Hogwarts Poisoned Egg
Chapter 27 Cloning
"Hermione, it's not good, Egg was captured by Snape and left the school all the way..biqugev" Harry and Ron hurriedly found Hermione.
"So?" Hermione closed the big and thick book in her hand and looked at the two of them helplessly.
"Is Snape going to do something to Egg?" Harry was a little worried.
"Maybe he was worried that the school wouldn't be able to let go, so he went outside to torture him?" Ron looked very frightened.
Hermione shook her head and sighed, "There must be something going on. Snape can't harm Egg."
"How can you be so sure? That old bat is obviously so vicious." Ron looked at Hermione in disbelief.
"Although I don't know what they went to do, I'm sure nothing will happen to Egg." Hermione took out a small bag from her body, flicked the wand in her hand, and a small box flew out of the bag.
Hermione opened the box, which was filled with small bottles, all filled with various potions.
Gently picking up a small glass bottle, Hermione shook the bottle in her hand and looked at the two of them, "Do you know what this is?"
The two looked at each other and shook their heads.
"The Elixir of Fortune, also called the Lucky Potion, after drinking it, it can be said that all your wishes will come true and it is worth thousands of gold." Hermione pointed to the small box. "This is only a small part of what Snape has given to Iger in the past three years. Iger There is a small bucket of elixir there, all given to him by Snape."
Seeing the two people stunned, Hermione sighed helplessly, "Are you all idiots? Snape is Iger's teacher. Iger learned almost all the spells from him, and from his performance in Potions class Judging from the above, Snape is obviously much nicer to Egg than he is to us."
"That's just because Egg is good enough..." Ron muttered indistinctly.
"You think too much. Egg still doesn't know how to prepare a simple potion to treat a cold." Hermione rolled her eyes and continued reading.
The two of them looked at each other and walked away.
"Neither will I..." Ron said vaguely.
"Me too..." Harry nodded.
At three o'clock in the afternoon, Harry and Ron arrived at Hagrid's hut.
"Hagrid, this is Ron." Harry pointed at Ron and introduced, "I think Egg may not be able to make it. He was carried out of the school by Snape at noon and he hasn't come back yet..."
"Oh, Snape, it's okay." Hagrid waved to the two of them to enter the room. Ron avoided Fang's entanglement in fear.
"Ya Ya, stay back." Hagrid turned around and handed over a pot of tea and put it on the table. "Even though it's so big, Ya Ya is actually a coward."
"Hagrid, Snape seems to treat Egg differently than he treats us." Harry asked, looking at Hagrid.
Hagrid nodded and looked at the two of them as a matter of course. "Of course it's different. Iger was at Hogwarts when he was eight years old. Snape taught him all the time. Obviously he has a good idea of how to get in touch with Snape." ."
"But we didn't see how Egg came into contact with him. It was Snape who was always in contact with Egg." Ron frowned and said angrily, "He even regarded Egg as a Slytherin."
With that said, Ron recounted what had just happened in the classroom.
Hagrid laughed and didn't take it seriously, "That's normal. He has always hoped that Iger would be sorted into Slytherin. He got angry with Professor McGonagall over this matter, which made the meeting between the two very embarrassing. "
"So...Is it because Snape got in touch with Egg earlier?" Harry looked at Hagrid with some confusion.
"No, Harry." Hagrid shook his head and took another plate of rock cakes. Harry glanced at it and thanked him.
"It's not that Snape is nice to Iger, but because Iger didn't hate him from the beginning. To be honest, there's no one in the whole school who doesn't hate him. That guy's own students are afraid of him." Hagrid smiled. Dumbledore said it was mutual, there was no love without a reason and there was no hate without a reason.”
"But why does Snape seem to hate me so much? Egg also said that Snape must hate me very much. In fact, this was proved in Potions class." Harry pursed his lips with some discomfort, obviously They are students. Why is there such a big gap?
Hagrid's eyes were a little evasive and he was vague, "He treats everyone like that..."
Harry wanted to ask something else, but then he saw a cut-and-pasted copy of the Daily Prophet not far away.
……
"Where on earth are we going..." Egg was being held in Snape's hands with an expressionless face. The two of them were in a small alley in London.
Snape dropped Egg casually and looked directly at Egg with his empty, black eyes, "Do you know where there are biologists?"
"Where the hell am I going to go!" Egg kicked Snape's calf fiercely. "You don't really have Lily's hair, do you? After so many years, it may be useless..."
Snape was obviously paranoid, and his voice was slightly trembling. "The night she died... I took a lock of her hair... as a souvenir."
"But the clone is not her, that's not Lily Severus..." Egg frowned and said, "It's just a brand new life, it has nothing to do with Lily."
"That's her daughter...also my daughter." Snape once again returned to his expression that showed no emotion or anger. "We should find a Muggle hospital and ask."
Egg felt like Snape was crazy...
It's over, Snape completely let himself be fooled...
"Wait a minute, I'll help you find out..." Egg rolled his eyes, dragged Snape and disapparated again.
A few minutes later, the Grangers were in the dental hospital.
"Egg!" Jane hugged Egger with a happy face. "Chris and I are planning to go home. Why are you here? Is Hermione with you?"
"Hermione is still at school..." Egg shrugged. "This is my Potions teacher, Severus Snape."
The Grangers looked at Snape in surprise. Snape had no expression on his face, didn't speak, and just stared at him.
"Lily was originally a Muggle, don't forget Severus..." Egg curled his lips.
Snape's eyes moved and he reached out his hand from under the loose robe. "It's an honor to meet you two. Miss Granger is a very smart witch. I think... her parents must also be very wise."
Egg almost laughed when he heard Snape's words.
"Hello, hello." Chris stepped forward and shook Snape's hand. "What's the reason for the sudden visit? Iger is disobedient in school?"
"He has always been very disobedient..." Snape briefly shook the Grangers' hands, then took back his hand and glanced at Iger, "But today's presumptuous visit is obviously not for this issue."
"Severus would like to ask, do you know where there is a place with cloning technology? He wants to...e...clone a person." Egger looked at the Grangers.
"Oh my god... a clone?" Chris glanced at Snape in surprise.
"His daughter passed away. Severus was actually very miserable." Iger nodded confidently, and Snape's face was a little stiff.
"But cloning is illegal, Egg." Chris turned to look at Snape, "Please sir, be more sensible."
"It doesn't matter, that's just for the Muggle world. We can erase all traces. He just wants to have a daughter." Egg spread his hands. "We will erase the memories of those people."
Chris hesitated for a while, then nodded helplessly, "Okay Egg, since you said so..."
……
"You are really crazy..."
In a cold medical room, Egger sat boredly on a chair with his chin in his hand.
This is a biological research center near London. Not far in front of Iger, a decades-old professor is playing with an instrument.
"Just yesterday I was a good boy in the academy, but today I came here and watched you cast the Imperius Curse on a Muggle." Egg sat on the swivel chair in the laboratory and wailed.
Snape ignored him and just looked at the old man in front of him with a gloomy voice: "Can you do it?"
Looking at him like that, it seems that if he can't do it, he's going to use Avatar to eat the big melon...
The old man adjusted his glasses and nodded slowly.
"Although a lot of activity has been lost, the genetic material inside is intact. We have the most advanced research equipment in the country, and there is still hope of extracting it." The old man said slowly.
"Speak humanly!" Snape looked impatient.
Egg curled his lips, "You can clone, you should read more books to fill your..."
"How long?" Snape looked at the old man and asked, ignoring Egg.
"As expected, the extraction will only take a few days, but the cloning may take a little longer, and you also need to find someone willing to accept surrogacy." The old man said dryly.
Snape turned to look at Egg, making him feel hairy all over. "I'm telling you, men can't be surrogates!"
Snape said quietly, "I want you to find someone to help with surrogacy."
"What about Bellatrix Lestrange? Don't you like pure bloods? I can sneak into Azkaban and cast the Imperius Curse on her." Egg thought for a moment and said.
Snape looked obviously disgusted, "I don't want anyone in the wizarding world to know."
"What if she is a Muggle? You know, this kind of thing is not possible..." Egg spread his hands.
"That's my daughter too." Snape said expressionlessly.
"Fortunately, there are ladies recruiting surrogates in the laboratory, and there is no shortage of surrogates at all." The old man said as if he had thought of something.
"Why are you gasping for breath, old man!" Egg looked at Snape angrily. "Is there something wrong with the Imperius Curse?"
Snape ignored him, seemingly eager to see his daughter.
"Wait a minute, you are recruiting surrogates. Does that mean you are conducting human cloning experiments?" Egger looked at the old man suspiciously.
"No, we are just undertaking some IVF work..." The old man shook his head.
Only then did Egg suddenly realize.
"Okay, let's go back?" Egg looked at Snape.
"You go back first." Snape said expressionlessly, "I have to wait for a while."
Egg shrugged, "Dumbledore will definitely know."
"He won't say anything." Snape's eyes were still locked on Lily's hair.
Egg was a little helpless and disappeared with a 'pop'.
In Hogsmeade, a black kitten walked towards the school on cat steps.
As soon as Egg returned to the auditorium, he was hurriedly dragged back to the dormitory by Harry and Ron.
"What's wrong with you?" Egg looked at the two of them in surprise.
"That guy didn't do anything to you, right?" Ron looked at Egger up and down.
"We're going to do some things, that's about it." Egg nodded.
"Iger, I just discovered something. Your vault was robbed." Harry looked at Egger eagerly. "On my birthday, after we went to Diagon Alley."
"Yes, I understand." Egg nodded, "It's okay, there's just a bunch of gold coins in there, nothing is missing."
"Iger, did you take anything at that time?" Harry looked at Iger and asked.
Egg shook his head and spread his hands.
After asking for a long time to no avail, the two walked away helplessly.
"He will definitely not tell you Harry." Ron followed Harry. "You said that Dumbledore sent him to pick you up. In other words, there are probably Dumbledore's things inside."
"And it's easy for Egg to hide something from me. He can have a hundred ways..." Harry flattened his mouth, "Maybe we really shouldn't ask, he's not nervous himself."
"I don't know why, but I prefer to deal with Professor McGonagall than talk to Egg. I feel that Egg is just like Professor Dumbledore. We can't guess his thoughts at all," Ron said.
The two figures walked all the way into the Gryffindor common room, and the announcement on the wall caught their eyes.
"Great! Flying lessons will start next Thursday!" Ron said with some surprise.
"I don't think so. Isn't it written on it? We are going to go with Slytherin." Harry was depressed. "It's great. Malfoy can see me being so stupid again. Riding a Make a fool of yourself in front of Malfoy with a broomstick."
"That doesn't necessarily mean Harry," Ron said. "I know Malfoy always brags about how good he is at Quidditch, but he must be bragging."
"I think so. The real masters should be like Egg, who quietly owns a Nimbus 2001..." Harry sighed, then looked at Ron with his eyes lit up, and the two looked at each other.
"Yes, we can ask Egger to help us do some training in advance." Ron said excitedly with his mouth wide open.
"No!" A clear voice came from behind. Hermione was standing behind the two of them holding a thick book, looking at the two of them angrily. "Freshmen are not allowed to have brooms, and Egg is. Because I knew it would embarrass Professor McGonagall, that’s why I never rode.”
"No one will say anything. Snape won't deduct points from him, so why should we worry?" Ron seemed to disagree with Hermione's words. "What's more, I don't believe that Egg hasn't taken you on a ride..."
Hermione was immediately speechless by what Ron said. Ron was right. Egger really took her on a ride...
A few minutes later, Egg was lying on the bed teasing Kodak, looking at the two people at the door in surprise.
"Flying lessons?" Egger was stunned. "If it's training, yes, but it can't be on campus."
"But first-year students are not allowed to leave school. This is against school rules." Ron hesitated.
"It is against the school rules for a first grader to ride a broom privately. It's already violated anyway, what more is left?" Egg looked at the sky outside the window. "It's the weekend tomorrow. The time is right. You can wait for me in the lounge."
Looking at the two people leaving with suppressed excitement, Egger smiled.
