The biggest difficulty I encountered when writing this book was loneliness.

It is often said in the online literature circle that it is normal for the first book to be ignored. Although I agree with this, I never thought that this book would be so long. It took me a full year and a half to write it. It is really long and cold.

I couldn’t hold on several times and stopped writing for several days. The first time I stopped writing, I basically gave up, thinking that the next book would be better.

But Tomato is really resourceful. After I stopped updating for seven days, it gave me more than a thousand copies for the first time. I had never seen such a thing before, so more than a thousand copies was a great encouragement to me. (But it only happened that once)

I continued writing with great expectations, but the two days I was given were gone in a flash. I felt really disappointed.

But after giving up once and choosing to continue, there is no reason to give up again and you can't always be indecisive.

The subsequent writing process was also very painful, but I developed feelings for the characters in the book, so I had to give them an ending.

And just like that, I finished writing it while still feeling depressed.

I'm so glad that I persisted, as if I had completed a journey with everyone in the book.

I am also very grateful to my friend. When no one was reading it at first, she was the one who followed the book every day and left comments on every chapter.

Today, this book is completed!

We are parting today, they are still continuing to write their stories in that world, and I have to say goodbye to them, feeling somewhat reluctant and sad.

In fact, throughout the book, I spent a lot of time and effort to talk about Baizhi's self. It can be said that this is a story about a girl finding herself.

At the beginning, Bai Zhi took the initiative to change her situation. After meeting Meng Ying, she took the initiative to pursue her. Meng Ying is also a carefully crafted character, and he is the most perfect man in my imagination. Later, his country was in chaos and he suffered a lot. It can be said that the reason he was able to hold on was because he was loved sincerely when he was a child.

For him, it is normal for the world to have darkness, failure is not a big deal, and setbacks can be overcome. He has inner strength and will not easily become evil and degenerate.

The portrayal of all the characters in the book follows one principle, which is the inner strength built up in childhood.

Like Xiao Yang, he is kind but does not have enough strength to withstand the wind and rain.

In the book, I also carefully portrayed many female characters, but because of their social background, most of the female characters do not have a glamorous background when they first appear. Even Zhuo Ling is actually stuck in a quagmire.

On the contrary, male characters are often given high-profile roles when they appear on screen, and they already enjoy such glory.

But these girls will definitely grow up tenaciously. If they can overcome one difficulty, they will be able to overcome the next one. They will climb up little by little and get the glory that belongs to them.

I also spent a lot of time and effort on many supporting characters, which made the whole book seem long.

The protagonist of this book is Bai Zhi. Bai Zhi also changed many people with her modern ideas. However, when writing about the supporting characters, their life goals were not set in a pattern that revolved around the protagonist. They all had their own lives, so there would be betrayal, misunderstanding, and struggle in a certain sense.
