This was Shi Li's first time participating in such a training. Gu Fan originally just wanted him to adapt and see if he could keep up with everyone else's pace, but the result was beyond everyone's expectations.

After a few seconds of silence, Jiang Mu and the others came back to their senses and started to make a noise. Shi Li's face instantly turned red. He pushed Gu Fan and tried to break free from his embrace. However, Gu Fan held him tightly and had no intention of letting go.

"Don't be shy, sister-in-law." Jiang Mu said with a smile.

"Okay, stop making trouble." Gu Fan said.

Shi Li glared at Jiang Mu angrily, while Gu Fan coughed lightly, with a barely perceptible blush on his face. He let go of Shi Li.

"Start training, extra time today."

"The captain is so cruel."

"That's right, look at my sister-in-law's swollen eyes."
