【HP】Elvira’s Unicorn Garden

Chapter 194: Vivian is leaning towards him, he is special

"Okay." The boy replied.

What if sometimes you do something wilful and out of character with the one you love?

Malfoy cannot get rid of the burden on him, always having to run around for his family and things related to his so-called status, but Abraxas can "steal" some time that belongs only to himself and never to Malfoy.

At least in front of Vivian, Vivian never asked him to be a Malfoy.

"Abu, isn't he curious? That place that makes so many delicious foods for all the teachers and students in the school, I've always wanted to sneak into the kitchen to see what it looks like." Elvira turned around and walked towards the greenhouse door with her hands behind her back. When she reached the door, she turned around and waved at Abraxas. She smiled and looked at him, "Why are you still standing there? Let's go."

In fact, besides wanting to take Abraxas out to relax, Elvira also had a selfish motive.

She was really curious about what the kitchen at Hogwarts looked like.

She had begged her sisters many times before but they always refused to take her. Later she thought about going by herself. But how could she not ask Abu for such a memorable first visit?

Well, I hope her classmates at the academy won’t get angry and curse her when they find out that she not only kidnapped Abu to the kitchen, but also wanted to take him out for a night out together.

Before leaving, Mrs. Arison gave Elvira a spare key to the greenhouse.

"Okay, next time you come here outside of class time, just use the key to open the door. I'll give you a lovely little girl." Mrs. Allison paused as she changed the pots of herbs and took out a small key from her pocket. She handed it to the little girl and winked at her. "Look at these sunflowers. They grow very fast and are much easier to take care of than the delicate herbs."

Mrs. Allison smiled kindly and gently, and she bundled the sunflowers she had trimmed earlier and handed them to Elvira, not hiding her affection for the little girl at all.

"Thank you, my beautiful lady." Elvira smiled brightly at Mrs. Arison while holding the sunflowers. Then she couldn't help but bury her head in the sunflowers and take a deep breath. "It smells like sunshine... Madam, you have taken good care of them. It's a pity to trim them like this."

Elvira couldn't help feeling a little regretful when she thought about how these sunflowers that were growing so well had to be pruned.

She knew that Mrs. Allison must have her own considerations in mind, otherwise she would not have the heart to cut off all the flowers that she had taken care of for so long.

It's just such a pity.

"You... it's nothing to regret, Elvira. Once the flowers bloom and bear fruit, all that's left are bare 'fruits'. Cutting them off while they're still in bloom can preserve some of their original beauty."

Mrs. Arison was amused by Elvira's words. There were still many stems of flowers cut off next to the table where the bouquet of sunflowers was originally placed. Later, perhaps realizing that she was too biased, she took a few more bouquets and handed them to Abraxas next to the little girl, "Here, Mr. Malfoy, these flowers have just been trimmed."

"Thank you, Mrs. Allison." The young man nodded and thanked Mrs. Allison softly. His eyes lingered on the sunflower in his hand for a moment, then he thought of something and moved his eyes away from the flower and finally returned to Elvira beside him.

It is still at its most colorful, so you can try making some small things for Vivian.

Even before leaving the greenhouse, Abraxas was still thinking about what he could do with these bunches of sunflowers, dried flowers or bookmarks? Or after processing them, what could he put them in as a small decoration?

Compared to the option of putting it in a vase for a few days and then throwing it away, he prefers a method that makes better use of it. It would be best if it could solve some small troubles for Vivian, so as not to cause any trouble for Vivian.

"It seems that we can only go back to the dormitory and put the flowers there first. But we can also go to the kitchen on the way, and then take a walk by the Black Lake. What do you think, Abu?" Elvira said as she walked with a bunch of sunflowers in her arms. She was still thinking about how to preserve these flowers, but her attention was attracted by the boy next to her at some point.

Elvira seemed to know what kind of flowers would be most suitable for Abraxas.

"Of course you can, as long as Vivian's physical strength can last for the night tour." The young man's eyebrows were curved, and he just held the sunflower in front of his chest and didn't even look at it. When he passed by the light, he was warmed by the sunlight.

Peaceful and gentle, very different from the 'Abraxas' in front of others, but it does not seem out of place at all.

Whether at other times or when he was with her, Abu never expressed his likes or dislikes for anything, whether it was objects, flowers, or anything else. Everything seemed just normal to Abu.

If we really want to delve deeper, it is only when things are related to his family and himself that he can devote some attention. This makes him think deeply and worry for a long time about giving gifts or flowers during every festival.

What does Abu like?

Elvira knew that Abraxas cared about her, but she couldn't give herself away as a gift when giving gifts.

"I'm much better now, but Abu is still worried about me." She hummed a few words to him softly and quickened her pace. "Please hurry up, Mr. Malfoy, our schedule later is very full."

"But I think we have enough time, Miss Vivian." He chuckled and replied, still walking slowly behind her.

The Hogwarts kitchen is located in the basement of the school castle, adjacent to Hufflepuff House. Although it is not too close to Slytherin House, it is not too difficult to go back and forth.

"Where did you go?" Orion was the first to speak in the lounge. Before that, he was watching the wizard chess game between Rudolph and Edgar, but that was obviously not a very interesting activity, especially in the slightly depressing atmosphere. "You also brought flowers back. Did you go to the greenhouse?"

"So many. Did Abraxas take you to rob the greenhouse? I hope you can hide your whereabouts and not be discovered by Mrs. Allison." A wizard chess game was terminated, but the two people on the chess board breathed a sigh of relief. God knows this stiff atmosphere can drive people crazy.

In order to prevent the conflict from getting worse, Elvira took Abraxas away in time. Laetoria went back to the dormitory in a huff even though she was stopped because of the conflict with Orion. Without someone to joke with, Rudolf even seemed absent-minded when playing chess.

If either Elvira or Letoria hadn't left, he wouldn't have been so bored.

After all, having Elvira around and teasing Letoria was one of the few fun things in his opinion.

"I don't think Elvira and Abraxas can do such a thing, but you seem eager to try." Edgar, who was packing up the chess game, spoke in a cheerful tone, making the entire common room feel much brighter. "Do you want to go to the auditorium together?"

In fact, his situation was not much better than that of Rudolph or Orion. If possible, he would also like to find an excuse to temporarily leave this place where even his breathing seemed a little stiff.

But as a Nott, his family upbringing did not allow him to do anything that would easily make the atmosphere rigid again under such a bad situation.

"Avira, Abraxas, do you want to come together?" Rudolf did not respond to his wizard chess opponent but instead asked Avira and Abraxas who had just returned.

The boy slightly adjusted his posture lying on the sofa and raised his hand to tidy up the curly hair on his forehead, but after a few moments his eyes were attracted by the bunch of sunflowers again.

The last few teenagers said goodbye to their companions and walked out of the stone gate together, perhaps to the auditorium. Before leaving, Elvira gave each of them a bouquet of sunflowers.

Except for Rollis, he was still sitting on the sofa closest to the fireplace with a book in his arms, as silent as usual. As long as he was there, almost no one was willing to get close to there.

The fireplace was dim and cold, without a trace of fire. The young man just sat there quietly. His pair of dark eyes were even darker than the night, but he stared at the pages of the book in his hands that were flipping from time to time.

"You guys go first. You don't have to wait for us. We just came back and we may need to rest for a while." Elvira smiled gently at her companions as a temporary farewell. She didn't pull out a bunch of sunflowers from her arms until the stone door closed. She slowly tightened her grip on the rough stems of the bouquet with her pale hands, and said, "Abu, I want to give a bouquet to Rawlis."

Fortunately, the distance was far enough that she didn't have to worry about Rollis hearing her and Abu's whispers.

Rollis was her companion. Although this companion did many extreme things that she could not accept, he was one of the few people she knew in that carriage who could be called a companion.

Maybe she could still call it that at this point.

Just send a bouquet in the name of your companion, even if you can't be together in the future.

"Vivian, it's okay." Abraxas raised his hand and stroked the blonde hair of the girl next to him. He lowered his head and approached her, and said softly in a voice that only he and she could hear, "Please don't worry about whether I mind, Vivian. I'm glad you are willing to ask me."

It was a pleasing answer, both for Malfoy and for Abraxas.

Vivian was favoring him, he was special.

Following a silent cry, Abraxas finally sat down on the black leather sofa with confidence. On the table was the Daily Prophet and several books placed on it. Abraxas picked up the top book but did not pay attention to it.

"Laurels?" Elvira walked lightly to the sofa in front of the fireplace, holding a bunch of sunflowers in her hand. "Why don't you light the fireplace? Um... maybe you should put on more clothes."

Maybe it was because the fireplace wasn't burning, or maybe it was because of something else, but Elvira felt much colder in this place than in other places in the lounge.

But Rollis seemed to be unaware of it as he was only wearing a shirt, and even his robe was draped over the armrest on the other side of the sofa, serving the purpose of a cushion on the sofa.

The black-haired boy did not respond to her, and did not even raise his gloomy eyes to look at her.

Elvira swallowed the words that were about to come to her lips. The sunflower was carefully placed on the armrest that was not covered with clothes. The girl carefully drew out her wand and cast a "fire-making spell" towards the fireplace before leaving with peace of mind.

From beginning to end, Rawlis did not look up from the book, or perhaps he did not dare to. Only after that person left did he dare to look up slightly and watch her leave.

The man's arrival and silent departure, the subtle intrusion of warmth, and the bouquet of sunflowers on the armrest that was as bright as the scorching sun, all these proved that what had just happened was real and was not an illusion.

He carefully held the lonely bunch of sunflowers in his arms, as if he had found a treasure. Relying on the fact that it was in a blind spot where no one could see it, he became a little unscrupulous.

"I'm so tired. I think I overestimated my physical strength." Elvira sat down next to Abraxas, holding a bunch of sunflowers. The moment she sat down, the weakness and fatigue in her legs were relieved a little. But after all, they were in the public lounge, so Elvira didn't dare to move too wildly.

"Some of our plans can be put off until tomorrow. Of course, we need to set some rules next time." The young man tidied her hair, his tone slightly teasing, "What do you think, Vivian?"

The appearance of Grindelwald and Malfoy also attracted the attention of some "climbers", of course, there are also some friends who treat them sincerely among them.

"Avella, you're here. Maybe I should say, good afternoon?" A girl of the same grade came out of the female dormitory and saw the person she had been looking for for a long time in the lounge. She couldn't help but come up and say hello, "I've been looking for you for a long time, but I can't see you in the dormitory. Do you want to go to the library together later?"

It's Irene, Irene Prince.
