Earth Technique Boxing, also known as Earth Dragon Boxing or Dog Boxing, is a unique martial art originating from the South.

This boxing technique originated in Fujian Province at the turn of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and was first created by the April God Nun of Bailian Temple.

April Shenni was an expert. She observed the fighting movements of dogs and combined them with the relatively weak physical strength of women to invent this boxing method.

The biggest feature of earth martial arts is ground fighting and binding techniques, which is also the most different from other martial arts.

Yuyue Shenni originally founded this boxing technique for self-defense and protection of the nunnery. Later, because of his involvement in anti-Qing and Ming activities, he was forced to leave Bailian nunnery and went into exile in Yongchun County, Fujian.

There, she met the old lady of the Chen family. Impressed by the Chen family's hospitality, she passed on the boxing technique to the Chen family's son, Chen Biao.

After Chen Biao accepted this martial art, he spent ten years training himself to make this boxing technique more mature.

Cherishing this boxing technique, Chen Biao decided to pass it on only within his family.

During the Republic of China, this boxing technique was passed to Chen Ayin.

Chen Ayin was forced to leave his hometown and fled to Singapore because he defeated the local bully with this boxing technique.

In Singapore, Chen Ayin met Chen Yijiu, a person who has a strong interest in martial arts.

Chen Yijiu has learned a variety of martial arts, including Muay Thai and drunken boxing.

In gratitude for Chen Yijiu's kindness, Chen Ayin taught him the full range of Earth Technique Boxing.

Chen Yijiu became famous in Southeast Asia with this boxing technique, and even served as the president of the Singapore Wushu Association.

Generally speaking, Earth Technique Boxing is a martial art with a long history and strong self-preservation and counterattack characteristics.

From the April Goddess of Bailian Temple to the Chen family in Fujian, and then to Chen Yijiu in Singapore, this boxing method has been continuously developed and passed down.

As for the dog kings - Wang He and Liu Laoba, they both learned this kind of boxing.

However, the "Dog Boxing" they learned was not orthodox, but another branch.

There was one thing I couldn't figure out before, but now I finally understand it.

Jia Wenmin is smart and sociable. I am not surprised that Hu Laosan attaches great importance to him.

But what about the dog king?

On weekdays, I don't use my brain at all to do things. If I don't agree with you, I just do it.

Why does he receive Hu Laosan's attention?

The reason is that he is a practitioner.

Later, I heard Jia Wenmin tell me that when I was in China, Hu Laosan once offended a local gangster at a KTV in Zhengzhou.

At that time, the other party called dozens of people over, and Hu Laosan was bound to die there.

It was at that time that the Dog King used his own strength to fight his way out and took Hu Laosan out.

Since then, Dog King has been following Hu Laosan and acting as his thug.

It can be said that the Dog King followed Hu Laosan earlier than Jia Wenmin.

All in all, the dog king's status in Hu Laosan's mind is better than that of Jia Wenmin.

As the younger brother of the Dog King, Liu Laoba fought with someone in his hometown many years ago and beat the other person to death, and then came here to join the Dog King.

I have never been exposed to Chinese martial arts before, so I don’t have an intuitive understanding of it.

I have rarely had conflicts with people since I was a child, and I have only had two fights since I grew up.

One time was in elementary school, and the other time was in junior high school.

After Liu Laoba told me the origin of "Earth Boxing", I felt like I was listening to storytelling, which was incredible.

Liu Laoba slowly took a puff of cigarette and looked out the window.

"You said this earth martial arts is incredible, but in fact, this is life." He turned around and stared at me, "Our Chinese martial arts are somewhat legendary, but you have to understand that behind the legends are human blood. A lot of hard work and years of accumulation.”

I nodded slightly, listening with some rapt attention.

He smiled: "Dog punch, just like a dog, seems ordinary, but it is ready to attack. Once it breaks out, it cannot be contained."

The curiosity in my heart became stronger and stronger: "If this boxing technique is so powerful, why are so few people aware of it now, and it is even about to be lost?"

"Well," Liu Laoba put down his cigarette and said seriously, "there are many things that you can't just pass on if you want. Earth Shu Fist was originally used for self-defense, because there is a complex history and profound cultural connotation behind it. Not just anyone can inherit it. Besides, in this era, who is willing to learn a few fighting moves? Everyone is busy making money and surviving, so how can they have the time to learn any boxing."

I nodded silently, feeling that what Liu Laoba said made sense.

Indeed, most people today are pursuing material and superficial things, and few are willing to deeply understand and inherit traditional culture.

"But I think," Liu Laoba suddenly said with excitement, "as long as someone is willing to dig out and pass on, these ancient cultures and skills will never disappear. Just like you are so interested in Earth Technique Boxing now, Maybe one day you will be the successor of this boxing technique."

I smiled and thought: Shall I learn dog boxing? forget it.

After chatting for a while, we got back to business. I asked about some personnel in Liu Laoba's D area.

He basically answered everything he knew and knew the situation in Area D very well.

He even knows who is in each group.

This surprised me.

After all, there are so many people in a district, and if you want to understand them so carefully, you have to move around frequently and have contact with the people below.

No wonder Dog King is the hands-off shopkeeper. With such a right-hand assistant, anyone can be the hands-off shopkeeper.

"Myna, I will make a plan in the next few days, and then I will need to trouble you to implement it."

Liu Laoba smiled and said, "No problem, just let me know if you need anything later."

"it is good."

After sending Liu Laoba away, I went to find the Dog King again.

When he passed by, he was squatting in the yard grooming the dog.

I briefly told him what I had talked about with Liu Laoba. He was a little absent-minded and nodded: "Okay, I understand everything."

"Brother Dog, I heard from Brother Bug that you are all practicing Earth Technique Boxing?"

He looked up at me and said, "What? You want to learn?"

I smiled and was about to speak when he pointed to the container not far away: "It's okay if you want to learn. You can go in there and stay there for a few days."

"I just said casually, I didn't want to learn." I said.

Hearing my answer, he stood up and said, "You don't want to learn?"

"Do not want to."

He rolled his eyes, as if he thought of something interesting, and raised the corners of his mouth slightly: "What if I have to teach you?"

I was startled. I thought he was joking, but without saying a word, this guy grabbed me and pulled me directly to the container.

Before I could react, he pushed me directly in and closed the iron door with a bang...
