Chapter 296 Tower Planning (modified, updated for Silver Alliance ksg and Huan Yu)

Chapter 295: Fully Functional Tower

There were so many people who signed up that, at Allen's suggestion, Roger decided to conduct a basic test first. He asked all those who applied to join the team to divide into groups of ten and fly around the stadium.

What a wise decision.

The ten people in the first group were all freshmen, and it was obvious that they had never flown before.

Only one boy remained in the air for a few seconds, and he was so startled that he quickly crashed into the goal post.

The second group consisted of ten girls. Allen had never met such silly girls. As soon as he blew the whistle, they laughed so hard that they couldn't stand up and hugged each other.

When Allen asked them to leave the court, they walked away happily, then sat in the stands and blamed each other.

The third group crashed into a heap as it flew halfway around the court.

Most of the fourth group came without brooms.

Looking at each group, we can see that most of the students who can successfully fly into the sky and have good skills are senior students, and the level of these students is actually not very different.

Allen was a little impatient and glanced at Roger.

The captain in front of him is still carefully selecting the batsman he is determined to select. Roger preferred the big guys.

Allen decided to go back and organize his collection first.

Thinking of the Black family's collection, Allen's heart was filled with excitement.

His consciousness couldn't help but be immersed in the collections in the storage compartment.

At the corner leading to the Room of Requirement, Allen, who was immersed in his own thoughts, suddenly bumped into someone.

Caught off guard, Allen took two steps back.

"Ah, Alan, I'm so sorry."

Hearing the sound, Allen looked up and saw that it was Percy.

Has Percy been snatched? The man in front of him was completely different from the Percy in the auditorium.

He was tongue-tied, unable to speak, and his face turned red, like a harpooned frog.

Allen looked at him suspiciously. If he remembered correctly, it was probably because of himself that he had hit him just now. Why did Percy, who always looked above his head, apologize first?

Seeing Percy's expression of embarrassment with a hint of ingratiation, and thinking of the news he had received, he suddenly realized.

As far as Alan knew, Percy wanted to work in the Ministry of Magic after graduation, and his family now has considerable influence in the Ministry of Magic.

Percy should want to please himself and avoid saying bad things about Mr. Harris, and even leave a good impression on Mr. Harris and his family.

"It doesn't matter," Allen said.

Percy was stunned for a moment, then started laughing too.

"I heard that Ravenclaw is choosing a batter today? Then you must have replaced Cho Chang as the seeker?"

Percy actually didn't leave. Instead, he found the topic and pretended that he wanted to talk in detail.

As for Alan, he is now so preoccupied with the collections in the storage compartments that he has no time to discuss Ravenclaw's Quidditch layout with Percy!

Allen smiled politely and nodded.

But the other person seemed to be inspired by this gentle smile. He leaned forward and moved closer to Allen, which made him look like a hunchback.

"Alan, you will definitely become the best seeker in Hogwarts." Percy praised enthusiastically.

Alan glanced at him in surprise.

His face was red, and he seemed to realize that he had acted too hastily.

"You will definitely defeat Cedric, bless you." Percy then said.

In order to prevent Percy from saying anything more embarrassing, Alan thanked him and hurriedly turned around and left.

It's embarrassing to please others, but the person you're trying to please doesn't necessarily feel comfortable!

After ensuring that no one was following, Allen quickly ran towards the Room of Requirement.

After successfully entering the Room of Requirement, Allen released the Ravenclaw Tower he had obtained.

The tower is actually a very useful fixed asset.

In times of danger, this can be a haven of refuge.

It can become a reliable refuge for wizards when they are hiding from powerful enemies or facing huge chaos.

Since wizards often create magic items, study new spells, and conduct other research, the tower also serves as a laboratory for storing and measuring magical materials.

This is a good place to preserve the precious magic books, magic items or other treasures that Allen obtained.

The cost of building such an enchanted building was staggering, which is why Rowena Ravenclaw only built a tower instead of a castle.

Allen also has his own plans for this tower.

Since the second war in the magic world is very likely to happen, you must plan in advance to improve your family's strength in the chaos.

He wanted to rationally plan the rooms in the tower so that his most trusted family and friends could enter this place to save their lives in times of crisis and increase their strength in peacetime.

The first level of the tower houses a gorgeous living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and other common rooms. These rooms can be provided for daily living of Allen's relatives and friends.

Various magics are set up in other floors and other rooms, and these rooms have corresponding special abilities.

What Allen has to do is to plan and use them rationally, move his collection into them, and place them in categories.

Allen's favorite library was placed on the second floor. This area is very important. Ravenclaw's famous saying is that extraordinary wisdom is mankind's greatest wealth.

These magic books are the crystallization of the wisdom of wizards throughout the ages.

In this area where magic books, knowledge manuals, and various magic notes are stored, bookshelves and storage compartments are neatly arranged on the wall.

In the middle of the library, there are tables and chairs for wizards to study.

Best of all, this library can control pests.

Small animals such as moths and mice are a nightmare for books.

These tiny creatures can quickly hollow out important books.

Special symbols drawn on the walls of the library will create a barrier specifically for these creatures in the library, driving out creatures such as moths and rats.

As we all know, fire poses a huge threat to the preservation of books.

Fire can quickly destroy the hard-earned collection of books and materials.

And this library can ensure that the books placed on the bookshelf can withstand a certain degree of flame, making the books non-combustible.

Of course, it only targets ordinary flames, it cannot withstand severe fire.

This protection remains in effect as long as the book is in the library.

Maybe Mrs. Pince needs these magic symbols, Allen looked at these characters thoughtfully.
