The current Chen Wenzhe has thoroughly studied many top porcelains.

He studied all kinds of Jianzhan, such as thin tire Liuxia, even red glaze, green glaze, black glaze porcelain and so on.

He also learned [-]% of the more complicated ones like famille rose, five colors, bucket color, famille rose, etc.

Since then, Chen Wenzhe's technology has improved faster and faster, and it can even be said to be very rapid.

Among these types of porcelain, mutual influence is certain.

Now he is often concentrating on making one kind of porcelain, but in the process, he is touched by the color of another kind of porcelain.

This is comprehension and comprehension.

Who made Chen Wenzhe learn too many porcelain-making crafts, too high-end?

He has also reached a level of accumulation, so no matter what kind of porcelain he is firing now, he is very handy.

In the past, firing Langyao red and Langyao green felt a bit technical.

But now it is very easy for Chen Wenzhe to fire this kind of high-quality porcelain that seemed a bit difficult before.

This is the progress of technology and the overall improvement of strength.

I feel that firing is easy, which shows that his craftsmanship is even better.

At this time, a batch is being fired, and the craftsmanship must be more exquisite.

It was easy to make a batch of Lang Yao Hong, and by the way, a batch of Lang Yao Green. As for the shape of the utensils, that is, there is nothing to say.

When this batch of porcelain is finished, Chen Wenzhe is no longer doing it blindly when making porcelain.

Before he thought of what to do, this time he didn't know what to do.

In other words, he needs to make up for his shortcomings.

Although he has learned more and more skills and it is easier and easier, he is not without shortcomings.

Even if it is easy for him to learn various techniques, he cannot be said to be omniscient in the porcelain industry.

Mainly within the porcelain industry, there are too many technologies and joints.

Not to mention how many types of porcelain there are, but there are many varieties of glaze colors.

Like the original blue and white, five-color, bucket-colored, and pastel colors fired by Chen Wenzhe, these can only be regarded as commonly used and common types of glaze colors.

There are also various colored glazes that he has been in contact with, but Chen Wenzhe can easily think of more than a dozen.

And those he has never touched, such as Jincai and Fahuacai, as long as they are finished products, they are all very beautiful.

I haven't done it before, and I haven't been exposed to this kind of antiques, so I haven't learned these techniques.

It's different now, he doesn't need to look for antiques to learn, now he can learn from Suihou's Pearl as long as he wants.

In this way, it is simple, not to mention other things, just a golden color, it is worth learning from Chen Wenzhe.

The usage rate of gold color is not low, especially when making porcelain of the third dynasties of Qing Dynasty, the frequency of using gold color is higher, but he has never done such a craft before.

Of course, one of the main reasons for this is to use gold.

It turns out that Chen Wenzhe is not as bold as he is now, and he doesn't have much capital to waste gold at will.

So what is Jincai?Jincai refers to a porcelain making method that uses golden glaze and coloring as decoration.

Use gold to make a golden effect. Who usually uses such porcelain?

Therefore, as long as it is a work using this craft, it must be very precious.

In ancient times, the decoration of porcelain with golden colors is generally believed to have begun in the Song Dynasty, and the golden flower porcelain of Ding Kiln is the most prestigious.

The first volume of the sequel to Song Zhoumi's "Xinyou Miscellaneous Knowledge" reads: "Golden flowers are used to set the vessel, use garlic juice to adjust the gold and paint, then enter the kiln, and never come off again."

The handed down products include black glaze and sauce glaze gold color setters.

Gold, a precious metal, has had an extremely noble status in people's minds since ancient times, and it is naturally indispensable to use it to decorate porcelain.

The golden color decoration process on ceramics is mainly divided into three stages of development.

First, the stage of gold foil decoration.

Second, the principal decoration stage.

The third stage is the foreign gold decoration stage.

Under normal circumstances, we can roughly determine the age range of its production according to the characteristics of gold color on the utensils.

At the beginning of Hongwu period in the Ming Dynasty, Jincai porcelain started to be fired in Jingzhen, and it reached its peak in the Qing Dynasty, but its method of using gold color could not be compared with that of Ding Kiln.

It's just that the Kangxi Dynasty of the Qing Dynasty not only introduced foreign colors from Europe, but also innovated the traditional ancient color techniques.

Jingzhen ceramic artists have created many new color materials on the basis of summarizing the traditional preparation technology of color materials.

On this basis, they tried to make gold leaf into gold powder, and then added lead oxide to lower the melting point of gold, and finally produced the "principal".

Until then, Jincai technology is really a part of ceramic color firing technology.

To fire gold-colored porcelain, the gold powder must be processed first, and this step is called pounding gold powder.

It is to put the gold leaf in the porcelain gold beating pan and add an appropriate amount of water.

Heat it to about 40c, grind it continuously in the pan with your hands to make it into gold powder, and then use a 1200-mesh sieve to fine it.

After that, add 1% Xichi with 0.5 cent of the principal, and mix it in a palette.

Then add 5-6 drops of gum solution and adjust until the gold powder does not foam.

Put the color-adjusted dish on the hot water bowl to dry it.

Then use a gold tracing pen, dip in water to adjust the gold, and describe the decoration.

After the final firing, use an agate pen to scrape out the golden light on the gold, or rub it with fine sand.

It is very difficult to process Jincai porcelain with the principal.

First of all, the gold should not be too thick, otherwise the color will be gray and dull, and it is easy to cause "undressing" (that is, the golden color falls off).

Secondly, the gold should be painted in one stroke, and no filling should be added, otherwise it will affect the color and cause "undressing".

In addition, the use of water should be appropriate, too little water will also cause "undressing".

In winter, the glue is easy to freeze, so it is advisable to mix the gold powder with garlic juice.

The final firing temperature should not be too high, otherwise the gold will appear rose or purple and lose the luster of gold.

One of the masterpieces is the black-glazed gold-colored tea cup of the Jizhou kiln in the Song Dynasty.

This kind of porcelain is simple in shape, but the black glaze and gold color complement each other, it is still very beautiful, even very luxurious.

This is also a kind of tea cup, but because of the difference in the kiln mouth, another process is used. Is the fired porcelain inferior to Jianzhan?

It can only be said that it is another kind of beauty!

This is the role of various crafts, and the usage of gold color is very extensive, so Chen Wenzhe must learn it.

As for the others, we can only rely on time to grind them. After all, not to mention all the crafts in porcelain making, it is just a color rendering craft that Chen Wenzhe can study for a lifetime!

There are too many things he needs to learn now, or when it comes to painting, how many kinds of painting techniques are there?

Such as enamel, white ground ink color, yellow green purple three color, yellow ground three color, green ground three color, purple ground three color, ink ground three color, red and green color, porcelain body lacquer inlaid with mother-of-pearl.

As long as you see these crafts, which kind of Chen Wenzhe can't be moved?
