When will Hogwarts raise wages?

Dylan wandered slowly in Diagon Alley and finished an ice cream before walking to Flourish and Blotts Bookstore.

He saw Amosha standing solemnly in front of the store from a distance, chatting with a witch, and standing next to an uncomfortable boy.
