Rebirth 13, starting from the big demolition treasure hunt

Chapter 450 New Year’s Day Exhibition of Ancient Porcelain Art Products (1)

Time passes day by day, and there is no dull moment when searching for treasures, whether it is in demolition areas or garbage dumps, buying things from other people's homes, or selling things.

Every day has a different story.

New Year's Day is coming soon, 2015 has passed and 2016 has arrived.

Yi Xiaoyue originally agreed to go to Yazhou for a few days at Christmas a few days ago, but Wu Qi caught a cold and had a fever for the past two days, so she couldn't go.

Considering that there are many people going out for fun on New Year's Day this year, those fellow antique dealers he knew asked him to participate in an exhibition of ancient porcelain art products to help look at things and maintain order by the way, so they went to Yazhou The time is set for the 2nd.

During this time, he told his father Wu Jinyi, sister Wu Yun, and brother-in-law Ding Changxi about buying a house in Yazhou, and also invited them to play there together.

They were shocked again by the news and asked him if he had bought any other houses that he had not told them about, such as in provincial capitals, Beijing, or Shanghai.

In response, he said no more, not that powerful yet.

Besides, he wouldn't be able to live in those places. In addition, houses in Beijing and Shanghai are not cheap. You can buy a villa here even if it's not a good location.

Buying a house in Yazhou is also taking advantage of the fact that the house is relatively cheap. If you buy it in the future, you will spend a lot of money.

He knew that three years ago, if you want to buy a house, you should buy a house as soon as possible, or you should not buy a house, keep the money and rent!

If you have money, you can rent a house for several years with one year's interest.

On December 12, after nearly four months of renovation, the villa was completely completed. He asked Tian Xinming to send some furniture there, which kept pace with the times and used the best materials.

He has not purchased any home appliances for the time being. He plans to remove the "smell" of the decoration for a few months, mainly to remove harmful substances such as formaldehyde. He will buy them when he moves in. As long as the money is available, he can get them quickly.

The exhibition of ancient porcelain art products on New Year's Day was organized by an old calligrapher named Wang, Hu Zhixiang, Liu Sizhi and others.

I heard that many colleagues from the Antiques Association were invited, as well as journalist friends.

Mr. Wang is almost 70 years old this year and has a strong body. It is said that he used to be the editor of a newspaper. He is good at calligraphy, whether it is regular script or seal script.

He came to the demolition area by chance and saw someone digging for copper coins. Occasionally, he followed others to dig for a while, and he got to know some friends who picked up porcelain pieces and collected antiques.

When he saw Hu Zhixiang making several plaques out of porcelain shards, he found them very interesting, but they were all rough and not perfect, so he gave personal guidance and started creating them together.

After he wrote the calligraphy himself and found a printing and inkjet printing shop to make the font molds, he then inlaid the products according to the molds, and the products were obviously much more beautiful.

Mr. Wang will definitely not be short of money. He is getting older and wants to find something meaningful to do in order to live a more fulfilling life.

Wu Yuansheng came over yesterday to take a look at the ancient porcelain art products they were preparing to display. They included eight plaques, three "money trees", five screens, and two "sunflowers" made of porcelain tiles.

There are some cut, punched and polished pendants strung with red rope, and there are also many ancient porcelain pieces that remain intact.

Among the eight plaques, six were made by Hu Zhixiang. The characters on them are:

"Lucky stars shine high", "Success is imminent", "Safety every year", "Longevity and health", "The best is like water", "Thousands of virtues carry things".

All six paintings are in seal script and were designed by Mr. Wang.

In his words, the plaque made of seal script looks more beautiful.

The other two plaques are in combined Chinese characters:

"Every day makes money," "It attracts wealth and treasures."

These two paintings were made by Liu Sizhi. They also found molds made by the inkjet printing company, and then cut and inlaid the porcelain pieces on them.

However, the font was not written by Mr. Wang, but downloaded directly from the Internet by someone from an inkjet printing shop.

For the three money trees, the main part of the tree is made of candlesticks.

Although the candlestick is not complete, it is definitely an old item from the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

The porcelain pieces hanging "on the tree" are also made from carefully selected thin slices from the edge of the bowl.

These cut out slices are either flowers, various animals, or different characters.

In addition to the porcelain pieces, there are also some copper coins hanging on the tree.

There are five panels, two rectangular, one square, and two gourd-fan shaped.

The ancient porcelain pieces inlaid on them are all large pieces, which are the bottoms of some large bowls or plates.

On the two rectangular screens, one is inlaid with a pattern of pine trees, and the other is a pattern of a shepherd boy playing a flute and riding a bull.

Among them, the pine trees are not straight pine trees, but bonsai style, with many branches and round flower-like pine hairs, which is very beautiful.

The square screen has "Happy Branches" embedded in the wood, and the porcelain pieces are painted with magpies, butterflies, landscapes and other patterns.

The gourd is in the shape of a fan and uses four porcelain pieces, which are inlaid on the belly of the gourd.

Their contents are the words "福" and "gui" cut into different sizes.

These have good implications.

Among the three "sunflowers" made of porcelain tiles, one is made of blue and white porcelain, one is made of Longquan kiln shadow celadon, and the other is made of Jun porcelain tiles.

The center part of the sunflower is cut from the edge of a large bowl.

They are not a complete piece, but are arranged and combined by many small pieces.

(The sunflower on the blue and white porcelain has a circular flower pattern painted on it in the center, about 3 centimeters in diameter.

The other two, especially the shadow celadon, have no pattern. )

The three sunflowers were placed on a pre-prepared pyramid mold without using poles.

Their styles are different and they give people different feelings.

Wu Yuansheng personally feels that the sunflowers made of Jun porcelain with a hint of purple are more beautiful.

Due to insufficient preparation time and a bit of haste, this time we only have some current ancient porcelain art products.

They plan to make some painting plaques in the future, and may also make cheongsams, battle armors, battle helmets and other items.

The place a few people mentioned that the event was held was in front of a pier called "Laoguan Temple", which was also in the old city, but the houses here were not currently expropriated.

It was not far from where Wu Yuansheng lived.

It's right next to the river, and it only takes about five or six minutes to walk there.

Because he was invited to help look at the items on site and maintain order, he walked directly to the "Laoguan Temple" pier after breakfast.
