Hogwarts: Slytherin Kiss

Chapter 138 You didn’t close your head properly

Indra's eyes moved, and then she tried to regain her composure, feeling a little embarrassed and guilty.

Umbridge's job now finally fell to Professor Snape.

"…it is good."

Indra glanced at the things on the desk.

There are no medicinal ingredients being processed, and no magic potions being brewed.

Snape glanced at Indra with his dark eyes, "It seems that Draco hasn't taught you Occlumency yet."

It's so easy to see through when you're covering up.

In fact, it was also because Indra didn't hide it seriously. If it were Umbridge sitting there, she would have worked hard to disguise it from the moment she walked in.

Indra immediately understood that Snape had guessed that Umbridge's poison was his own, and she said calmly, "Then do you agree?"

"I'm afraid I can't help but refuse." Snape snorted.

But Snape neither asked why Indra poisoned her, nor where she got the recipe for the potion.

She was only asked to change her homework, and there were only a dozen homeworks for Slytherin's fifth grade.

Indra returned to the lounge at the bottom of the lake, threw a pile of parchment on the table, lay down in Draco's arms, and sighed helplessly, "Professor Snape knows that we did it."

Draco's expression tightened. Ever since he learned Occlumency from Snape, he had always suspected that Snape's usual pleasantness towards him was mostly just an act.

After all, he didn't hold back when he tortured himself with Legilimency!

Draco also resented Potter's ability to use his wand for defense.

"Then what did he say?" Draco curled his lips and hugged Indra tightly and asked.

"I didn't say anything. When do you think Professor Snape's potion will be ready?"

"If I remember correctly, this is not the first time that Professor Snape has brewed a potion for the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, right?"

Indra showed a clear smile.

After dinner on Saturday, Indra and Draco came to his exclusive bathroom.

Compared with the first time I came here last semester, this place has changed a lot.

The dark purple soft couch was turned into a large bed next to the coat rack, covered with soft quilts.

On the coat rack hung two people's bathrobes and some underwear.

The snow-white linen curtains turned into thick dark green with crystal tassels.

There is a thick mat next to the bath. I don't know what it is used for. It has a waterproof charm cast on it.

But now, Draco moved it away from the bath to prevent Indra from falling into the water later.

Indra knelt on the mat, took a deep breath, and then looked at Draco.

She had read the Occlumency book many times.

"Are you ready? Clear your mind and calm down." Draco said softly and seriously.

Indra closed her eyes and waited for a while, then slowly opened them and nodded.

"Legilimency." Draco raised his wand and whispered.

The bathroom with a light yellow glow in front of him disappeared, and some pictures broke into Indra's field of vision.

Thousands of candles floated in the brightly lit auditorium. The 11-year-old girl stood in the queue waiting for the sorting, immature, nervous and expectant.

She and Senna walked through the bustling corridors of Hogwarts Castle, smiling and not knowing what they were talking about...

In the dark corridor of the Slytherin dormitory, Draco grabbed her hand and leaned over to kiss her...

Indra tried hard to control herself from recalling these images and not thinking about anything...

When those thoughts touch a picture, a chain reaction will occur, allowing the brain to penetrate deeper with Legilimency and find more things.

Indra resisted Legilimency's prying eyes, and gradually felt a dull pain in her head, feeling at a loss as to where she was.

Suddenly, a cold, clear night with piles of snow and icy edges appeared in front of me, a carriage parked in a rose shop, and bodies soaked in sweat and pressed together on the spacious and soft seats...

When the bathroom reappeared in front of her, Indra found herself falling into Draco's arms.

"Can you stop looking around!" Indra said angrily, her cheeks turned red, and she straightened up from his arms.

"It's you who didn't close your head properly..." Draco's breathing seemed to be deeper. He looked at Indra with bright eyes, and said aggrievedly, but the corners of his mouth curled up.

Indra was angrily unsure whether he did it on purpose, those scenes kept flashing before her eyes like a movie.

Draco's eyes suddenly moved slightly, he raised his eyebrows and said righteously, "This is the memory you want to hide. I must check it carefully."

As he spoke, the corners of his mouth drooped with a hint of regret. Indra was far from being able to resist Legilimency's exploration of memories, and Draco had already begun to regret in advance that he could no longer see these secret memories.

After Indra was ready, Draco raised his wand again, "Legilimency."

What appeared this time were some very vague and distant memories.

The adults talked about the woman walking away with her suitcase...the heavy compound...

Relatives who could not be named were talking in different tones...

The glass shattered on the ground. The man and the woman roared at each other, occasionally asking her who she wanted to follow... and then shirk each other...

The scene turned, and a little girl looked down from the window of an airplane flying across the ocean. The vast sea surface was vaguely exposed under the thick white clouds outside...

Indra quickly got rid of the influence of Legilimency this time. She was panting, holding her hands on the cushions, her head was in severe pain and her cheeks were pale.

She hated these memories, so she quickly pushed them out of her mind.

It was the insignificant dust in her life.

Draco didn't expect that he would see the memory of Indra when he was a child, and it would be like this.

He knelt on one knee on the cushion, lifted Indra's shoulders and hugged her into his arms, then touched her cheek and whispered softly and nervously, "Head hurts?"

Indra lowered his head and let out a dull sigh.

Will he dislike himself?

Draco has such a beautiful family, and he has probably never seen such a scene.

But there was only remorse and pity in the gray-blue eyes of the blond boy. He shouldn't have happened to uncover these memories.

Draco hugged Indra tightly, and seeing that she refused to raise her head, he lowered his head and kissed her cheeks and lips, lingeringly and deeply.

He seemed to want to tell her physically how much he liked her.

Clothes were scattered and piled haphazardly beside the cushions.

Draco's lips pressed against Indra's ear and she gasped. If he moved any louder, she would bite her lip with tears in her eyes and tremble.

After a long time, the golden faucet set with gems began to release hot water again.

In the misty marble bath, Indra picked up a handful of snow-white bubbles and applied them to Draco's wet blond hair.

Fingers as white as onion sank into his blond hair, gently rubbing it.

Draco narrowed his eyes comfortably and lowered his head slightly so that Indra didn't have to raise his hands so high.

"Let's practice at this time next week." Indra said softly.

Draco raised his eyes slightly, with a hesitant and thoughtful look on his face.

"Don't worry, those memories are very few." Indra smiled and began to comb his hair with her fingers. "Why don't you look for scenes of us together? Didn't you say you want to check it out?"

Draco had a smile in his eyes, lowered his head and touched her nose, "Okay."

·

Professor Snape finally started brewing the antidote for Umbridge a week later.

When Indra went to the potions office, she could smell a strange, unpleasant smell coming from the cauldron.

"I've already told her that if the potion is made too quickly, it won't be very effective. It's a pity that she doesn't have that much patience."

This potion cannot quickly eradicate Umbridge's disease in one go. It smells bad and tastes bad. It needs to be taken regularly every week to make those ugly red scars lighter.

When Professor Snape said this, he gently shook the glass bottle in his hand, and the pink potion was gently shaking inside.

Indra smiled and said, "She will like this color."

·

The escape of the Death Eaters, the ugly scars, and the silent resistance of the students to her made Umbridge even more crazy to keep Hogwarts in her hands.

She ordered no one to take more than three elective courses, so Indra had to cross out the divination class from her schedule.

One advantage of not taking Divination class is that Indra can see her less, because Umbridge stares at Professor Trelawney and Hagrid whenever she has free time.

It seemed that he was determined to expel one of the two.

Now Umbridge wore her pink veil everywhere she went and no longer held her head high with a smile on her face.

Instead, he tried his best to stare upwards with his slightly convex eyes.

This is exactly what Indra wanted.

After the third Occlumency training, Indra and Draco returned to the lake lounge.

When passing by the serpentine wall, the two discovered a new large notice posted on it.

The title reads:

Selection of investigative action team

To maintain order in the school and support the policies of the Ministry of Magic

Senior investigators will be personally selected to form a special operations team

Registration Office: Defense Against the Dark Arts Office

senior investigative officer

Dolores Umbridge

"Investigation action team?" Indra asked softly in surprise.

"She wants to pick out some eyeliner for herself." Draco said disdainfully.

Indra: "I don't know how many people will be willing to sign up. Umbridge may give them some benefits that others don't have."

Many Slytherins have parents who work in the Ministry of Magic, so they may be biased towards Umbridge because of this.

At least on the surface, it's all submissive and complimentary.

However, in the last month, anyone entering or leaving the lake lounge had to say the command "Death toad", and no one was seen reporting to Umbridge.

It is common to have different opinions outside, but as long as you are in the Slytherin lounge, you can only be consistent with the outside world.

This is the default rule for everyone.

"I'm going to sign up."

Chucks, who came back from the Quidditch field in the evening, said something that made the three of them look at each other.

The Quidditch match between Slytherin and Ravenclaw was approaching, and he and Senna had been training intensively recently.

Draco raised his eyebrows and looked him up and down, "You?"

Senna: "Sign up? Have you been hit in the head by a Bludger?"

"You don't sign up because Umbridge won't want you at all, because she doesn't like your family." Chucks spread his hands.

MacMillan is a big fan of Dumbledore.

Senna rolled her eyes.

Indra raised her eyebrows and said, "Go ahead and see what Umbridge is planning."

Chucks: "You really know how to summon people."

Indra snorted softly, "Maybe she doesn't like my Muggle blood either."

The next afternoon, Chucks actually went to the Defense Against the Dark Arts office to submit the registration application to Umbridge, and was in a very good mood when he came back.

He sat on the sofa and tutted at Saina, "You haven't seen her face, it looks more like a toad."

Only then did Draco and Indra come out of their exclusive corner and sit on the sofa opposite them.

"How is it? What did she say?" Indra asked, pursing her lips, which were still rich in cherry red from being sucked out.

"She asked some questions about my family background, my views on school and the Ministry of Magic. Of course, I told her what she wanted to hear." Chucks said slowly, "We won't know until next week whether I pass or not."

Draco leaned against the sofa quietly without speaking, squinting his eyes as if he was a little sleepy.

·

Umbridge was present almost every time Indra had Care of Magical Creatures class, and this class was no exception.

Hagrid was extremely nervous because of her presence. He suddenly turned his head and looked at Umbridge with anxious and helpless eyes.

"What did you say?"

Umbridge just coughed, but Hagrid thought she wanted to speak.

He seemed to have had a slight stress reaction to the weird coughing sound.

Umbridge glared at Hagrid fiercely and said nothing, while trying not to cough.

Professor Snape's potion didn't seem to help eradicate her cough. Instead, like the scars on her face, it vaguely recurred from time to time.

Hagrid had no choice but to continue his lecture silently, but he made three incorrect knowledge points about the magical rune horse in a row.

Before get out of class ended, Hermione suddenly stopped Indra and asked her to meet in the kitchen half an hour before dinner.

·

When Indra came to the kitchen, Hermione was already waiting for her.

"Did you cause Umbridge's scar?" She raised her eyes and said relievedly.

Indra just raised her eyebrows and said nothing, neither admitting nor refuting.

She sat down on the chair opposite Hermione and asked softly, "What's the matter? How is your secret group studying?"

"It's going very well. Do you want to know its name?" Hermione said.

"What is it?" Indra felt that Hermione was definitely not here to report to her.

"DA Dumbledore's Army."

Indra showed a slightly surprised smile, "Very good."

It was a stab in the heart of the Ministry of Magic.

Hermione said slowly, "The power of the Death Eaters has grown, and we also need to organize our own forces... but this is not enough."

She looked at Indra seriously and said, "There is something I have thought about for a long time, and I feel that I must do it, and I need to let you know in advance."

Indra was stunned and looked at her with slight doubts, but felt a little uneasy in his heart, always feeling that he had overlooked something.

It's snowing for the first time and it's so cold.

(...)

Snake, right?

Actually, what I want to write about is that both Xiao Yin and Professor Snape have the same bad parents. I didn’t expect everyone to be so imaginative.

The original settings will be discussed later.
