World of Beasts: Green Snake, please pet it gently

Chapter 11 Does that beast eat humans?

Suddenly, An Ran had an idea: "Yes!"

"What!" The clan leader leaned over excitedly and looked at An Ran excitedly.

An Ran: "It's hard to say now. I'll give you an answer tomorrow!"

She wasn't sure it would work, but if it did, she could get a good price by exchanging it.

And it’s not as easy to copy as a stone pot.

The patriarch chuckled: "Oh, my daughter has grown up, and she has secrets she hides from her father."

An Ran rolled her eyes at him and said angrily, "Sleep."

The patriarch leaned over to confirm again: "Do you really have a way?"

An Ran nodded solemnly: "Yes, but if it really happens, I have conditions!"

The clan leader was a little worried at first, but when he heard her say the word "condition", he guessed that she should be sure without saying anything about the conditions.

"Okay, okay, sleep!"

-

Yu Fei, Zhu Lu and the others, these elderly females, slept particularly soundly tonight.

They really didn't expect that the world outside the tribe was so big and beautiful. They had a full meal with their own hands.

Especially the bugs are really fragrant.

Before dawn, they rolled up and waited outside.

An Ran stretched out and saw them all squatting under the tree: "Why are you so early?"

Yu Fei smiled and said, "If you go out early, you can collect more."

An Ran: "Let's go, but we have tasks today, so we may have to divide them up."

Zhu Lu: "An Ran, just say it."

"Yes, we all listen to you." The other old females behind him expressed their opinions.

They now firmly believe that only by following An Ran can they have enough food.

An Ran led them to the bamboo forest where they were yesterday: "Grandma Yufei, I might have to trouble you to take everyone to collect it today."

"Grandma Zhulu and I are cutting some bamboo here."

When Yu Fei heard that she was asked to lead the team, she was a little confused. She didn't know those edible things: "Ah, me, but I don't know them."

An Ran frowned immediately. She had overlooked this question. She thought for a while and said, "It doesn't matter if you don't know each other. Bring back some of the things you think are edible and I'll take a look."

When Yu Fei heard that this method was feasible, he said, "Okay, the others will follow me."

"You're right here, don't run too far." An Ran warned her repeatedly.

"Know it."

Yu Fei led several females out of the forest, while An Ran and Zhu Lu took out a bone knife to chop bamboo.

The five people worked together for a while to cut the bamboo. Although this knife is easy to cut, cutting bamboo is a bit useless.

Just break it.

An Ran picked up the ivory knife and split the bamboo into two pieces, then cut it into thumb-width bamboo strips. He carefully removed the white layer inside, leaving only the green skin on the outside.

I went to the side and picked up two thick wooden sticks, then sat on the ground and started knitting.

"You guys should study hard. If you learn it, you won't be hungry in the tribe."

Zhulu and the others were already very curious about what An Ran was doing, but now that they heard what she said, they immediately cheered up.

Soon the bottom of a backpack was ready. The first steps of making the backpack couldn't stop her, but she was only not so familiar with the finishing step.

This was when my grandfather was still alive. Every winter he would knit these at home when he had nothing to do. She learned some of them while playing around.

I tried several times, but I just couldn't get the finish right.

Zhu Lu's eyes grew hot when she saw it: "An Ran, how about I give it a try?"

An Ran simply threw it to Zhu Lu and asked her to come.

However, when the bamboo stick was in Zhu Lu's hands, it seemed as if it had a soul, and it quickly came to an end.

She looked at the backpack in surprise. Although it was a little crooked, it was her first work and she was very satisfied with it.

"Grandma Zhulu, you are so powerful. I have tried for a long time without success."

Zhu Lu smiled sheepishly: "I made changes based on the method you tried. I didn't expect it to work."

An Ran put the ivory knife into her hand and said solemnly: "I'll leave this job to you. Help me make more."

Zhu Lu: "If we make this up, we can have enough to eat?"

"Of course." She patted her chest and assured, this could be exchanged for salt.

Another female saw that bamboo strands could be woven into such a beautiful thing, and touched it with her hands.

"An Ran, what is this thing called?"

An Ran pretended to think for a while: "Let's call it a backpack. I think it's very useful for carrying things."

But Zhulu picked up the half-finished backpack and put it directly on her head, frowning: "How do you carry this?"

An Ran burst out laughing and said, "I'll go over there and pull some weeds over there."

Everyone followed curiously. The pickerel grass here was something she discovered when she first came out to look for food.

I used a knife to cut a large piece of bamboo and carried it back to the bamboo forest. Then I twisted it into a rope, grabbed a handful of pickerel grass and woven it into a fishbone braid, and threaded it through the gap in the backpack. After a while, I was done.

She tried carrying it on her back, and it was the same length on both sides, which fit her body perfectly.

When Zhu Lu saw this scene, her eyes suddenly lit up. This was much more useful than an animal skin bag and could hold a lot of things.

"Just leave this to us."

Other old females came to try out the backpack one after another, and they were all very curious.

"We can do that too?"

Zhu Lu said as if she had been given a shot of blood: "We will definitely do it!"

After saying that, they took the ivory knife and ran to get bamboo. With An Ran's demonstration before, they were soon on their way.

An Ran saw them on the road and headed towards Yu Fei.

Before they even walked out of the bamboo forest, they saw a large group of them running towards them.

"But what's the gain?" An Ran said excitedly.

Yu Fei threw all the grass on the ground: "Look, is there anything edible?"

An Ran dug out the weeds on the ground and found that they were all hard and inedible things.

Suddenly, a heart-shaped half of rattan was mixed in. She picked it up and confirmed again that it looked like the same thing.

"Where did this thing come from?"

One of the old females stood up and said, "It's on a small slope outside the bamboo forest. There is a small patch there."

"Come on, let's go take a look."

Everyone trotted over, but before they saw anything, a huge wild boar rolled and crawled away after hearing the noise.

I didn't expect there to be wild beasts here.

Yu Fei was a little worried: "Will the beast eat humans?"

An Ran wasn't sure whether the wild boars here didn't eat humans, but if it really was what she thought it was there, it was too important and had to be dug back.

"Let's go back first and ask my dad."

Others also nodded, safety is the most important thing.
