Hogwarts: Slytherin Kiss

Chapter 4 Hogwarts

Indra was woken up by a sound, and when he opened his eyes, he found that it was already dark.

"The train will arrive at Hogg in five minutes... I'll leave your luggage with you... and take it to school for you..."

Indra was relieved that he didn't have to carry the luggage himself, which was great. She opened the door and was surprised to find that the aisle outside was already packed with people, so she could only slowly try to squeeze in and follow the flow of people.

"Hey! Indra, damn, there are too many people! Why can't Hogwarts send a special car!"

A familiar voice called her, and Indra found a golden head in the dim light. It was Draco, with an angry look on his face and a vicious tone.

Indra didn't say anything because she didn't know why, but she didn't really mind. She noticed two tall boys wearing the same robes behind Draco.

"This is my friend, Goyle, Crabbe," Draco said casually, without specifying who he was.

Indra looked away and said softly. She didn't have any good feelings towards these two people. The gloomy look made her uncomfortable.

After squeezing out of the train, in the dark night, Indra saw a huge man standing at the front of the train holding a pale lamp. His face could not be seen clearly, only his disheveled hair and beard were caught in the light.

"Freshmen! Freshmen, follow me! Watch your step!"

A loud voice reached his ears, and Indra followed the flow of people onto a narrow path. There was an open black lake in the distance with occasional faint waves, but the first thing everyone noticed was the castle standing on the mountain opposite the lake, with towering spiers.

Walking to the lake, there are dozens of canoes parked there.

"Maximum four people per boat!"

Indra tried to find where Hermione was, but couldn't see it.

Malfoy stepped onto a boat, followed by Goyle and Crabbe. The boat sank a lot, so Indra stopped trying to get on the boat, made a helpless expression and planned to find another boat.

Malfoy pursed his lips and glanced at the two of them angrily, feeling a little embarrassed. Then he watched the girl with black hair and black robe walk away. Everything was dark and he could only see her face, like his father's study. A piece of cold white jade inside.

Indra got on a boat with only two people, both of the same age with strange faces.

Nodding to each other, the boat sailed forward silently.

The reflection of the moonlight was stirred up by the ripples of the ship's hull into a shimmering wave. After traveling quietly for more than ten minutes, the boat passed through the green vines hanging from the rock wall and entered the dark tunnel. Finally, it stopped at the pile of debris. Stone and pebbles lakeside.

Everyone was led by the huge figure through the tunnel and up the long street, and finally stopped in front of a gate. Hermione winked at Indra, so Indra quietly squeezed next to her. A handsome boy wearing glasses looked towards her. Indra nodded politely and pursed his lips with a slight smile. The other party also showed a smile.

There was a knock on the door, and the door immediately parted, and the burning light of the fire leaked out, illuminating a grand stone staircase. A witch with a black bun stood in front of the door, solemn and elegant, wearing a green robe.

The tall, rough voice said loudly, "This year's first-year student, Professor McGonagall."

"Thank you, Hagrid." The wizard named McGonagall nodded, and then led everyone to a small empty room on the left side of the hall. More than a hundred people crowded together in nervous silence.

"Welcome to Hogwarts..."

Professor McGonagall introduced everyone how they were going to spend every semester in this huge castle. Indra had learned some information in advance from the history of Hogwarts before arriving, such as that there were four colleges here. , two long vacations a year where you can go home...

She finally reminded everyone, "In a few minutes, the sorting ceremony will be held under the witness of all the teachers and students of the school. I suggest you tidy up your clothes and be more energetic."

Indra saw her eyes wandering and falling somewhere. The boy wearing glasses nervously smoothed his hair, so Indra also reached out to straighten his hair and robe. When she touched the tie, she remembered that The boy with light blond hair looked back and could easily distinguish the distinctive head among the crowd. The other party also saw her, with his light brown eyebrows raised and his expression twitching. Indra rolled her eyes and turned back before she could help but smile.

Malfoy's expression froze, how dare she roll her eyes at me! There was a faint blush on her pale face, which made him feel terrible, but it was not pure anger. He narrowed his eyes at Indra, then spotted Hermione and Harry Potter beside her.

Why are Big Teeth and Scar Tou there?

As a result, Master Malfoy's expression became even more ugly, and he moved his eyes, nose, and mouth to express his displeasure.

Professor McGonagall took in everyone's small movements, including their expressions, and said, "Please stay quiet while waiting. When everything is ready in the auditorium, I will come to pick you up."

The green figure disappeared behind the door, the atmosphere in the room suddenly relaxed, and subtle voices could be heard.

"Indra, which college do you want to go to?"

"I don't know." Indra also frowned uneasily. She saw that Hermione had begun to recite the spell, so she also reviewed it in her mind.

Suddenly, several people screamed. Indra raised his head strangely and looked around. He was horrified to find that about twenty translucent, pearl-white humanoid silhouettes appeared on the wall behind. They seemed to be the ghosts mentioned in the book. On one side of them Floating across the room while whispering to each other, not paying much attention to them.

They were muttering, because Hermione was immersed in reciting spells again, and Indra couldn't hear what they were saying for a while. At this time, Professor McGonagall came back, and the ghosts floated back.

Everyone followed Professor McGonagall out of the room in a single row and walked through the foyer as instructed, then passed through a heavy double door and entered the brightly lit auditorium.

Indra seemed to have returned to the day he entered Diagon Alley, but this time the feeling was even grander.

The auditorium was very large, with four long thick mahogany tables arranged in between. Students in black robes sat around one by one, with a patch of white candles floating above their heads, and the golden lights were dazzling.

Those long tables were covered with gleaming gold and silver plates and exquisite dishes, and the transparent goblets reflected the beautiful light. There is another long table across the top of the auditorium, which is obviously the seat of teachers and leaders.

Everyone lined up in a compact square facing the senior students, and Indra's nervous palms became sweaty.

Professor McGonagall placed a square stool in front of them, and then placed an old and dirty hat on the stool.

The hat twisted, and a wide slit appeared, like a mouth, and then he began to sing.

"You may think I'm not pretty

But never judge a book by its appearance

………………

………………

Because I am a thinking magic hat! "

After listening to this song, Indra also understood how to sort into different houses. It seemed that Hermione's spell was in vain.

"Hannah Abbott!"

The person whose name was called was a little girl with two golden braids. She seemed very nervous. Of course, anyone who was the first to stand up and give a demonstration on such an occasion would be nervous. After Hannah sat down, Professor McGonagall put the big wizard hat on her——

"Hufflepuff!" shouted the Hat.

"Justin Crevat!"

"Hufflepuff!" shouted the Hat again. .

"Terry Butt!"

"Ravenclaw!"

………………

"Vincent Crabbe!" "Slytherin!"

Indra was nervous when he suddenly saw a familiar person walking up. The long table on the rightmost side burst into cheers, but there were quite a few boos from the other long tables.

"Gregory Goyle!" "Slytherin!"

"Hermione Granger!"

Hermione, who was beside Indra, quickly walked over and took a deep breath and sat down. Then the hat covered her fluffy hair. Indra stared at her closely, and heard the answer as soon as her heart lifted.

"Gryffindor!"

Hermione seemed to pat her heart in relief and quickly plunged into the long table belonging to that college.

"Indra Mondsese!"

Her dropped heart suddenly picked up again, and Indra's ears hidden in her hair turned red. She nervously walked to the four-corner stool without showing any signs of it, then sat down like everyone else, and the sorting hat fell on her head. Indra even closed her eyes when she went up, and then her eyes fell into darkness, and her hat blocked the lights in the auditorium. For a moment, Indra felt that there was no sound in the auditorium, only her heart was pounding, and the blush had spread from her neck to her cheeks.

"Oh...oh...a gifted little girl...a little kind and very smart...she is a very complicated person...pursuing her own power and transcendent status..." A hoarse and strange voice suddenly appeared. Her mind fell into a long silence.

"Slytherin!"

Indra breathed out a breath of relief, and the light of the auditorium appeared in front of her eyes again. She stood up and walked towards the long table on the right and the person waving to her.

There was a faint sigh in the auditorium, as if dissatisfied and regretful.

"Welcome to Slytherin!"

"Sister, welcome!"

Indra shook hands with the people nearby and then sat down. Her light brown eyes were filled with a thin glimmer of water due to nervousness, making them sparkling and beautiful.

Malfoy looked at Indra walking towards Slytherin, his mouth couldn't help but curl up, and then he frowned impatiently, wondering why she couldn't reach him.

When Professor McGonagall called Draco Malfoy, a newly arrived blonde girl named Senna MacMillan sat next to Indra.

The little boy with light blond hair walked towards the hat like a wind, and the hat seemed to scream before it even touched his head.

"Slytherin!"

Indra found something hilariously cute.

Malfoy walked towards the Slytherin table with satisfaction, a haughty smile on his face under his golden hair. He sat down next to Goyle and Crabbe in response to the cheers, and raised his eyebrows at Indra across from him, so Indra, not to be outdone, raised his chin slightly and raised his eyebrows, and the curvature of the corners of his mouth became wider.

Then more people joined in one after another.

"Harry Potter!"

This name attracted everyone's attention. Indra and Daphne, who were talking in a low voice, stopped talking and looked up the auditorium, and found that it was the boy wearing glasses. Silence was followed by a large murmur of low noise, ending with the addition of Gryffindors and loud applause.

Indra heard Malfoy snort, his eyes cold and disgusted.

"You hate him?"

"Hmph, you idiot in name only"

Indra didn't make any comments with her mouth open, but propped up her chin and lowered her eyes to look at the beautiful silver tableware on the table.

"What, you don't like me saying he's an idiot?" Malfoy frowned, a fierce look on his face.

Seeing his expression, Indra also turned cold and displeased and shouted in a low voice, "What you say is none of my business!"

Malfoy choked, his red mouth snorted and he looked away with an unhappy face.
