Since they are no longer the same creature, doesn’t it mean that they are paying debts for others? This is not fair to them, this is Qingxuan's idea.

And how to eliminate merit and karma is a big problem.

Those with profound merit can enter the realm of heaven and humanity. This path does not require memory. In a sense, it is regarded as a continuation of life, not a new life.

Those who have no merit and karma, or those who have little merit and karma, enter the reincarnation of human and animal realms, and are truly reborn.

The Shura Belt was specially set up by Hou Tu. Qing Xuan had no idea about it, and it had minimal impact on all living beings in the world.

Those with slightly heavier karma will enter the realm of hungry ghosts, and they will have to work as volunteers in the underworld to clear away their karma. Once their karma is exhausted, they will enter reincarnation.

In short, reform through labor and release after serving the sentence.

As for the hell realm, it naturally only accepts serious criminals, and there is no need for reform through labor. They only need to be tortured.

In this way, there are three paths that do not erase memories, the path of gods and humans, and the path of hungry ghosts. hell realm.

One enjoys the blessings of merit, the other undergoes forced labor, and the other suffers punishment.

The only true reincarnation is the human and animal realms.

Life does not bring it, death does not bring it.

Undead is not the end of life, reincarnation is.

With unpaid karma, it is difficult to truly die. This is the reincarnation Qingxuan wants.

In addition, there are preferential treatment for those with meritorious deeds, giving them more choices.

Of course, they have the right to give up their merits and benefits. Merits can be given up by themselves, but karma cannot.

At the same time, karma can also be exchanged for certain preferential treatment, such as the opportunity to stay in the world.

If you have enough merit but do not want to enter the human realm, you can also spend your merit and enter the human realm and birth realm with your memory.

You can even choose your origin by spending merit.

Because the memory has not been erased, Qingxuan seems to be the same person, so he should enjoy the blessings he has earned.
