Hogwarts: Slytherin Kiss

Chapter 240 Look at me

The silver substance filled the vial, and Snape's blood seemed to be running out.

Indra poured all of Fox's crystal clear tears onto the two deep bloody holes on Snape's neck, looking at it with a pale face, hoping that it would be useful. This was already the last resort.

Snape's hand slowly loosened his grip on Harry's robes.

He whispered, "Look...at...me"

Green eyes stared into black eyes.

Indra looked at the two bloody holes made by the snake's fangs. They had healed.

Snape's eyes closed, and the hand holding Harry fell to the ground, and he stopped moving.

There was silence in the Shrieking Shack.

Indra stared at Snape blankly, stretching out his fingers tremblingly, hoping that he would wake up like Fred.

Draco grabbed her hand and touched Snape's neck himself, looking for a weak pulse through the large swath of warm blood.

He breathed a sigh of relief, "The professor is still alive, don't worry."

"Fortunately...fortunately Fox gave me tears..." Indra's face gained a little more color, her whole body relaxed, and she fell backward into Draco's arms.

"Right, Ron."

Ron responded blankly, "What?"

"Fred is alive."

Ron had a sad look on his face after hearing Fred's name, and asked blankly, "What are you talking about?"

Hermione: "She said Fred was still alive! Really? But they all thought he was dead at the time..."

Ron looked at Indra expectantly and fearfully.

Indra said while searching for the blood-replenishing potion on his body, "Really, I saw him in the alcove on the third floor. He said he was still alive."

Ron jumped up on the spot and cried in the middle of the sentence, "I want to go back! I want to go back and tell...Hiccup...them...Hiccup...this news..."

The heavy and tragic atmosphere had just eased, and Voldemort's cold, clear voice echoed around again, as if he was speaking against everyone's neck.

"You have put up a tenacious resistance. Lord Voldemort will appreciate your courage."

"But you have also suffered heavy losses. If you continue to resist, you will die one by one. Every drop of wizard's blood is a loss and waste. I don't want this to continue to happen."

"Lord Voldemort is merciful. I order my troops to retreat immediately."

"You have one hour to arrange the dead decently and treat the wounded."

"...Potter...you allowed your friends to die for you...waited in the Forbidden Forest for an hour...without voluntarily surrendering...the battle will continue...I will personally..."

Before Voldemort finished speaking, Indra stopped listening. She looked at Harry, "Harry, go and see what Professor Snape gave you, as soon as possible."

Harry squeezed the glass medicine bottle in his hand tightly, his mouth moved without saying a word, and then he turned around and left.

He was going to the principal's office. Maybe the Pensieve could tell him what all this was about.

Ron and Hermione followed Harry away.

Draco caressed Indra's cheek and wiped the dust from her face that was wet with tears.

Indra held his hand and said, "Don't you go back? They retreated."

Draco shook his head, "There are too many Death Eaters who failed to go back, including Dolohov, and they will think that I can't go back."

Indra hugged Draco and whispered, "Then let's go back to Hogwarts."

The two temporarily moved Snape into the invisible stretching spell space of the dragon skin bag, and then left the Shrieking Shack.

After getting out of the tunnel under the Whomping Willow, it was still dark everywhere, and there was still an hour before dawn.

Indra and Draco walked across the lawn and could already faintly see the almost ruined castle in the distance.

As they walked near the Forbidden Forest, a snoring sound attracted their attention.

"What sound?" Draco asked curiously.

Indra pointed at the Forbidden Forest with the wand in his hand, "It seems to be coming from there."

Nothing could be seen in the dark forest, but cries could be heard.

Indra and Draco hesitated for a while, then their wands lit up and they walked over cautiously.

The bushes and leaves were separated from both sides. Under the faint moonlight, a small giant squatted in the bush, covered with wounds, and the tears on his badly beaten face were shining brightly.

"Hagrid...Hagrid..."

Indra looked at Draco in surprise, "He's Hagrid's brother."

Draco: "He's much older than his brother..."

Indra didn't know if Hagrid was still alive, "What's your name?"

"Grawp, Grawp, I want Hagrid..."

The little giant Grawp has a loud crying voice. He seems to be the shortest among all the giants. I don't know if he has reached adulthood.

"Thank you for saving us in the Astronomy Tower. Come back to the castle with us. If Hagrid comes back, he will come to you." Indra said loudly.

A giant of more than ten meters is too big. If she doesn't speak louder, the other party may not be able to hear her at all.

Grawp: "Hagrid... come back and find me..."

Indra nodded vigorously and waved, "Come on."

She took out a large bottle of tonic from her fire dragon leather bag and brought it to him with a wave of her wand. "Take it and drink it."

The large glass medicine bottle became extremely small in Grawp's hand, and he didn't know how effective the medicine inside could be.

Indra and Draco briefly treated Grawp's wounds. Those wounds caused by fighting with his kind were particularly shocking.

After using up almost all the white essence and several large rolls of hemostatic bandages, Indra and Draco held hands and walked in front, while Grawp walked slowly behind, the ground shaking slightly with his footsteps.

The castle was eerily silent, with no light and flicker of spells, no sounds of explosions, shouts, or fighting.

Walking to the door, Indra turned to Graup and said, "Sit here and rest first."

The little giant obediently sat down on the outside, shaking a large piece of the crumbling glass from the window.

Professors McGonagall and Flitwick rushed out with their wands in hand. After seeing it was Grawp, they turned their attention to Indra and Draco beside her.

"What's going on, Indra?" asked Professor McGonagall, her elegant bun was messed up and there was a bleeding wound on her face.

Indra said sincerely: "Professor, it is obvious that Draco belongs to our camp. We just met Grawp in the Forbidden Forest and brought him back."

They walked into the castle. The stone slabs in the foyer were stained with blood and scattered with emeralds. Filch was sweeping the floor with his head lowered and a broom, sweeping aside the dust and rubble to clear a path among the ruins.

Indra nodded slightly to him and walked into the auditorium.

The auditorium was packed with people, and survivors gathered in small groups, leaning on each other and tending to their wounds.
