The remaining two are brothers, both surnamed Lu. They used to be officials and eunuchs. After the death of their father and uncle, their brothers were also suppressed by their political opponents. They came here to practice Taoism. Chong Jing.

"Renren Liu, Wansheng is here to apprentice!"

In the alchemy room, Master Liu sat cross-legged on the cloud bed, looked at Wang Xuebin standing there, he had already heard about this young man who studied everywhere, and said with a smile:

"Since the believers come here, it is a predestined relationship. If you want to, then stay here. Although I do not teach the method lightly, but I am not stingy. If you have a predestined relationship and learn one or two, it is your predestined method. Method!"

Wang Xuebin bowed and saluted.

"Thank you, Daoist, if there is no fate, the junior will never force it!"

Seeing his clear eyes and calm expression, the old Taoist knew that what he said was true, nodded and said:

"The method I teach is based on Sleeping Immortal Kungfu. Although it is the foundation, it is quite miraculous when practiced in the depths. Faithful believers can go to the Sutra Pavilion to copy and practice by themselves. If there is something unclear, you can come to me. ask!"

Wang Xuebin bowed again and backed out.

The Sutra Pavilion was cleaned by Daoist Chongchang. After Wang Xuebin reported it, he entered it by himself.

The Tibetan scripture pavilion is paved with bluestone, with two rows of low tables in the middle for copying scriptures, surrounded by bookshelves filled with various classics.

There is a faint smell of ink in the room, but it is also mixed with a trace of mustiness. There are quite a lot of books, and there are all Taoist classics that can be named here.

On a separate bookshelf is the work of Master Xiyi, not the original, it was kept by Master Liu, here is a handwritten copy, with beautiful fonts, it looks like it was copied by a girl.

Wang Xuebin looked at the books on the bookshelf, each one was full of profound secrets, such as Sleeping Immortal Technique, Fetal Breath Jue, Guankong Chapter, Zhixuan Chapter and so on.

They are all inner strength methods, none of them are simple, at least Wang Xuebin can't understand them.

The most straightforward one is Sleeping Immortal Art, which teaches people to sleep.

Wang Xuebin took off the Sleeping Immortal Kungfu, copied it on the table, put the original back on the shelf, and took the copied version to find Liu Zhenren.

"Really, this junior has finished transcribing Sleeping Immortal Art, how should this junior practice?"

The real person looked at Wang Xuebin and said with a smile:

"This skill is simple, just sleep!"

"Just sleep?"

Seeing Wang Xuebin's unbelievable expression, Liu Zhenren nodded and said:

"It's just sleep, and you have to visualize the Tai Chi diagram when you sleep!"

Speaking, Liu Zhenren pointed to a picture of Tai Chi hanging on the wall.

This picture is not like the yin and yang fish of the later generations, but a simple line, a circle is drawn, the end is not connected, the head is thick and the tail is thin, nothing special.

"You have to visualize this picture in your mind. When you visualize a yin and yang fish through this visualization, you will be considered a beginner!"

Wang Xuebin looked at the picture, nodded thoughtfully, and returned to his residence.

Sleeping Immortal Kungfu is a guiding technique created according to the cycle of heaven and time.

The solar terms of a year are different, the changes of the sun and the moon are different, the yin and yang are different, and the flow speed and position of qi and blood are different.

Sleeping Immortal Kungfu is the Daoyin technique created by Fuyaozi based on this. It allows people to return to their original state through breathing during sleep. It is a very interesting kung fu.

Throughout the article, he talked about how to sleep, what kind of solar terms, what kind of balance, what kind of posture and breathing rate, very straightforward, but very complicated.

The four seasons can be divided into four styles, Zhelongmian, Panlongmian, Lilongmian and Zhulongmian. Each style has six movements, corresponding to each solar term.

From the first day to the fifteenth day of the new year, you should visualize the Taiji diagram turning indefinitely, and the fresh air enters the body from the outside through your hands. From the sixteenth to the [-]th, you should visualize the Taiji diagram standing still, and the turbid air gushes out from the soles of the feet.

There can be no mistakes, but you have to relax your mind and not think about it, which is very troublesome.

When Wang Xuebin first started, he always lay down for a whole day, but luckily he didn't gain weight, otherwise he would have grown into a ball again.

Slowly, he found the feeling, the time spent lying in bed gradually decreased, and he began to have activities, collecting firewood, carrying water, and cleaning every day.

Later, Wang Xuebin learned his internal skills and had more time, so he took on the work of shopping and cooking.

Now the priests are all free and have lived a life of retirement. The priests are also people who can't be idle. Without these jobs, they found a new job to do, which is to teach Wang Xuebin.

"Guanlan! The Fuyao technique I'm teaching you is a Taoist magical skill, not a vertical lifting technique, or jumping. You need to reconcile your energy with your spirit. Visualize yourself being gently lifted by the Tai Chi diagram. You need to move your energy all over your body. Spin on your legs!"

Wang Xuebin was wearing a Taoist robe, standing aside with his eyes closed, imagining patiently that he was being supported by the Taiji diagram, and then jumped three feet away with a light jump.

Wang Xuebin was overjoyed to see his results, but he didn't see that Zhao Zhonghe's face turned dark behind him.

"You use to dance again, and you say you don't have a long memory! You have to be loose and soft, and you don't need to use force. You really can't carve a piece of wood. You have the same virtue as the third and fourth!"

Chong Chang and Chong Jing, who were watching the excitement, were also shot while lying down.

Wang Xuebin didn't care about the second master's teachings. He knew that his second master was a genius, and he knew any kung fu at a glance, so he didn't need to learn it at all.

The key is that he himself is just a genius, and he still thinks that everyone is the same, and what he thinks is extremely simple should not be difficult for others to learn, so this situation arises.

The third master and the fourth master were also taught by him, and they are both in the same situation. When they are not teaching, they are calm, but once they teach their apprentices, they will be furious and angry!

"Okay, Guanlan has only practiced kung fu for a year, and it's already great to have such an achievement. Don't be impatient, beware of being possessed by foreign demons!"

Master Liu couldn't stand it anymore, and stepped forward to persuade him.

Wang Xuebin did not really ask for a teacher, although he mentioned it, but Master Liu did not agree, because Liu Zhenren saw that Wang Xuebin did not believe in Taoism, so he accepted him as a student, named Guanlan, but did not let him convert.

Wang Xuebin also understands his own situation. He is a general believer in belief, that is, the kind who goes to Taoist temples to worship Sanqing, goes to temples to worship Buddha, goes to Confucian temples to worship Confucius, and he can shout Hallelujah when he enters churches.

He respects everything, but he doesn't believe in anything. He only believes in himself. He doesn't regret even if he doesn't have the opportunity to learn the truth. He won't deceive others for these things.

If you don't believe it, you don't believe it, and he won't pretend.

Faith here is not believing, but believing.

Wang Xuebin believes that there are Taoist ancestors, Buddhas, Gods or other gods in the world, and if they can pass through, there is nothing to believe in!

But belief and belief are two different things. To believe in is to practice according to the teachings, and to understand and practice according to the words of those Taoist and Buddha ancestors.

He will learn, refer to, and learn from, but he will not accept it all. Everything must be based on his own will. It is what I think, not what the gods and Buddhas think!

If you lose your will and go to the end, it will not be 'I' who become the immortal Buddha, but the immortal Buddha who becomes 'me'!

Chapter 97

Neigong, also known as Daoyin, Tuna, Xuangong, Neidangong, etc., originated from the Yellow Emperor.

In this world, it is just a way of exercising the internal organs. Here, it has evolved different wisdom and born a unique civilization.

Inner qi is the energy generated when qi and blood circulate in the meridians. Everyone has it, but most people don't have the means to guide qi back to its original source, so they can only let it wander around the meridians.

People with strong qi and blood are strong, and people with weak qi and blood are weak.

The function of internal strength is to guide Qi back to its origin, leading the internal Qi from all parts of the body to the dantian.

In martial arts, the strength of cheats lies in the efficiency of guiding qi to return to the original.

Good exercises will travel through the whole body, guide the qi in the meridians to the maximum extent, and guide it to the dantian in the shortest time and with the least loss.

Poor exercises can only guide the qi of certain parts, such as the legs, hands, or other places, but cannot be used for the whole body, and the utilization rate is low.

The result of this is that these people are particularly good at certain things, such as flying on grass, unicorn arms, Kato hands, etc., but they can't take care of both.

Collection efficiency can determine the quality of exercises, but it is not suitable for evaluating top exercises.

The only evaluation criterion for the top-level kung fu is the meditation method. With a suitable meditation method, Xiao Feng has also practiced the breathing exercise into a peerless inner skill.

Without contemplation, the Nine Yin Manual was practiced by Zhou Zhiruo into a quick evil skill.

Without the internal strength of meditation, one can only develop internal energy, which can be used as energy to increase physical fitness.

Only through the infusion of meditation thoughts can the inner qi be transformed into real qi, which possesses all kinds of incredible power.

For example, the Nine Suns Divine Kungfu, when practicing this technique, you must imagine that the Nine Suns are in the sky, illuminating all things.

Under the infusion of meditation thoughts, the inner qi gradually turned into dense purple qi, possessing the inexhaustible, stronger and stronger power, invulnerable to all poisons, and indestructible as a diamond.

The difference between qi and qi is the attraction of top-level kungfu. The kung fu that can condense true qi is the top-level kungfu. This is the case for nine yin and nine yang, and Beiming Wuxiang!

Wang Xuebin practiced the Sleeping Immortal Kung Fu, and later practiced the Contemplation of Space. The visualization ideas of these two kung fu methods are both Tai Chi diagrams. The Sleeping Immortal Kung Fu visualizes a line as a yin and yang fish.

In the chapter of Guankong, the Yin-Yang fish is visualized as a Tai Chi ball, and the difficulty increases exponentially.

It took Wang Xuebin three years of practice to achieve some success, and this is because he used a special method.

Practice also requires qualifications.

Qualifications are not nonsense about meridians being wide and blocked.

The meridians are all connected, and those who are not connected are either paralyzed or dead.

Qi and blood in the human body are circulating all the time, and Qi is also being produced all the time. Some of it is used to maintain life, and the excess is naturally spilled away.

Internal strength is to use these overflowing qi to practice qigong. People with strong qi and blood will have more qi, and those with qi and blood deficiency will have less qi.

Those who have less qi will be able to maintain life movement, and naturally they will not be able to get up and guide qi back to the original, and this is what aptitude means.

The source of qi and blood is whether the body is strong or not, and the other is the yingwei qi that is digested and absorbed. Its source is eating!

And Wang Xuebin happens to be the kind of person who can automatically adjust the absorption efficiency, so he eats a lot of every meal, and the internal energy he has accumulated in practice is more than five times that of others.

Fortunately, he is responsible for the purchase, and there is no need to spend money from the Taoist temple, otherwise this small Taoist temple may really be poored by him.

Due to the frequent purchases and mountain running, his lightness kung fu soaring technique has also reached a great level. Once he is lucky, the whole person rises from the ground, soars straight up, and flies forward like Feng Xu riding the wind. He can span nearly five feet in one step.

The mountain road, which could take nearly two hours to complete, can now be completed in a stick of incense. Of course, his inner strength is not as deep as that of Master Zhao, and he cannot be as sweat-free as he is.

Wang Xuebin sweats profusely after every run, but he still enjoys it, because this feeling is so wonderful!

"Well~Guanlan, you have been here for more than three years, and you already know the martial arts of this sect. You only need to study hard in the future, and you can go down the mountain!"

Guanlan is Wang Xuebin's character, and Liu Zhenren got it. When Wang Xuebin came, he was already 21 now.

In ancient times, people could not be called by their first names casually. Calling them directly by their first names would be called insulting. Anyone who had reached the age of [-] would be given a crown and a character.

Wang Xuebin had just put the purchased things back into the warehouse, before he could wash up, he heard Liu Zhenren say this.

Wang Xuebin's expression froze, he turned and knelt on the ground, clasped his fists and said:

"Master, I don't know where the disciple offended. If there is any inappropriate behavior, the master's words will not hinder you. The disciple must correct his mistakes and never do it again!"

Master Liu stroked his beard with a smile.

"You have been here for more than three years, and you are already proficient in the secret method that can be passed on in the door. There is no need to delay any longer. Let's go down the mountain!"

"Master, I..."

Master Liu stopped his words with a wave of his hand:

"Don't want to be a child. What is the reason for a man to aim everywhere and be embarrassed? Let's go down the mountain!"

Does Wang Xuebin want to go down the mountain?

miss you!

But let him just drop the four old men and go down the mountain to wander, he can't do it.

"Master, disciple, please wait a little longer. This disciple has never learned the art of protecting the Dao. If you lose your life when you go down the mountain, it would be a waste of the painstaking teachings of the masters and damage the reputation of the masters!"

Wang Xuebin found an excuse to decline.

At this time, Zhenren Zhao came over with a package.

"The art of protecting the Tao? We, a group of scribes, how do we know the art of protecting the Tao? Besides, didn't you teach you the Fuyao technique? This is a first-class lightness skill. Can't you beat it or run away?"

The corners of Wang Xuebin's mouth twitched. The four scribes were fiercer than the other. How dare they call themselves scribes?

"All right!"

Liu Zhenren took the package and handed it to Wang Xuebin, saying:

"Go down the mountain, don't waste your time on us old men!"

Wang Xuebin looked at the package that had been packed, nodded silently, did not say anything, and bowed three times and kowtowed nine times.

Although Master Liu didn't take Wang Xuebin into his door, he allowed him to read all the classics, no matter whether he believed in Taoism or not.

Whenever Wang Xuebin was puzzled, the real person answered them carefully, without hiding anything.

They are usually called master and apprentice, now they have both the name and the reality of master and apprentice!

"Master, the disciples have gone down the mountain, please take care of your health, the disciples will come back to visit from time to time!"

At this time, Lu Zhenren also came over, holding a book in his hand, the title of the book was "Fu Zhai Anthology", and handed it to Wang Xuebin.

"The family member was an official in the Song Dynasty, and there are still some old stories. If you want to give it to the emperor's family, you can pass this book to Xin Weng, a certain level of advancement!"

Wang Xuebin solemnly accepted the book. Since ancient times, China has been an official-based ideology, and being an official is everyone's pursuit. Lu Zhenren is also thinking about Wang Xuebin, hoping that he will have a good future and not be fooled by the world.
