Wizarding Journey from Hogwarts

Chapter 31 Fire Dragon

"So, what do you want to ask?" Hagrid poured tea for the four of them and brought out some snacks.

Harry didn't beat around the bush, "Hagrid, can you tell us, besides the three-headed dog, what else is guarding the Philosopher's Stone!"

Hagrid was stunned. He didn't expect Harry to ask him this.

"Of course I can't say, first, I don't know myself, and second, you already know too much, so I won't tell you even if I know. It makes sense for that stone to be here. It was in ancient times The Ling Pavilion was almost stolen, I guess you all know all about this, right? I really don't understand how you even know about Lu Wei."

"Is Fluffy the three-headed dog?" Hermione asked.

"Yes, I bought it from an old Greek man. It is specially used to guard important things. He is very fierce. If anyone tries to pass by him, he will bark and use his mouth full of fangs. Bite you."

"So that time Professor Snape was injured because he was bitten by Lu Wei!"

Hermione suddenly remembered that on Halloween, they worked together to defeat the troll, but the loud noise also attracted Professor McGonagall and Professor Snape. At that time, she saw out of the corner of her eye that Snape had something on his feet. The wound is bleeding.

"Snape?" Hagrid was a little confused. "Are you suspecting that Snape is trying to distract it? It's impossible. He's also helping to protect the Sorcerer's Stone. There's no way he could steal it."

"Snape protected the Philosopher's Stone together?" Harry was obviously doubtful about this.

"Yes, Professor McGonagall, Professor Flitwick, Professor Sprout, Professor Quirrell, Snape, and Dumbledore, they all cast spells."

Hermione suddenly grasped the key point, "In that case, Professor Snape probably knows what other professors have arranged. Does this mean that he has been able to enter smoothly?"

"Impossible, Lu Wei can't get through that easily!"

Several people had been in the hut for a while, and they felt increasingly stuffy.

"Hagrid, can I open the window a little?"

"Sorry Harry!" Hagrid glanced towards the stove.

Only then did everyone notice that there was a dark egg lying in the center of the stove.

"Hagrid, what is this!"

"I won this from a stranger while drinking last night."

Ron took a closer look and looked at Hagrid with some surprise, "This must be a dragon egg!"

"Yes, it should be a Norwegian Ridgeback, which is rare."

The three of them immediately came to the stove and looked closely at the dark eggs inside. A certain 'little dragon' outside the window also stretched his neck to get a closer look.

But the little witch obviously wasn't too interested in these dangerous creatures, "Hagrid, don't forget, raising dragons is illegal!"

Apparently they didn't take Hermione's words seriously.

In the next few days, the four people and one tail would go to Hagrid's hut every day, waiting for the birth of the little dragon, and even seemed a little absent-minded when practicing magic with Jean.

Finally one day, Hagrid greeted them at the door of the hut with a glowing face.

The egg was lying on the table. There was already a deep crack on it. Something was constantly moving inside, making a funny clicking sound. The four people moved their chairs. Move closer to the table, hold your breath, and watch closely.

Suddenly, with a harsh scratching sound, the egg cracked.A little dragon emerged from the egg.

It wasn't actually pretty. Harry thought it looked like a crumpled black umbrella, and its spiny wings looked particularly large compared with its thin, dark body.

It also has a long, big nose with white nostrils, horns on its head, and orange-red eyes that protrude outward. It sneezed, and a few sparks came out of its nose.

"It's beautiful, isn't it?" Hagrid murmured.

He stretched out a hand and touched Xiaolong's head. The little dragon bit his finger, revealing its long pointed teeth, "Oh my god, look, it knows its mother!"

Outside the window, there was a young man peeping, who was also very excited.

A week later, the little dragon had grown to three times its size, spraying black smoke randomly in the house, making the hut a mess.

Hermione calmly reminded, "Hagrid, you must send it away, otherwise in two weeks, it will grow as big as the hut!"

"I decided to call him Norbert!" Hagrid looked at Xiaolong with tears in his eyes. "He really knows me now! I know I can't keep him forever, but I can't just throw him away either."

"Ron, isn't Ron's brother raising dragons?" Harry suddenly remembered Charlie Weasley, whom Ron had introduced to him before.

"Yes, I can contact Charlie and ask him to pick up the dragon."

"Okay..." Hagrid had no choice but to accept this choice.

"What's the noise!" Harry immediately came to the window and opened the curtains. In the darkness, he saw a figure with light blond hair running towards the castle. "It's Draco, he's been eavesdropping!"

It turned out that Draco was outside the window just now and heard the news that they were sending the dragon away. He was so excited that he accidentally touched the stone next to him, which was why he made the noise.

The four people hurriedly ran out of the hut and chased Draco. They must not let him complain.

When they ran to the gate of the castle, they saw Draco standing there, seemingly waiting for them, maybe wanting to laugh at them.

"Draco, you!" Just when Harry grabbed his shoulder, he saw the figures of two other people standing in the door, that was Filch and Professor McGonagall.

When Professor McGonagall caught Draco, he originally wanted to punish him with solitary confinement and ten points, but when he saw the four Gryffindors again, he felt that his anger was about to burst out.

"I'm outraged that five students were up one night! I've never heard of anything like this before! You, Miss Granger, I thought you were more sane. As for you, Mr. Potter, I thought you took Gryffindor's honor very seriously. All three of you are going to be in detention, yes, and you, Mr. Longbottom, no matter what, you have no right to wander around the school in the middle of the night. This was very dangerous and Gryffindor was deducted fifty points."

"It's fifty points for each person, including Slytherin, and then he will be put in solitary confinement!"

Professor McGonagall left here angrily, leaving only a few little wizards hanging there with their heads down.

One person was deducted [-] points, so Gryffindor would be deducted [-] points. This year's efforts were all wasted in an instant.

Although Draco was deducted fifty points, it was nothing compared to Gryffindor's two hundred points, but he was not happy about it.

Since the last time he talked to Gene, he has rarely ridiculed others because it no longer provides him with any sense of superiority.
