HP solves the mystery

Chapter 8 Hogsmeade Village 1 Tour

'The Marauder's Map'!

Severus cursed secretly that he was really like a fool. However, the Marauder's Map was in the hands of Potter and the others. As his love rival and the hated 'Slytherin' identity, coupled with the Moonlight Werewolf incident, it was impossible for them to meet when they met. It's fine if you start fighting.

He touched his chin in thought and wandered in the corridor. When he saw the statues around him, he suddenly remembered that in the original book, Harry Potter entered Hogsmeade through the one-eyed witch statue.

The statue was on the fourth floor, and he could only walk up the stairs while watching out for Peeves.

The classrooms around the statue were empty, which happened to facilitate someone's movement.

Severus walked behind the one-eyed witch statue and whispered to it, "Separate left and right!"

As he expected, the statue's hunchback opened a hole for one person to enter. He quickly climbed into the hole, groped carefully, and found a slide. Then it slid like a slide for about ten minutes, and then suddenly stopped, and its feet touched the dry and hard ground.

He stood up and looked around. From the dim environment, he could tell that he was in a very narrow and low passage. "Fluorescence is flashing!"

A weak light illuminated the road ahead. It was winding and the ground was uneven. He almost fell down several times. Fortunately, he had a wand for lighting.

After walking for more than half an hour, sweat broke out on his forehead. He walked across the stone platform, then climbed more than two hundred stone steps. His lowered head suddenly touched something hard.

It was a floor door. Severus stood there, touched his sore head, carefully pushed open a corner, and observed what was going on outside.

Above him is a cellar, surrounded by wooden chairs and boxes.

Severus climbed out of the floor door and closed it, which blended into the dusty floor and was invisible unless you looked carefully.

He slowly climbed towards the wooden stairs leading upstairs. The faint voices of various people could be heard outside, mixed with the sounds of bells ringing and doors opening and closing.

Severus cast a soft spell on himself, walked to the door at the top of the stairs, pushed it open and slipped out. He found himself behind the counter of Bee Duke, and immediately bent down, crawled to the side, then straightened up and blended into the wizard team.

He breathed a sigh of relief. Fortunately, the person at the counter didn't notice him. Otherwise, he really wouldn't know how to solve it. It seems that next time he will have to go to the professor to sign.

The original person had been to Hogsmeade Village before. Although he only had a few silver Sickles and Copper Knuts, he could still buy things to his liking at the flea market here.

Severus looked around curiously. The memory of this place in his mind was vague with some joy, but after all, it was not his personal experience, so he always felt that something was missing.

His eyes were fixed on the shelves of a candy store, where there were pieces of shimmering pink coconut sorbet, hundreds of styles of chocolates arranged neatly...

Along another wall were candies with "special effects" and he was interested in the super-bubble-gum toad-shaped Cream Mints, but the first priority was to buy some new clothes that fit and were comfortable.

The Fengya wizard clothing store was easy to find, so Severus walked in quickly.

There are not many wizards inside. The store has sample uniforms and cloaks from the four houses of Hogwarts School, regular clothes and trousers, gloves and hats, and many socks with bright colors, strange shapes and exaggerated styles. The prices are written on them. There are also signs that read, 'No counter-offers, no bullying. '

He estimated the price, picked between the counters, and selected the appropriate size. The school uniforms and wizard robes were made in several sizes and placed there. If they were customized, it would take longer, but he couldn't wait now.

Severus is now 165cm tall, with a slender figure, a thin waist and long legs. It is easy to choose suitable clothes. I bought two new wizard robes, as well as a few inner shirts, pants, ties and other regular clothes.

"A total of 16 gold Galleons and 5 silver Sickles, sir." The young wizard on the counter waved his wand, and the clothes were automatically folded and stuffed into the bag, and the amount was accurately calculated by him.

Severus felt for a moment that the prices in Hogsmeade Village were a bit high. The wizard robes were all the most common student wizard robes. There were no customizations or fancy magic patterns or spells, but they still cost him 7 gold galleons. , but I feel relieved when I consider that a second-hand robe in Diagon Alley costs 2 Galleons and a cup of butterbeer costs 2 Sickles.

He took out the money bag from his pocket, counted out 17 gold Galleons, and exchanged it for 12 silver Sickles.

The clerk even thoughtfully cast a 'quickly shrinking' spell on the bag containing the clothes, and the bag shrunk to the size of his palm.

"Thank you." The problem of the clothes being too big was solved. Severus couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief and put the bag into the inner pocket. He would wait until he went to Diagon Alley to buy other things during the holidays.

When he passed by the Three Broomsticks, he wanted to go in and try the butterbeer that every time traveler must visit, but he was afraid of being seen by his classmates, so he could only turn around and leave.

Before Severus traveled through time, he loved sweets as a child, but eating too much would lead to tooth decay, so he gave up. But there is a tooth-healthy potion in the wizarding world! Otherwise, Dumbledore, the sugar-addicted guy, could still have good teeth?

He stopped at the Honeydukes candy store and bought the chocolate balls, milk fudge, Bibi's multi-flavored beans, and licorice wands that he wanted to eat...

These cost less than 5 silver coins, but they made him very happy. The strawberry custard inside the chocolate balls was so delicious.

Severus licked the cream from his lips, becoming more interested in some strange candies that only appeared in winter when his memory was short. There were so many interesting things in the wizarding world.

In fact, shopping didn't take much time. What took time was walking the secret passage. He estimated that it took him an hour from discovering the secret passage to walking out. Now he had to go back the same way. This was really a chore.

Severus carefully avoided the crowd and squeezed in. He climbed over the counter and entered Honeydukes' cellar, slipped into the tunnel and slid back to Hogwarts.

When he climbed out of the one-eyed witch statue and restored the hole in the hunchback, he patted his pockets, easily took the sweets he bought, and walked out from behind the statue.

Using the cover of the wizard's robe to avoid the boring little wizards wandering around the castle, he finally returned to the dormitory in the cellar.

The dormitory was quiet. Regulus, who was still sleeping when he went out, was no longer there.

Severus used the magnification spell to restore the bag containing the wizard's robe to its original state, sorted it out one by one and put it in the closet. The snacks he bought were also stuffed into the corner of the closet.

He was eating with the licorice magic stick in his hand, his eyes roaming around the dormitory.

Looking at the empty bed curtains, I remembered that I forgot to buy bed curtains.

But there seems to be no such thing in the wizarding world, right? Moreover, you have to go to Diagon Alley to buy magic shampoo or something...otherwise you have to wait until the holidays to go to a Muggle house to buy it...

He had a headache thinking about it like this. He didn't want to be a greasy little bat. All the things used for bathing in the wizarding world were available in public restrooms, but why not add those for washing hair?

And the one selling shampoo is still Potter’s! It’s really amazing!

This abominable monopoly!
