Hogwarts genius wizard

Chapter 206 Luna's Offensive Magic

After warming up in April, spring bloomed at Hogwarts in early May. Apart from the increasingly tense news from the media, the topic on the entire campus was the fighting match of the Torch Club.

Only one magic weapon can be selected in the single-player competition, such as magic wand, magic sword, shield, etc.

The competition starts from Grade 1 and gradually expands upwards.

Cedric served as the host and gave up the 6th grade competition at the same time. Harry and Hermione also voluntarily gave up participating, not competing with the students who especially wanted honor.

It took only 1 days for the first-year fighting competition to end, and Nils Creevey stood out and won the championship title.

The second-year fighting match was won by Harry's super fan Romilda Vane, who challenged Ginny while wearing the medal.

The battles in the lower grades are purely turn-based. You fight with a spell, and I fight with a spell. There is no movement, and there is no fun at all.

By the third grade, the fighting competition finally became more fun, and the lights kept shining on the ring.

After more than a dozen rounds of PK, it was finally the turn of the top three.

"The next fight is Jack Sloper vs. Will Johnson. Please invite two players to play." Cedric said loudly.

"Come on, Jack," said the little lions.

"Vill, play our Hufflepuff honor!" The little badgers shouted not to be outdone.

"Hello, please advise."

The two little wizards held their wands across their chests at the same time and saluted each other.

"Since neither of you has any speeches to say, let's start directly." Cedric blew the whistle.

"Armor protection." The two little wizards obviously learned the lesson from Ginny just now, and unanimously adopted defensive spells first.

Immediately afterwards was the magic spell attack, one after another the magic spells collided, and after being bounced off, they hit the edge of the ring, and were dispelled by the activated spell stop magic circle.

At the same time, they were attacking each other, and they were constantly moving quickly on the nearly [-]-meter-wide square arena to seize the chance of victory.

After more than a dozen rounds, Jack won with a petrification spell and then a silent spell.

Mastering a silent spell, even just a stun spell, in the third year is a remarkable talent.

Weir, who had just opened his mouth to chant the disarming spell, was already fast, and before he finished speaking the spell, he was hit by the stun spell on the shoulder.

"Silent spell!" Cedric and the others exclaimed in surprise.

"Jack Sloper wins."

With a tap of the hammer, Parry declared the winner.

Hermione helps the sleeping wizard to wake up.

"Sister Hermione, thank you for your teaching." The little wizard Jack said gratefully.

"You're welcome, it's your talent and hard work." Hermione smiled.

The little lion came back and laughed loudly.

The loser was not discouraged, and left the ring feeling weak, sitting on a stool to recover his magic power, but missed No.3, which was a bit regrettable.

"I invite the last two contestants of Year 3 to come on stage, Ginny Weasley and Luna Lovegood!" Cedric read.

There were cheers below, the cubs and eaglets yelled the loudest, and the cave part-timers of the curved-horned snorers even applauded the big boss.

"The boss must win!" Li Heizi said brazenly.

"Boss is mighty and domineering, invincible!" Seamus shouted.

For work, they don't even want their own family.

"The eagle spreads its wings, and the lions bow their heads!" Thomas yelled.

"You bastards, that's enough!" Ron said angrily.

The audience was noisy, but the two talented witches on the stage were much quieter, and were not much affected by the words below.

Ginny and Luna went their separate ways to the championship game.

Colin Creevey was eliminated by Ginny from the same hospital, and sat down to take a picture with a depressed face.

The younger brother next to him wears the torchbearer badge and the fighting champion medal, constantly comforting his elder brother.

"Ginny, although you have learned a lot of spells, your speed is too slow." Luna attacked with words as soon as she came up.

Ginny retorted, "Nana, I'm not like you. I spend my time studying magical animals and alchemy every day. My spells must be faster and stronger than yours."

Luna said in a playful voice: "Okay then, let us decide who is the cutest witch in the third grade!"

Shouldn't she be the bravest witch?

A group of people in the audience were speechless.

Cedric said loudly: "Do the two contestants have anything else to say?"

"No." Luna and Ginny said at the same time.

"Beep beep!" Cedric blew the whistle.

The two witches cast their best spells at the same time.

"Flocks of birds." Luna used a spell that no one could have imagined, because this spell Avis only had four letters, which was far faster than Ginny's "faintly" seven letters.

But people usually use this spell for fun, and few people use it for attack.

After all, wizards rarely possess unique talents like the Eye of the Silver Moon and the Charm of the Omen, like William, who can command animals to attack.

"That's okay too?" Lee Jordan was dumbfounded.

"What kind of routine is this?" Ron and the others were also puzzled.

Amidst the exclamation of everyone below, the fighting on the stage continued.

I saw that Ginny's fainting spell only hit one flying bird, and a flying bird caught the first unconscious bird and landed on the ring.

But the rest of the birds were enraged and blocked Ginny's vision. Some of the birds even bit the wand, preventing Ginny from casting the spell for the second time.

Some birds tried to peck Ginny's face, some stood on Ginny's hair and attacked. For a while, Ginny was bewildered by the bird's revenge.

She yelled "Ah, damn little bird", while she could only keep waving her wand to try to break up the flock of birds.

As expected, she was the most unconventional genius witch among the third-year wizards. This unbelievable spellcasting made Ginny completely defenseless, and she fell into the siege of birds and couldn't extricate herself.

Luna held her wand and looked at the referee's seat. Parry, Lupine, and William smiled and discussed together for a few seconds before deciding the outcome.

"Luna wins!" Parry tapped the hammer lightly, announcing the winner directly.

Everyone knows that at the moment when Ginny was besieged by the birds, Luna was able to cast a powerful spell such as the death curse to end the battle.

With a wave of his right hand, William drove the birds off Ginny.
