"Is this Star City?"

Carlos, who arrived at Star City, looked at the city with a pair of red eyes under his sunglasses.

"It's Green Arrow!" A young gangster seemed to have seen an evil ghost crawling out of hell.

"Impossible!" the gangster leader said in disbelief.

"Andy Feimo, you have let down this city!" This guy can be said to be a new generation of poisonous people.

"Run!" A young gangster spread his short legs and started running.

There was a muffled sound and an arrow was lodged in his calf, and he could only hug his legs and scream wildly.

"It's so scary." Carlos couldn't help but murmured to himself as he looked at the mess of little gangsters in front of him who were killed without even seeing Green Arrow's face.

After knocking out all the gangsters in the field, Green Arrow lowered his voice and said to Carlos.
