Dr. Night mixed with Marvel

Chapter 27 George’s Thoughts

When George came to Michael's room, Gwen had been hidden in the closet by Michael.

"Is something wrong? Mr. George."

George glanced at the messy bed and then at Michael's neat clothes.

"Did I disturb your rest?"

"No, I'm still going to make some notes."

George sat on the bed, feeling the speed of the mattress rebounding. He was basically sure that there was someone on the bed just now, and he disappeared just before he entered the room.

Who is this person?

He glanced at the window and the mask on the table, and he had a rough idea.

However, he was not carried away by anger, but rationally analyzed the situation in front of him.

Looking at Michael's neat clothes, the two were probably talking, but his arrival disrupted their rhythm.

He glanced at the cabinet. This room had a simple structure, so it could only hide people.

"Are you looking for something?"

Michael couldn't help but feel a little nervous, maybe he had been discovered.

George also came to his senses and said: "It's nothing, I just don't know what to say."

He was not prepared to expose Gwen, nor did he want to know the purpose of her coming. He wanted more to stop Gwen from thinking about being a hero.

Even marrying Michael is better than continuing to be Spider-Man.

"Just say it, you don't have to care about my feelings."

George looked at Michael and said, "Do you know what Gwen has been doing recently?"

Faced with this problem, Michael could only pretend to be crazy and stupid.

"study?"

"Stop pretending, I already know."

George took a deep breath and became serious. His eyes were as sharp as a sword, making it impossible for Michael to look at him.

"I don't understand what you are talking about. I have been doing experiments recently and have no time to care about what Gwen is doing. You may not know how busy a scientist is."

Michael continued to pretend not to know, trying to fish in troubled waters.

But Gwen, who was hiding in the cabinet, was extremely nervous.

"She is Spider-Man, you really don't know?"

"do not know."

"Then what's up with her high-tech suit? It's that tight-fitting spider suit."

George stood up excitedly, and he became more and more certain that Michael was supporting Gwen behind his back.

"I don't know, it has nothing to do with me."

"I know you are supporting Gwen, but Michael, have you ever thought that Gwen will be hurt too."

Seeing that his face was broken, Michael had no choice but to admit it.

"I'm sorry, what Gwen wants to do and how to do it are all her own ideas, and I don't give much support."

George looked at Michael and said, "But how do you explain the suit and the antidote?"

Michael replied calmly without changing his expression.

"She needs help and so do I, we just help each other."

"Help me persuade her, Michael, neither Helen nor I will support her."

"You should say this to her yourself instead of letting me convey it to you."

George froze and looked at Michael.

"Michael, you don't have a daughter, you can't understand my feelings. No matter how powerful she is, she is only a mortal body, and she is only a human being. Sooner or later, such an adventure will cause problems."

"So you just watch like this. To be honest, Chief George, doesn't she need help most from you?"

Michael was speechless.

The future is the era of superheroes, and the crisis will become more and more serious. If you don't become a superhero, you will probably have to wait for others to save you. Sometimes it is better to hold the power in your own hands, but Michael doesn't know how to explain these words to George.

"I will not support her, never. Even if she has the ability, she cannot be so reckless. Michael, you'd better advise her to give up these ridiculous ideas as soon as possible. If she continues to wander the streets, I will catch her personally."

After saying that, George slammed the door and left.

"By the way, tell her that if something happens to her, no matter what it is, her mother will be sad for her."

This time, George is really gone.

Mrs. Martha was speechless. What on earth is going on with this man?

After George left, Gwen walked out of the closet, covering her face and crying.

"Michael, what should I do?"

As he spoke, he hugged Michael and cried loudly on his shoulder.

"Oh, your snot touched my clothes."

Michael looked at it with disgust, it was so slimy and disgusting.

Gwen blushed and rubbed it a few more times.

"Sorry, I can't help myself. Please let me lean against you for a while."

Keisha:…

"Young man, now is the best time."

Michael: "..."

I suspect you want to see a show.

Keisha: "Coward."

Michael: "I'm not one to take advantage of others."

However, Gwen has a really great figure, so I can only show respect.

Gwen cried for a while, finally calmed down, and looked at Michael's shoulder apologetically.

Michael took off his coat, wiped his shoulders and threw it aside.

"Michael, what should I do?"

Gwen sat on Michael's bed and glanced at Michael's upper body.

He is a little thin and has no obvious muscles, but he doesn't look skinny either. He looks more like a skinny boy.

Michael was speechless. Why do you have to ask me about your father and daughter?

"I don't know either, or else you should stop being Spider-Man."

"No."

At this time, Martha pushed the door open and saw a shirtless Michael and Gwen who was saying 'nou'. She frowned and realized something was wrong.

The three people looked at each other, their eyes widened, not knowing what to say.

Martha was the first to react, "Sorry to bother you, please continue."

"Hey..."

Martha, you misunderstand.

Martha patted her chest outside the door and said to herself: "I asked why the policeman was so scary when he left. It turned out to be like this. Is that his daughter inside? She looks pretty good, but I don't know if she is virtuous or not. ."

"The same goes for Michael. He abducted someone else's daughter home without saying a word, which made his father very anxious."

"Hey, young people today are really impatient."

Michael looked at the door and said frustratedly.

"Maybe it's a misunderstanding."

"Then do you want me to explain it."

Gwen also stood up nervously and looked at Michael excitedly.

"You're going to explain yourself wearing this?"

Only then did Gwen realize that she was still wearing a spider suit.

"What should I do?"

Michael thought for a while, at this age, any misleading things that happened with his female classmates in the United States seemed to be nothing.

"Forget it, Martha will forget. She doesn't know you anyway."

Gwen smiled. Since Michael felt it didn't matter, there was no need to explain.

"Then I'll go first."

Gwen put on her hood and prepared to leave through the window.

"Gwen."

Michael stopped Gwen.

Gwen turned back and looked at Michael suspiciously.

“Sometimes, we just have to follow the voice deep inside us.”

"I see."
