[Naruto] It turns out you are the tail end of the crane
Chapter 3 Dialogue
The summer night exudes a touch of tranquility, and the drowsiness of being scorched by the sun during the day is gone. The trees planted along the road have lush branches, and the shadows they hold up are gently swaying in the wind.
Under the dim street light, Yuzu held her notebook and walked towards the grove where she had trained in the evening without any hope.
Just before, Yuzuha walked around asking questions here and there, and finally found Obito's home, but was surprised to find that the guy was not there.
Isn't he still practicing there?
No, he is the famous tailgater...
Yuzuye didn't know which of her tendons was wrong. When she realized what she was doing, she was already wandering at the edge of the woods when she should have gone home.
Yuye: It’s here.
It was summer after all, and after just a few steps, sweat slowly broke out on Yuzuha's forehead. She fanned herself with her notebook, and groped towards the place where she practiced shuriken in the evening with the dim light.
The further we walked in, the fainter the lights on the roadside became, and darkness came in like a tide.
It doesn't feel scary during the day, but at night it seems very strange and indistinguishable.
The snarling trees became extremely distorted in her eyes.
Withered leaves crunched beneath her feet, and any strange sound would make her jump immediately.
The darkness spreading in her field of vision made her hair stand on end.
Yuzuha's heart was beating in panic in her chest. She cursed herself for not having a brain, and at the same time, she kept emboldening herself in her heart.
Yuzuye: It’s here!
Before she had taken a few steps, a black shadow flashed quickly in front of her eyes, and a strange sound was made, followed by several silver rays of light passing from the corners of her eyes.
Yu Ye was shocked by this sudden situation. She instinctively dodged the silver light, her whole body almost jumped up, and a scream rolled out of her throat unconsciously.
"Ah ah ah ah ah ah ah!"
The black figure seemed to be frightened by her scream. He bumped into her, lost his balance and fell to the ground, and started yelling.
"Ah ah ah ah ah ah!"
Yuye was knocked to the ground by the force, and the notebook in her hand flew out. She didn't care about the pain or looking for the notebook. Subconsciously, she felt that the voice from the other side was familiar.
This voice... seems so familiar.
"Obito?!" Yuzuha climbed up and looked at the black figure in surprise.
The black shadow stopped shouting, and he turned back in response. The goggles he was wearing reflected a faint light, and the position on his face could be vaguely discerned.
"Youye?!" The other side also exclaimed in surprise.
Who else could it be but that idiot!
Yuzuha's brows jumped. She patted the dirt on her clothes and walked towards the black shadow. She silently knelt down and got closer to the dark figure that seemed to have the word "dazed" emanating from all over its body.
In the faint moonlight, the faces of both parties magnified in each other's eyes.
It’s really Obito!
It’s really Yule!
Now, both Yuzuha and Obito could see clearly.
In the darkness, each other's breaths mingled together, and each other's heartbeats could be heard clearly.
The two of them were stunned for a moment, then quickly and uniformly distanced themselves, and they both crossed their arms and let out a cold "hum".
Yuye patted her cheek and immediately returned to her usual dismissive look. She rolled her eyes angrily and subconsciously said: "Stupid..."
Her brother's face appeared before her eyes, and his earnest teachings still lingered in her ears.
"Stupid...so stupid, Obito." The words turned around, but she couldn't help but bury the blame.
If you stay with stupid children for too long, you will become stupid!
Fortunately, Obito has become accustomed to her daily blows. He stood up holding on to the tree trunk, holding his butt and grinning, and preemptively asked: "Yuzuha, why are you still here so late?"
Yuzu subconsciously glanced at her left hand and found that it was empty.
"..." Yu Ye remembered that the book filled with knowledge points flew away as soon as it passed by, and now she was lying alone in an unknown corner.
Seeing that she remained silent for a long time, Obito asked again in confusion.
Yuye reacted, she coughed in embarrassment, and said truthfully: "I'm giving you something, I accidentally dropped it just now."
With that said, Yuzuye bent down and began to look for the notebook that had escaped from his hands in the overgrown bushes.
As soon as she knelt down, she picked up two shurikens from the grass. Thinking of the flash of silver light just now, she almost understood that these were weapons that Obito had thrown carelessly in a fit of desperation.
It's clever enough, but it's a bit difficult to be accurate.
She held two mud-stained shurikens and handed them back to him. She said in disbelief: "It's so late, and you're still practicing?"
"Well, hehe, I want to practice a little more..." Obito replied.
The sight was filled with darkness. Yuzuye couldn't see Obito's expression clearly. She could only hear the embarrassment in his tone. Yuye said "hmm" and said firmly to him: "You will definitely catch her. Yes, you are an Uchiha."
Obito was stunned for a moment, then nodded heavily.
He put his hands on his hips and swore loudly: "I will definitely succeed! I will also defeat Kakashi! Very soon!"
Stepping on Kakashi's feet, he held the beauty as if he were right in front of him.
Yuzuye: ...give him some sunshine and it will still be bright?
She was too lazy to pay attention to him, and squatted down alone to continue looking for the poor notebook.
There was a "rustling" sound from the grass blades at his feet, and Obito quickly returned to his normal state. Looking at the pomelo leaf that he was looking for here and there, he suddenly realized, "Well, I'll help you. Look for it, what is it, Yuye?"
Yuzuha said calmly: "It's something that can make you stronger."
Hearing this, Obito felt as if he had been given a beating. He squatted down and rummaged around quickly, obviously much faster than Yuzuha, as if that was the only way to win Lin's favor.
The efficiency of searching with two people is obviously much faster.
Not long after, Obito's voice sounded not far from Yuzuha with a hint of confusion: "Is this it? It looks like a notebook."
Unable to see clearly in the darkness, Yuzu followed the sound and accidentally touched Obito's warm hand. She quickly retracted it as if she was electrocuted, and then softly said "hmm".
The careless Obito didn't notice her little move, and he continued: "Then let's leave this place quickly."
Youye couldn't comment, and the two of them walked out of the woods together.
It's strange to say that after having someone by your side, no matter how weird the darkness is when you come, it's not so scary anymore, and you no longer panic in your heart, let alone embolden yourself.
"Obito, are you really always late?" Yuzuha couldn't help but ask.
"What? I went to help the old lady passing by!" Obito retorted.
"really?"
"Of course!"
"Hmm...it sounds a little bit believable."
Finally, they returned to the normal road. Some dim lights stretched their shadows very long, and a huge moth kept fluttering towards the light source, making a "bang bang" collision sound.
"This is it, right?" He put the notebook full of memories in front of Yuzuha, and couldn't help but question: "Can this thing really make me stronger?"
Yuye glanced at him lightly and nodded. She reached out and picked up the book from his hand, browsed it quickly, and after finding it intact, she patted it back into Obito's arms, "That's for sure. Yes, you actually doubted me, Obito, are we still good friends?"
The two words "good friends" were added to Obito's mind.
He touched his head and his eyes slowly curled up.
Then, he showed a bright smile, nodded vigorously, held the notebook in his arms like a treasure, and said seriously: "Of course we are good friends, thank you, Yuzuye!"
Yuzuye was shaken by this smile. She was just about to say "you're welcome" when her sharp eyes spotted a piece of grass hanging from the corner of his mouth and the blue coat soaked in mud.
She lowered her head and realized that she wasn't much better.
"Stop talking about this," Yu Ye took a breath, pointed at the mud on her body, and said angrily, "...it's better to go back and rest quickly."
Obito looked in the direction she pointed, and then looked at himself, and sure enough he saw that the two people were covered in mud, and there were some scattered grass blades.
Then I remembered that it had rained heavily two days ago, and the damp woods were full of uneven puddles.
Obito thought about what happened just now and couldn't help but laugh.
This seemingly teasing laughter immediately made Yuye's face elongate. She jumped up angrily and hit Obito on the head, warning: "Asshole! Forget everything just now!"
Obito raised his hands in surrender: "Okay, okay."
She snorted coldly and crossed her arms: "You'd better forget it."
Obito had a cute face and asked stupidly: "Then, do you also want to forget that you told me that we are good friends?"
A cross popped up on Yuzuha's forehead, and she clenched and unclenched her left hand.
Finally, Yuzu: "Shut up, stupid..."
"so stupid!"
.........
Yuzuha had a nightmare.
In the dream, Obito was throwing mud balls at her. He, who was usually called the "crane tail", actually hit the target with perfect accuracy. Yuzuha couldn't avoid it no matter how hard she tried.
She was so angry that she reached out and pushed Obito hard.
A long and distant sound of "Bang——" came through the morning light in the dream, and Youye was so frightened that she suddenly woke up.
She opened her eyes blankly and saw the curtains not far away slightly rising in the wind. It was so quiet that she could only hear the subtle friction of fabric, as if nothing had happened except that sound.
Yuye closed her eyes, as if she suddenly thought of something, she quickly got up and ran out of the house.
She didn't have time to put on her shoes or even change out of her pajamas. Everything in her vision was shaking and blurred as she ran violently.
Finally, her steps slowly stopped. She looked at Ming Shu who had fallen to the ground and was still struggling, and her heart gradually dropped.
The panic and anxiety that was about to reach its peak are gradually dissipating.
Mingshu was grinning and rubbing his waist. When he saw her coming, he glared at her angrily and stretched out a hand to her, "Why are you standing there stupidly? Why don't you come over and help me."
Yuye looked at her brother's empty trouser leg, feeling funny but also a little sad. She ran over barefoot, stretched out her hand to support him, and asked: "I said, why did you fall suddenly? "
Mingshu finally stood up with her strength. He subconsciously looked back at the wooden piles in the yard. He didn't speak, but smiled bitterly.
Yuzuye followed his line of sight and saw several shurikens nailed to wooden stakes, while more shurikens lay scattered on the ground.
She only felt a stiffness in the back of her throat, and it was extremely difficult to express any words.
"Brother, you..." She sniffed.
"My skills are a bit rusty." Mingshu touched his nose sheepishly. He looked at the sky and reminded Yu Ye at the right time, "Okay, okay, you should go to school."
Yu Ye remained silent, stubbornly pulling on the corner of his clothes.
Seeing that she still pursed her lips and said nothing, Mingshu quickly comforted her: "I'm still alive, and that's enough."
Yu Ye nodded and warned him: "Well, then I'm leaving. Don't let your thoughts wander. You should also be careful at home."
Mingshu bent down, touched hers gently with his forehead, and said softly: "I know, although I live a little bit, but when I think of Yuzu, I have the motivation to live."
Yu Ye also raised her head and stared into his dark eyes, whispering: "Me too, I want my brother to live well."
The tears in the little girl's eyes were still caught by Mingshu. Although the golden beans did not fall out, it seemed that as long as she was stimulated again, she would start sobbing like she did when she was a child.
This is the only benefit of living. Mingshu raised the corners of his mouth and patted his sister's head affectionately.
But sometimes when he opens his mouth to speak, it always pisses Yuzu off to death.
"Don't make such a face, Yuuye, people are born, old, sick and die... Okay, okay, I won't say anything anymore."
……
The days go by fast.
After several downpours, the noisy cicadas suddenly disappeared without knowing when.
In the courtyard, the lush green leaves slowly turned yellow, and then fell from the branches one by one.
Winter is coming to Konoha Hidden Village.
