Iron Altman passing by Marvel

Chapter 22 No one knows the Ark Reactor better than me

"Damn it Stark, you will be here too"

Standing by the floor-to-ceiling window on the second floor, watching Tony's black business car drive away, Ivan Vanke sneered and spat.

"Ivan, I thought you had let go of this hatred."

There was a voice from behind, and even without turning around, he could easily guess the identity of the person.

"Why, do you think I will deal with him secretly in private?"

Ivan sneered and turned to glance sideways at Bruce.

"I will naturally do what I promised."

"Besides, even if I don't do anything, the palladium poisoning will kill him after a while. I don't have to give up everything I have now for a dead man."

After untying the knot in his heart, Ivan seemed very calm.

"Then your expectations are destined to be disappointed. He is the protagonist of an era and will not be defeated so easily."

The corners of his mouth were raised, and Bruce didn't care about the offense in Ivan's words.

"Shen Shen Na Na, I really don't understand what you geniuses are thinking about all day long."

Feeling the spoiler dog's malice inexplicably, Ivan rolled his eyes and impatiently extended his hand to the young man in front of him.

"I've already sent someone what you want. Don't forget to send me the remaining information. This is what you promised yourself."

"I never make promises lightly."

Bruce still had a smile on his face.

"That's right, but in this regard, you are much more reliable than that profiteer of yours. If there is nothing else, I will go back to the office first."

Nodding, in recognition of Bruce's words, Ivan waved goodbye without any respect.

"It's good to leave."

Bruce put his hands behind his back and narrowed his eyes as he watched Ivan Vanko's back gradually disappear around the corner.

In his opinion, this guy is much cuter than Tony.

As long as you can show the strength to crush him while tolerating the common weird temper of geniuses, then Ivan will be an extremely obedient and qualified helper.

Ivan Vanke, the final boss of Iron Man 2 in the original world trajectory, was the culprit who allowed his cheap old father to steal everything but lose everything.

He is also a talented scientist comparable to Tony. His father was originally a colleague of the same team as Howard Sr., but was eventually expelled by the other party on the pretext of evil intentions.

Being familiar with the plot in advance, Bruce would naturally not let these two outstanding scientific research talents go.

Not only did they bring the father and son back to China in Justin's name early, they also invited the best medical team in the United States to diagnose and treat the old Vanke.

Later, everything becomes obvious.

The wealth at their fingertips and the new technological system are all things that Vanke and his son, who have spent half of their lives suffering in the Siberian permafrost, are not what they have not longed to pursue.

From frugality to luxury is easy, from luxury to frugality.

Having seen the wealthy and wealthy people of New York's upper class, and having expensive instruments at their fingertips, and then returning them to the hunger and cold embarrassment of the tundra plains, it was simply more unacceptable than killing them.

Back in the office, Bruce saw at a glance the information sent by Ivan and a certain CEO sitting carelessly in his seat.

"Why are you so busy here today?"

Picking up the file from the table, Bruce joked as always.

After simply flipping through a few pages, the young man closed the information in his hands. It was obvious that Ivan was not perfunctory.

"System, pass the next stage of data to Vanke and his son."

Satisfied, Bruce placed the data back into the distance and gave instructions to the system.

"Stark Industries' Ark Reactor, I asked you why you asked me to go to that ungrateful place in Siberia to find people. It turns out it was for this thing."

Bruce glanced at it while he was flipping through the pages. The CEO was doing the classic posture of understanding the emperor.

"Mr. Hammer, if I remember correctly, even your graduation thesis was written by someone else. Can you really understand such a complicated reaction equation?"

Anyway, there were only the father and son here, and Bruce did not hesitate to lift the fig leaf of his old father.

"The highest achievement of the Stark family. If I can't even recognize this thing, how can I have the face to compete with that playboy?"

"No one knows the Ark Reactor better than me"

His hands seemed to be playing an accordion, and Justin was rather proud of it rather than being ashamed of it.

Putting his hand on his forehead, Bruce was once again defeated by someone's shamelessness.

"You want to use this blueprint to compete with Stark Industries for energy."

"God, I've wanted to do this for a long time."

Thinking that he had guessed his son's thoughts correctly, Justin agreed with some excitement.

"No, I just want to refer to his invention and make some improvements to the suit. At this stage, Hammer Industry is booming. As long as we stay stable, we will win. Such despicable methods will only leave others with clues."

Knowing that Tony was behind SHIELD, Bruce deliberately emphasized his tone.

"I understand what you mean."

Waving his hand, Mr. President obviously mentioned it casually.

"Then father, do you have any other important matters when you come here this time?"

Sighing, Bruce changed the subject.

"Norman sent another invitation letter, saying that this time it is his son's birthday, and we, father and son, must be honored to attend the banquet in the evening."

Justin magically took out an invitation letter from the lining of his suit.

"With such frequent invitations, I guess I'm asking for something important. It sounds like Norman is willing to spit out all the orders he placed this time as long as you are willing to help."

Before 3 minutes had passed, Justin revealed his little thoughts again.

"So you are interested in the order from Osborne Group again"

Bruce immediately understood his old father's intention.

"Why don't you eat the meat delivered to your door? Even if the other party has any intentions, you have to be willing to dig in."

Mr. President said plausibly.

"Father, the military will not agree to give all orders to one person, and you don't have as wide a network of contacts as the Stark family."

Apparently feeling that someone was being dazzled by the benefits, Bruce couldn't help but remind him.

"That was in the past. Now, as long as the military still relies on you to help them update their weapons and equipment, Bruce, you will be Hammer Industries' new connection."

Unexpectedly, Justin was particularly thorough in this regard.

"When is the dinner scheduled at Norman's house?"

Seeing his old father's determination, Bruce sighed and finally chose to give in.

"I have asked Alfor to prepare the dress and other things in advance. He will come directly to my office after work in the evening. Then we, father and son, will go there together."

Finally, Bruce was persuaded, and Old Hammer was immediately overjoyed.

Not even giving him any room to regret, he hurriedly walked outside without saying a word.

Sitting back at his desk, turning the pen unconsciously in his hand, Bruce thought about Osborne's intentions.

As the former three giants of the military industry, now the world is divided into two parts after the withdrawal of Stark Industries. How can Norman have such courage and be willing to give up the fat that is on his lips?

After thinking about it, Bruce couldn't think of any reason other than the hereditary disease of the Osborne family that was worth paying such a high price.

Just let yourself, a Ph.D. in physics and mechanical engineering, study medicine.

If Norman, that old fox, still had some sense, he wouldn't have come up with such a bad idea.

So, what is his purpose?
