However, if the life of heaven and earth ends, how can we achieve immortality? This is the realm of ‘ten calamities’. The ten tribulations include the tribulation of one yuan, the tribulation of two rituals, the tribulation of three talents, the tribulation of four images, the tribulation of five elements, the tribulation of Liuhe, the tribulation of seven stars, the tribulation of Bagua, the tribulation of nine palaces and the tribulation of immeasurable.

After surviving these ten kalpas, you will reach the state of true selflessness. The Tao is you, and you are the Tao. From now on, there will be no birth or death, no age or death, and eternal life. "
