Naturally, listening is equivalent to not listening. Seeing a mountain is not a mountain, and hearing a sound is not a sound. The sound is heard, but the sound is irrelevant. Then, slowly I felt that this thought was sound. listen! listen! listen! Breathing is also a sound, and physical discomfort is also a sound. Comfort and discomfort are both sounds, and feelings are also sounds. Sounds are movement and movement. Slowly! Listen slowly, listen!

Just knowing that entering this world and wandering deep under the sea, unable to climb up, is the hell realm! To be able to enter the world and emerge from it, "Stand high on the mountain top and travel deep under the sea."

Where there is light, it will naturally shine. Since it is light, there is nothing that does not shine. The light of the heart shines, what light of the heart? To put it more clearly, whether you have enlightenment or not, you all understand what I am talking about, and you understand it very clearly in your heart. Naturally, this is the light of the heart, so why bother looking for another light of the heart. Hey! You have recognized your inner light clearly and don’t worry about it for the time being! Play it fake but seriously. Slowly, over time, what is fake will be fake after all, and it will break. Once it breaks, your true light will appear.

All feelings and thoughts are changing. Without the "true self", where is the real me? Those who can feel, perceive, and think are neither male nor female, neither old nor young. The "original" must be found. Therefore, I ask you not to be distracted, not to have delusional thoughts, throw away all these thoughts, feelings, and thoughts that cannot control you. After throwing them away, be clean and naked. Forget about your body and everything. There is a spiritual self-nature. , this self-nature is Baizhang's "spiritual light shining alone, returning to the root world. The mind is untainted, and it is naturally perfected. But when it is free from delusion, it is like a Buddha."
