After leaving the town, Ike apparated directly to the outside of Malfoy Manor.It's not because of anything else, it's just because Malfoy Manor started anti-Apparition magic after Lao Fu left.

As soon as he showed up at the gate, the originally closed gate opened.Shi Shiran walked into the castle and saw Malfoy sitting alone on the gorgeous sofa in the living room.
