Collect dragons from Hogwarts

"What's going on?" Dumbledore asked confusedly when he saw a group of people gathered in front of the tent.

After everyone saw Dumbledore, they also moved out of the way, revealing Zhang Zhe and the petrified Rita Skeeter.
