Hogwarts: Slytherin Kiss

Chapter 13 Flourish and Blotts Bookstore

Since she couldn't use magic at home, Indra was almost suffocated. She could only read various magic books and send Harricon to deliver messages to Hermione, Draco, Senna and even Blaise. However, she couldn't use magic but she could make potions, so she and her grandma went to Diagon Alley and bought a lot of materials and utensils to make the potions according to the full recipe of ingredients. Occasionally, she could ask Ms. Lucy if she didn't understand something, but she had already It had been many years since graduation and I couldn't remember it at all, so Indra had no choice but to boldly write a letter to Professor Snape, and received a reply with trepidation.

Hermione also wrote that she was old enough to have her teeth straightened, and her father would do it himself. In short, the hot summer vacation time passed by so unknowingly, studying, resting, and traveling, so much so that when Indra received the letter from Hogwarts, she was shocked to realize that the three-month summer vacation was about to end.

In addition to the start date and King's Cross Station, the letter also listed a second grade book list. The series of names of strange races surprised her. She first noticed "A Year with the Tibetan Snowman" at the end, and then continued. I looked at female ghosts, vampires, and werewolves... Then Indra was shocked to realize that this was a book written by the same person.

Looks like we're going to Diagon Alley again.

Early Wednesday morning, Indra carried an empty suitcase and headed to the food store on the corner. Because she was traveling with Ms. Lucy, the two of them used Floo powder to enter Diagon Alley directly.

Indra first went to accompany Ms. Lucy to buy a new robe, and then went to Flourish and Blotts Bookstore. Before she even got close to her, Lady Lucy shouted with joy on her face: "Gilderoy Lockhart!"

Indra felt that the name sounded familiar. He looked at the poster hanging outside the crowded bookstore and found that it was the author of most of the books he wanted to buy, a rather young man. But seeing how excited Aunt Lucy is, and being the author of a book designated by the academy, she must be very powerful.

When Indra walked to the door of the bookstore, she realized why so many people were gathered together. There seemed to be a book signing inside. She saw a man with blond curly hair and sapphire blue clothes, Gilderoy Lockhart, with a look on his face. The charming smile was like a piece of half-dissolved candy, and Indra felt a little tired of it.

"Indra, what books do you want to buy?" Aunt Lucy pulled her in.

"It belongs to this person. There are many books..." Indra tried hard to take out the book list with her free hand.

Aunt Lucy suddenly took out her book list and said with a smile: "Indra, I'll buy it for you. It's inconvenient because there are so many people. Just wait outside, or go for a walk..."

"Don't miss out! The spell is level 2!" Indra shouted, looking around and following the circular staircase on the left to the second floor. She leaned on the fence and looked down. Aunt Lucy was quickly looking for her. Book. Indra had no idea who signed her book, but Aunt Lucy was too enthusiastic.

Smiling and sighing softly, Indra turned around and started browsing among the bookshelves on this floor.

Malfoy followed his father out of Knockturn Alley. Lucius looked away and said calmly: "Draco, you go to Flourish and Blotts Bookstore first. I will come find you later."

"Okay father." Malfoy nodded. Although he was a little curious about where his father was, he didn't ask and walked towards Flourish and Blotts Bookstore. As soon as he saw the bookstore that was almost surrounded by water, he immediately frowned in disgust, pushed aside the people blocking the way and walked up the stairs to finally feel a little quieter.

Malfoy put his arm on the fence and looked down indifferently, wondering why so many people liked that idiot Lockhart. Are they blind? Especially since he wanted to buy a bunch of his books. Really off-putting. With a slight sneer on his face, he suddenly saw a few red heads in the crowd pushing their way forward. Poor Weasley also came to buy books? Then he saw Harry Potter again, looking like he had emerged from the stove, taking a photo with Lockhart.

"Draco?"

A familiar voice came from behind, with a gentle questioning tone, which was particularly clear in the noisy bookstore. His mind was stunned, and he quickly turned around and looked around. With light brown eyes and long, soft and slightly curly black hair, the girl in the wizard's robe had grown much taller and was looking at him with a smile.

"Indra..." Malfoy forgot about Weasley, Harry Potter and the idiot Lockhart downstairs for a moment. He stood still with a dazed look on his face, and shook his hands unconsciously under his cloak.

He had grown taller and was wearing a thin black cloak, with the same Slytherin emblem as hers on his chest.

Indra thought, she was a little hesitant at first looking at the back, familiar yet unfamiliar. The person in front of him already has the outline of a teenager. The face that was still childish before the summer vacation is now clear-cut. The harmless disguise has faded away, and it has become smooth and sharp, but it is still delicate. The docile blond hair that is also combed back seems a little bit... It’s different.

She actually started to get nervous.

Licking her lips, Indra took a few steps forward: "Long time no see, are you here to buy books?"

Malfoy saw her approaching and leaned on the fence slightly uncomfortably, even though he had just written a letter last week.

"I've already bought it. I came out with my dad today to buy a broomstick." Malfoy's eyes fell on the suitcase in her hand.

"It's empty. Aunt Lucy is buying it for me below. I want the person to sign it for her." Indra lifted the box and raised her chin to look at Lockhart.

Malfoy glanced around trying to find who Aunt Lucy was, and then saw Hermione Granger below. He tilted his head towards Indra and said, "You must not ask him for an autograph. My father said those books He made it all up, but he actually knows nothing."

As he spoke, a look of disdain appeared on his face. Indra turned to look at him, raised her eyebrows and hummed in disbelief. She found many familiar people below.

"My dad is here"

Malfoy suddenly stood up straight. He felt a little panicked for some reason. He quickly said to Indra, "I'm going down first." After a few steps, he turned around and looked at her and said, "See you at school."

"Okay" Indra smiled at him and watched him run down the stairs briskly and walked to a man with long blond hair, wearing a gorgeous robe and holding a cane. He had the same slightly pale face and gray-blue eyes. And the same arrogance.

There seemed to be a dispute between them and Weasley and Harry's group.

Before she could take a closer look, Aunt Lucy waved to Indra from below, and she walked down immediately.

"I bought them all, including a lot!" Aunt Lucy's face had a clear blush, perhaps because she was too excited. Because the two families were blocking the door, Indra had to pass by them, but apparently they didn't have time to notice her. Only Draco quietly turned his head to look at her.

"Is that Lucius Malfoy?" Aunt Lucy asked as soon as she came out of the bookstore.

Indra opened her mouth in surprise, "Aunt Lucy knows?"

"He was there when I was still at Hogwarts, but he was one grade higher than me. He was one of the two venomous snakes in Slytherin. His colorful skin was filled with venom!"

Indra couldn't help but twitch the corners of her mouth and wanted to laugh but held it back. Draco might be angry when he heard this, but could the other poisonous snake be Professor Snape?

"Who is the other venomous snake? Aunt Lucy, is it Professor Snape?" Indra asked.

"Snape, yes, he is much more sinister than Lucius, but he also liked a Gryffindor before!" Aunt Lucy still feels a little emotional to this day, the entanglement of Slytherin's Gryffindor , it cannot be explained clearly in a few words.

Indra was surprised: "Really?! Professor Snape would like someone from Gryffindor?"

Many years have passed, and Aunt Lucy can't remember it clearly and doesn't care anymore. She said, "Maybe I remembered it wrong, but the girl seems to be called Lily."

This incident lingered in Indra's mind for the next few days, but as time passed, it was gradually forgotten.
