HP: Slytherin disguise
Chapter 56 "The look in Decorah's eyes is really scary!"
Christmas passed quickly.
The holidays are over, and students have returned to Hogwarts to continue classes.
And Harry also discovered that he hadn't seen Decorah recently.
Until classes resume.
He had just met Decorah with a pale face and a gloomy expression in the Transfiguration class.
"Decora, you look bad. Are you feeling uncomfortable somewhere?"
Professor McGonagall walked over.
She raised her hand and placed it on Decorah's forehead, wanting to see if he had a fever or cold.
The cold touch is like caressing frost.
Professor McGonagall bent down and asked, because Decorah's skin looked extremely pale, almost transparent, and the veins on his neck could be clearly seen.
"I'm just a little cold." Decorah's gray-blue eyes were as cold as a cold pool and as gloomy.
Something was obviously wrong, so Professor McGonagall did not believe him.
"You should go to the infirmary."
She straightened up, looked around, then looked at Harry and said, "Harry, take Decorah to the infirmary."
"Okay, Professor."
Harry stood up quickly and walked over.
"Let's go."
Decorah frowned, and seeing Professor McGonagall's firm eyes, she finally stood up, ignored Harry, and walked out of the classroom.
"Decora?" Harry was a little confused, but still chased after him.
Professor McGonagall noticed something was wrong, and her serious face became more thoughtful. She seemed to be no longer in the mood to teach, so she asked the students in the classroom to study by themselves, and then left the classroom.
"What do you think happened to Decorah?"
"I feel like he's resenting something."
Ron looked at Hermione and Hermione on the side and said doubtfully.
"I feel like...Decora...he's changed."
Hermione frowned. Seeing Ron and Neville's confused expressions, she continued to break it down: "How should I put it, it's like it suddenly changed."
"He doesn't seem to like Professor McGonagall. He has been responding coldly to Professor McGonagall's care since the beginning of class. Moreover, he just ignored Harry."
"It's not the kind of angry ignoring, but...how to put it, the kind of annoying ignoring, the kind of ignoring that comes from the heart."
"And Decorah has been ignoring us."
"Why? Isn't it just Christmas? What happened?!"
Neville's whole face wrinkled up, a little confused.
"I'm actually a little afraid of Decorah." Ron said suddenly, with a strange look on his face.
He looked at Hermione and Neville seriously and said, "I don't know why I feel like this, but I just feel a little scared. The look in Decorah's eyes is really scary!"
"I feel it too!"
"I thought I was overthinking it!" Neville exclaimed. He also felt the changes in Decorah, as well as those eyes, which looked terrifying.
"I guess we'll have to ask Harry."
"Didn't he say that Decorah stayed in school like him? Maybe something happened in the past few days!"
Hermione suggested, and both Ron and Hermione nodded in agreement.
Infirmary.
Decorah opened the door and walked in, her eyes falling on Madam Pomfrey who was busy.
On these beds, several students were groaning, their faces covered in bruises.
"You naughty children, the snow is so slippery, you can't run too fast!"
"If you break your arm, you will have to drink a very bitter medicine!"
"Be more careful next time, got it?"
"Got it, Madam Pomfrey!"
Several students who were injured in the fall replied in unison.
After wiping their bruises, Madam Pomfrey turned around and planned to get some candies for the injured children.
"Madam Pomfrey."
"Oh, kid, why are you here again?"
Looking at the pale Decorah, Madam Pomfrey was startled and thought she had seen a ghost in broad daylight.
"Professor McGonagall asked me to come and see if she was sick."
Decorah sat directly on the chair next to her. Madam Pomfrey looked at him, then frowned and said, "You look really sick, child."
"He's so pale and scary."
Madam Pomfrey put her hand on his forehead to test the temperature, frowned and continued: "Why is it so cold? This temperature is really not good."
"Wait, kid."
"I have to go get you some warming powder to drink."
She let go of her hand and turned her attention to Harry who was pushing the door open.
"Oh, kid, are you sick too?"
"Today is really weird. It's the first time there are so many patients."
"Excuse me, Madam Pomfrey, I'm here to keep Decorah company."
Harry saw that Madam Pomfrey had misunderstood and hurriedly explained.
"Really? Then you must remember to be quiet."
Madam Pomfrey turned away and went to another room.
"What are you doing here? Po Te!"
Decorah frowned at Harry, looking unhappy.
"what?"
"Pote?"
"?"
Harry looked questioning, a little confused as to why Decorah called him that.
"Oh, I forgot how to call you." Decorah rubbed her temples, her voice low.
"Are you OK?"
"Is it a headache?"
Harry didn't pay attention to his words, but asked worriedly.
"Obviously, I'm healthy."
"Professor McGonagall insists on letting me see the doctor. I suspect she is implying that there is something wrong with my brain."
"You actually followed me!"
"Are you stupid...are you stupid?"
Decorah shrugged, crossed his legs, and looked disdainful.
Now Harry was even more confused.
Why would Decorah say that Professor McGonagall was implying that he was mentally ill? Wasn't Professor McGonagall worried and concerned about him? Why would Decorah think that?
And, why is Decorah acting weird today.
Both his tone and eyes were full of impatience and boredom towards him.
Having lived in the house of his uncle and aunt for a long time, Harry could see the emotions in a person's eyes. He saw the unbreakable gloom in Decorah's eyes.
And boredom with other people.
"What happened?"
Harry felt that something bad must have happened, so Decorah felt like this.
But what he didn't know was that Decorah had regained the memory of his previous life, so his mood and personality had undergone earth-shaking changes.
In her previous life, Decorah hated Harry Potter because she was jealous of him for having the much-anticipated title of 'Savior', the best friendship, the most high hopes, and encouragement.
Therefore, when memories are fused, emotions and hatred from previous lives will be substituted.
"Of course, I suddenly found that I had a lot of people I hated."
"Extremely annoying! Disgusted! Hatred!"
Decorah's expression was fierce, and his eyes revealed danger and hatred.
This is a Malfoy, a qualified Malfoy, and a qualified Slytherin.
"why?"
Harry asked softly.
"Obviously you don't dislike anyone. The professors all like you. Many students who like Quidditch also like you. Students at the same level in our college also like you."
"Everyone likes you, Decorah."
"No one in Hogwarts hates you, and no one has any ill intentions towards you."
"Decora, what happened?"
