Wizarding Journey from Hogwarts
Chapter 23 Hermione
The next day, the students at Hogwarts discovered that there seemed to be something different about the school today.
A young man wearing a hat and covering his face wandered around various classrooms and colleges, trying to help others.
From helping Filch catch students who broke the rules, to helping students who want to go downstairs quickly roll down the stairs.
The deeds of this helpful young man spread throughout the school, and all the students wanted to know his true identity and wanted to give him a good 'baoda'.
After finishing their afternoon classes, Harry and the four of them walked straight to the top floor.
In the Room of Requirement, Jean is already waiting here.
"Jean, you're here so early!" Harry greeted him immediately after entering the room.
Since Jean agreed to teach them spells two months ago, they have taken time to come to the Room of Requirement every week. Jean has sorted out the spells he knows now and selected some to teach the four Gryffindors and Draco.
And he is also deliberately teaching the entire system to them respectively. Maybe in the near future, we can see Dota vs. League of Legends at Hogwarts.
Gene pointed to a corner of the room, "Okay, you can go practice over there." Then he pulled Hermione to the spacious center.
While waving the wand, a humanoid monster made of clay appeared in the center. It was officially the new skill Clay Stone Demon just obtained yesterday, which comes from the skill of the Necromancer in Diablo 2.
"Let me see how your spell practice is going." With that said, Gene stepped back to the door.
Hermione stood about ten meters away from the Clay Stone Demon, silently adjusting her breathing.
"Lightstrike array!"
A red magic circle appeared at the feet of the stone demon. After a short delay, a thick beam of light shot into the sky and the stone demon inside was visibly consumed and collapsed.
The light beam only lasted for 1 second, but the stone demon had become tattered and seemed to be turned into rubble at any time.
The three people who were practicing magic spells in the corner looked at the panting girl, their eyes unabashedly showing their envy and jealousy.
Light Strike Array, a skill from the funny wizard Lina, can summon a beam of light to attack the enemy.
Gene didn't know whether this Lina was the Lina in Dota or the real funny wizard Lina.
But judging from the skill effects, the latter is much more likely.
Because the cost and even power of this spell far exceed that of other spells, but its mastery is also extremely difficult.
Hermione has outstanding talents and a strong learning ability.
After Jean handed her the light strike array, it only took her a week to successfully cast the spell, although it cost her all her magic power every time.
So when fighting the giant monster, she did not choose to use the light strike array.
Based on Jean's prediction, it is estimated that by the time she is in third or fourth grade, the amount of magic power will be enough for her to cast spells freely.
The three people in the corner were very envious of Hermione for being able to learn such a terrifying spell, even though they were all pretty good, especially Neville.
But who doesn’t want to learn from the best?
After a moment of rest, Hermione had recovered somewhat and was able to move normally.
She came to the side of the three of them, raised her chin slightly, and looked at them who kept making mistakes when casting spells, and couldn't help but point them out.
"When you swing the stick, don't swing it with brute force, use your wrist and fingers!"
But the girl's 'enthusiastic' advice made the little boys feel uncomfortable.
Harry and Neville, who were more honest, didn't say anything, but Ron, the straight-faced man, couldn't bear it anymore.
"Don't come here to point fingers. At least we won't be exhausted and sweating after just one spell!"
The straight man's words successfully touched the girl's pain point.
Although the power of this spell is indeed extraordinary, she can only cast it once, so it is useless in actual combat.
But they didn't realize that the issue they were arguing about had escaped the curse taught by the school, and was instead about comparing the spells taught by Jean.
In their hearts, maybe the importance of spells has exceeded that of curses!
Ron's words made Hermione very sad. She thought she had good intentions and came to help them adjust their spellcasting problems, but she received such an answer.
The girl's face instantly turned cold, with an expression of grievance written all over it, but she still endured it, snorted and returned to the other side to continue practicing the spell.
As night fell, several people had been practicing in the Room of Requirement for several hours.
On the way back, Ron was in a bad mood because he accidentally blew up his clothes when he was casting a spell. At this moment, he couldn't help but start complaining again.
"No wonder everyone can't stand her, she's a nightmare." Ron imitated in a sinister way, "Use your wrists and fingers, not your arms~"
But before he finished speaking, a figure behind him bumped into him hard and then left quickly.
"Ron, she seems to be crying!" Harry seemed to see tears falling from Hermione's face the moment she walked by.
Ron's eyes flashed with uneasiness. In fact, he regretted it after he said it, but he still said firmly, "So what, she must also know that she doesn't have any friends except us."
Neville followed silently. Although he was relatively stupid, his instinct told him that he could not be like Ron, otherwise he would not have a girlfriend in the future.
When the three of them returned to the common room, they did not find Hermione around. They thought she had returned to the dormitory, so they returned to their own dormitories.
By the black lake
A girl sat under a tree with her legs curled up, her head buried deeply in her legs.
It’s very cold at night in northern England in November, especially near the lake.
The girl's curled up body was trembling slightly. She didn't know whether it was because of the cold or because she was crying sadly.
A ball of fire suddenly appeared next to the girl, and a wave of heat rushed in, driving away all the cold wind.
"Why is a person hiding here crying?" It turns out that the fire ball is Jean who found this place.
Lava Shield, a skill from League of Legends' Dark Daughter Annie, summons lava to form a shield around herself. Obviously, the heating effect is also very good.
The girl continued to cry without answering.
This gave Gene a headache. With more than 30 years of experience in his past and present lives, he had never coaxed a girl a few times, let alone an 11-year-old girl.
"Want some candy?"
"..." The girl stopped crying and then continued to cry. Didn't the man next to her know that she had suffered from tooth decay before?
Gene has a headache and can't even use his lollipop, so what else can he do?
"Have you ever heard of Voldemort?"
The girl cried for a while, but there was no response.
"I am the heir of Voldemort. I want to become the third generation of the Demon King. Do you want to help me?"
The girl raised her head in surprise and looked at the fire ball next to her. She had a saying in her heart, but she didn't know whether to say it or not...
