Professor The Vampire Earl of Hogwarts
Chapter 32 Snape's Suspicion
"Dong dong dong."
Just as the black-haired young man was laughing happily, there was a sudden knock on the door outside Quirrell's office.
His smile faltered, and then he was taken aback, and immediately turned into a piece of ink, which fell back onto the blank diary like raindrops.
"Dong dong dong." The knock on the door sounded again.
Quirrell hastily stuffed the diary into the drawer and locked it, then carefully unlocked a sound-proof spell, stammering and asking outside the door:
"Who... who is outside?"
"It's me." Dracula's unique mellow voice came from outside the door, "I hit too hard just now, let me see if I can help your scars and make up for you a little bit."
Hearing Dracula's voice, Quirrell was instantly alert.
'It's you who are afraid! ' he thought bitterly.
However, Quirrell, who had just cleared his suspicions in front of the professors, had no excuse for not opening the door, so he had to check every corner of the room with trepidation, and opened the door after confirming that there was no unfavorable evidence left behind.
The moment Dracula opened the door, he walked into the office, looking up, down, left, and right at Quirrell's room.
"Why are you opening the door so slowly? Didn't you just do something shameful in the office?" Dracula didn't notice anything unusual in the room, and turned his gaze to Quirrell himself, asking with a half-smile.
"No...no, I just...suddenly have a headache." Quirrell said stumblingly.
"Oh, it's all my fault, I just started too hard." Dracula sighed, and apologized hypocritically to Quirrell, "Mr. Quirrell, you have worked so hard to correct my homework and organize the lesson plans for me. But I yelled at you because of my little doubts, and even stuck your head in the floor."
The corners of Quirrell's eyes twitched unnaturally, but he still smiled and said, "Professor D...Dracula, I know that you are all...for Hogwarts. I have been wronged...it's nothing."
"No! Teacher Qiluo can understand righteousness so deeply, and I can't be the kind of villain who knows his mistakes and doesn't correct them, and doesn't know how to maintain the relationship with colleagues!" Dracula said righteously, "I must think about it. Find a way to completely get rid of the scars on the back of your head that bother you!"
"No...no need, I'm...all right." Quirrell shook his head again and again.
"I can understand that you are rejecting my kindness, Mr. Quirrell?" Dracula smiled gently, but the air in Quirrell's office became colder and colder, and the atmosphere became more and more chilling.
Quirrell was trembling all over, and hurriedly changed the shaking of his head to a nod.
"Then...then thank you Professor Dracula." He said reluctantly.
Dracula smiled faintly, walked behind Quirrell, and the office finally returned to its original temperature.
"May I ask, Mr. Quirrell, how did the three scars on the back of your head form?" Looking at the three ugly and hideous scars, Dracula asked seemingly casually.
There was a big devil who was extremely recognized in his heart standing behind him, and Quirrell felt extremely uncomfortable, and tremblingly recounted the reason he had used before:
"I... I said before, I met a... met a vampire in Romania, you know I got into a fight with... the vicious... vampire left these three... three claws on my head Seal, there is no way to dissipate..."
After listening to Quirrell's explanation, Dracula finally laughed.
He knows the wounds that vampires can leave very well, and he can tell at a glance that the scar on the back of Quirrell's head was definitely not caused by vampires.
Vampires usually don't use the bulky attack method of grabbing the head. Their preferred part is always the place where the shoulders and neck meet, because this is the most convenient position to lower their heads to suck blood.
Obviously, Quirrell lied again, in order to cover another truth that he didn't know what it looked like!
After getting what he wanted to know, Dracula lost interest in the ugly back of Quirrell's head, walked away from Quirrell in disgust, and walked towards the office door.
"De...Professor Dracula, won't you check...check the scar for me?" Quirrell turned around in surprise, and looked at Dracula who had already walked to the door.
"Don't read it." Dracula waved his hand, "I'm sorry, Teacher Quirrell, I really can't do anything about this matter!"
With that said, he left Quirrell's office.
Quirrell: "?"
After observing for less than a minute, he said that he was powerless, should he be more perfunctory?
……
Dracula walked up the marble stairs of the main tower of the castle to the second floor, preparing to return to his office through the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom.
However, when he came to the classroom, he found that there was already another person standing silently on the podium waiting for him in the classroom.
The classroom was pitch black, and the figure was wearing a wide black cloak, like a magnified bat.
"Professor Snape, is it such a coincidence?" Dracula raised his eyebrows and greeted the figure on the podium.
Snape scowled, looking at him with deep black eyes.
"Unfortunately, I'm waiting for you."
Snapela took a long tone and said slowly, "Before we start our topic, I would like to ask, where did you go just now, Professor Dracula?"
"Where I go doesn't seem to matter to you, Professor Snape?" Dracula said with a chuckle.
"It doesn't matter if you don't say it, I guess, you must have gone to find Quirrell, right?" Snape said sharply, with the corners of his mouth curled up.
Dracula was really surprised this time.He didn't find anyone following him along the way, and he didn't think Snape could guess what he was going to do with Quirrell.
So he turned his gaze to Snape, at his large hooked nose and crooked teeth, and crossed his arms, beckoning him to continue.
"You and Quirrell are in the same group, right?" Snape sneered, then asked.
Snape's question confused Dracula, and he stared at him with wide eyes in astonishment.
"You don't need to think about the reason for sophistry, I will finish it for you at once." Snape continued, "Don't say that it is a wrong move for a top wizard like you to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts, unless you know that there are A very precious thing."
"Even if this problem is ruled out, you have brought a teaching assistant with you out of the ordinary and asked him to take classes with you. And your teaching assistant has been in and out of many hidden places recently, and even once went to the restricted corridor on the right hand side of the fourth floor. "
"He seems to be very interested in the treasures in that level, and he may break through the level at any time. Do you dare to say that all this is not from your instruction?"
"Maybe." Dracula nodded indifferently, and then asked with interest, "So what do you want?"
Snape gritted his teeth and slowly raised his wand.
