, and he subconsciously wanted to see what it was.

"Oh, this is the new product I just bought!" Mrs. Puddieff said.

Indra said, "Coffee with milk, chocolate mango cake and sea salt gingerbread man."

After Mrs. Puddieff wrote it down on the paper, she moved to the kitchen with difficulty.

Indra stretched her legs to the side and wanted to look around, but as soon as she turned around, Draco quickly reached out and held her face and brought her back.

"What's wrong?" Indra held the hand on her cheek and looked at his green and deep face.

Draco didn't say anything. No matter how thick-skinned he was, he was too embarrassed to say that it would be fine just to look at me.

Indra opened his hand and turned his head to look at it and then back again.
