Yanchang Petroleum and Changqing Oilfield have been in conflict for many years and have deep grievances. The focus of the conflict of interests is: the profits and taxes contributed by Yanchang Petroleum belong to Shaanxi Province; while the profits and taxes of Changqing Oilfield belong to the central government.
