Mihara City is located in the Quartz Plateau in the Kanto region and is the capital of the Pokémon League. The name of the city means "three primary colors" - the origin and core of all colors.

Mihara City is the political and cultural center of the Kanto region and one of the cores of the world. It is the largest and most populous city in the Alliance.

Over the years, all major year-end meetings of various departments of the alliance have been held in Miyuan City. Therefore, Miyuan City's security system is strict and complete, and you need to undergo strict security inspections when entering the city.Because it is located at the core of the world, people and elves from all regions, as well as experts and dignitaries in various fields will appear here, which can be described as a mixed bag.

The famous Joey and Junsha families are also located in Miyuan City.

The chairman of the Pokémon Alliance and the top leader of the alliance, Damaranchi, lives here all year round.

Mihara City is one of the oldest cities in the entire Kanto region. There are many historical buildings and museums in the city, but there are few high-rise buildings in the area close to the city center.

The urban layout of Mihara City is approximately circular, divided into three fan-shaped areas by radial wide streets, named after red, yellow and blue. There is an altar dedicated to the sacred bird in each district. If you look down from above the city, you will find that the three altars can be connected to form a standard equilateral triangle. They are collectively known as the Three God Bird Altar, which respectively enshrines the totems of the Flame Bird, Lightning Bird and Frozen Bird. They are one of the most famous attractions in Mihara City.

At the center of the intersection of the three sectors is the city's largest square, "Champions Square". The ground is paved with dark green, earthy yellow and dark red stone slabs. It is said that these stone slabs are also historical relics from 400 years ago. There is an ancient castle-like building in the center of the square called the Hall of Champions. Previous champions from various regions will leave their signatures and video materials here. It can be said to be a holy place for trainers.Underneath the Hall of Champions is a huge library - the Alliance National Library. It is said that the books inside record the entire history of the Alliance from the birth to the present for hundreds of years.

The famous Pokémon Trainer Elite School [Pokemon_Trainer_Elite_School], PES is also located in the city center, only two streets away from the Alliance Government Office Building.

There are many bell and drum towers with the same shape standing all over Mihara City. They were buildings from the early days of the Pokémon League and are still carefully maintained and used today. The original bell and drum towers were used to warn residents to take refuge in case of enemies, but now their role has long changed.Whenever the festival comes, drummers will beat the big drum, making the exciting sound spread throughout the city - this is a centuries-old tradition in Mihara City.

The huge venue and player village dedicated to the Kanto Regional League are located on the edge of the red zone in Mihara City; while the competitive city dedicated to the World League is located on the northeastern outskirts of Mihara City.

Miyuan City's transportation network extends in all directions, with expressways and railways connecting it to nearby cities, forming a criss-crossing transportation network. The mountain road leading from Baiyin Mountain to Miyuan City has steep terrain and is infested with many powerful wild Pokémon. It is a place that is inaccessible to ordinary trainers. This road was once called the "Champion's Road" by trainers a hundred years ago.
