My system is not decent

Chapter 1135 Entering the kiln depends on the person, leaving the kiln depends on the sky

The plain embryo is fired, the glaze is prepared, and finally the glaze is applied.

Both the inner and outer layers of the biscuit need to be glazed, usually by dipping the glaze with the hand-held ring foot, and sometimes by brushing.

The glazing should not be too thin, it is difficult to produce high-quality products if it is thin; it should not be too thick, otherwise it will stick to the bottom easily.

There is also the application of half glaze, which is a major feature of Jianzhan technology.

Because if the full glaze is applied randomly, it will stick to the bottom due to the flow of glaze water at high temperature.

However, in the Song Dynasty, a glaze-stop line was specially repaired for beam-mouthed cups, so as to control the scope of glaze application.

In this process, the most important thing is qualified glaze ore, and then pine oil firewood.

These two most primitive and simple substances, together with the pine oil wood added during the firing process, can be fired into a beautiful Jianzhan (crystal glaze).

And even so, its markings and colors are formed randomly and cannot be controlled by humans.

Porcelain firing is sometimes troublesome because there are too many steps.

Of course, these can be done in one go, but sometimes, you need to wait.

For example, after glazing, you need to wait for drying.

After glazing, the glaze body should be placed in a ventilated and dry place to dry.

Then you need to brush the glaze, because the glaze layer is not thick enough, you can apply a layer of glaze water after drying.

The last step is to clear the feet, which is to remove the excess glaze water on the glaze body.

At this time, another major process is completed, and then it will be fired in the kiln.

Before entering the kiln, powder needs to be sprinkled. This is to prevent the Jianzhan from sticking to the feet during the firing process. A thin and uniform layer of refractory alumina powder/quartz sand powder needs to be sprinkled on the sagger.

The kiln built in Song Dynasty was Changlong kiln, while electric kiln is mostly used in modern times.

When installing the kiln, the electric kiln usually puts alumina on the bottom of the tire to prevent sticking, while the dragon kiln is packed in saggers.

After the pre-processes are completed, the green body can be loaded into the corresponding kiln at last and the kiln door can be closed.

At this step, the kiln should be fired again.

Each craftsman has a different firing process and a different kiln mouth system, and operates according to their own process. When the temperature rises to a little over 1300c, the fire is stopped.

It's simple to say, but this step is indeed the key to the entire firing and kiln building.

Roasting is the kiln firing process that really determines the appearance and color of Jianzhan. This is a technical difficulty that Jianzhan cannot bypass.

Not only the craftsmen of the Song Dynasty understood the difficulties, but also the modern craftsmen have a deep understanding.

Jianzhan should be fired in a kiln at a high temperature of 1200-1300 degrees, and there must be a good reducing atmosphere.

Today's electric kiln itself cannot automatically maintain a reducing atmosphere, and still needs to be manually fed with pine oil to control it.

In the firing process, two elements are the most critical, one is temperature and the other is time.

After the blank enters the kiln, the craftsman must concentrate on carefully controlling the degree of reduction, and cannot leave the kiln for a long time, regardless of spring, summer, autumn and winter.

To make the most perfect Jianzhan, it is necessary to 100% control the temperature in every corner of the kiln during the firing process to be exactly the same.

And the duration of each temperature is accurate to the second.

But this is near impossible, so no one is perfect.

It is for this reason that the firing rate of Jianzhan is very low. "Often the great beauty is all made into one, and it depends on God."

Therefore, after leaving the kiln, each kiln will inevitably produce defective and defective products, which will be disposed of on the spot.

Only products that pass the quality inspection can appear before the eyes of the world, showing an indescribable magic.

Of course, all of this requires a cold kiln after the ceasefire to lower the temperature in the kiln before you can see it.

When the temperature in the kiln drops to the specified temperature, usually below 100c, the kiln door is opened, and the final product is released like this!

As the saying goes, entering the kiln depends on the person, and leaving the kiln depends on the sky.

Under the baptism of the kiln fire, the Jianzhan that came out of the kiln was either unsatisfactory or amazing to the world.

Therefore, after each Jianzhan is successfully born, it still needs to be selected.

Defective lamps will be destroyed after analysis.

The successfully built lamps are registered and stored in the warehouse, and finally appear on the market and are appreciated by people.

Therefore, after seeing so many steps, we will know that the steps of building a lamp are interlocking, and they are all "grasshoppers on one rope", and one move will move a hundred.

Every Jianzhan is hard-won, which contains the hard work of the craftsmen at every step and the waiting and anticipation outside the kiln.

And a perfect Jianzhan is something that can be encountered but not sought after. The fine products among them are one in a thousand, one in a thousand.

What kind of probability is it that only one high-quality product will appear after firing 1 pieces?

Of course, we are talking about high-quality products here, and high-quality products are perfect Jianzhan, not perfect kiln-changing Jianzhan.

Such as rabbit hair, golden rabbit hair, silver rabbit hair, or simply firing a flare Tianmu lamp by accident, these treasures are often one in a million possible.

At the beginning of making Jianzhan, Chen Wenzhe could only rely on God's will. The most important thing for him was to be familiar with the firing process of this kind of porcelain.

After a few kilns of finished products come out and the yield is very high, he will start pursuing high-quality goods.

So can the flare Tianmu lamp be fired under human control?

It's really possible now, but it's very difficult.

The harder it is to burn, the more expensive it is.

And the price is expensive, so someone must study it.

Therefore, Chen Wenzhe can stand on the shoulders of his predecessors, gather the craftsmanship and technology of many masters, and burn out the high-quality Jianzhan he wants.

Because of the black glaze tea cup of Yaobian Tianmu, it is not seen in our country (complete one).

The real objects are hidden in various art galleries and museums of Neon, and they are only opened for exhibition every seven years.

In fact, there is a fourth, or even a fifth, in this world, but the latter ones are all controversial.

For example, the fourth one is in China, and it was unearthed in Hangzhou.

In the first half of 2009, the ruins in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou were unearthed.

However, it was a remnant weapon, about a quarter of which was lost, but the ring foot was well preserved.

The original shape of the vessel is also quite clear, and the obsidian markings on the inner wall of the vessel show a dreamlike brilliance.

Although this piece is a remnant, it is still very beautiful according to the pictures on display.

Like the collection of Jingjiatang Bunko Art Museum, it uses bluish yao as the base tone, and with the angle of light, it appears purple-red brilliance.

This characteristic is also one of the characteristics of Weiyao Bian Tianmu Zhan.

The three foreign ones are all in neon, while the only one in China is a defective product, which can only be counted as half of it.

Of course, apart from the three and a half identified flare Tianmu lamps, there are still some controversial ones.

The Yaobianzhan unearthed in Hangzhou was actually controversial when it first appeared.

Everyone in the world knows the origin of the name of Jianzhan, but what is surprising is that no Yaobianzhan has been found in the Jianzhan site in Shuiji, Jianyang, Fujian Province for so many years.

Of course, this is a superficial matter. In the hands of some collectors in Chizhong Village and Houjing Village, there should be some fragments of Yaobianzhan.

At least as early as the 80s of the last century, there was a local legend that someone had handled a fragment of an obsidian lamp.
