Sun Lutang waved his hands and explained: "Hey~ It's okay, martial arts training is not as young as possible. When you are young, you don't understand the true meaning, but martial arts training is prone to mistakes. Generally, you will wait until you are eighteen or nineteen years old, with mature bones and mature thoughts. It is the best grade for practicing martial arts."

After finishing speaking, he looked at Wang Xuebin and said: "You don't have to worry, 24 years old is not too late, just practice hard."

After speaking, he stood up again, called Wang Xuebin to him, and said, "Come on, today I will punch you!"

Chapter 9

Open boxing is an old tradition of traditional martial arts. The master explains the ins and outs of boxing to the apprentices, and gives the apprentices the basics of practice. From then on, there will be another apprentice in the school to inherit the martial arts.

From then on, the apprentice must work hard and not fall into the prestige of the master's sect. From then on, he has entered the sect and can call himself a master's disciple.

As for the apprenticeship ceremony, it is only done by true disciples, and it needs to be advertised widely, which means that from now on, I will fill in another apprentice, and I hope that all colleagues will take care of it.

Therefore, one is internal and the other is external, and it is still the meaning of accepting disciples.

Standing in front of Wang Xuebin, Sun Lutang stared at him like lightning, and said: "If you miss school for the sake of being a teacher, you like to practice martial arts. You don't want to be brave enough to surpass others, but you only want to be beneficial to health. Martial arts practice That is to say, for more than fifty years now, I have combined the essentials of Xingyi, Taiji, and Bagua, and now I have inherited the virtues of my ancestors, and I will briefly describe them."

"Wang Xuebin"

Wang Xuebin looked solemn when he heard the words, he stepped forward and clasped his fists together and shouted: "The disciple is here!"

Sun Lutang nodded in satisfaction and continued.

"Xingyi contains Wuji, Taiji, Wuxing, Bagua starting point and other dharmas.

In terms of exploring the source, it is possible that Taiji, Bagua, the two sects of outer school and inner school come from the same source.

Later generations gradually divided into categories and evolved into various schools, which is also true.

Xingyiquan was created by Bodhidharma's ancestor, and it was called Neijing. After it was invented by King Yuewu Mu of Song Dynasty, it was almost lost in the second generation of Yuan and Ming Dynasties because there were no books.

At the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, there was Mr. Ji Gong, a native of Pudong Zhufeng, who was known as "Longfeng". Mr. Cao Jiwu.Mr. Cao, that is, Kangxi wants Xike military test Lianjie Sanyuan, who works in the general town of Jingyuan, Shaanxi.

After he became an official, he had nothing else to do but entertain others with his life's kung fu, and pass on his skills to Mr. Dai Longbang (from Shanxi).

Mr. Dai Longbang passed on to Mr. Li Luoneng (from Zhili).Mr. Li Luoneng passed down Mr. Guo Yunshen (from Zhili), Liu Qilan (from Zhili), Song Shirong (from Zhili), Che Yizhai (from Shanxi), and Bai Xiyuan (from Jiangsu).Mr. Guo Yunshen passed on to Li Kuiyuan and Xu Zhanzheng; Mr. Liu Qilan passed on to Li Cunyi, Geng Jishan and Zhou Mingtai.

As a teacher, Mr. Li Kuiyuan has been a teacher for several years.What you learn is what you learn. "

As Sun Lutang said, he raised his posture and placed a three-body pose, with one hand hanging in front of his eyes and the other sinking in the pubic region, his feet opened and closed, his left foot protruding forward, his right foot on the ground, his shoulders dropped to his elbows, his chest folded and his back pulled out , a style of a master.

"Wuji gives birth to Taiji, Taiji gives birth to Liangyi, Liangyi gives birth to three bodies, and in this Xingyi boxing, ten thousand dharmas come from three bodies."

As he spoke, he took a step forward, struck out with his right hand, then turned around and took half a step, then switched hands and punched out.

He also introduced: "Xingyiquan breaks away from the gun and becomes a boxing. It is further divided into internal five-element boxing and external twelve-shaped boxing. Five-element boxing pays attention to internal strength, and there are five kinds of strength."

After speaking, he threw out three more punches, one drill, one gun and one horizontal. After practicing, he stood up and continued: "The twelve-shaped boxing has the shape of a dragon, a tiger, a monkey, a horse, a tuo, and a chicken. , Harrier-shaped, swallow-shaped, snake-shaped, hawk-shaped, eagle-shaped, and bear-shaped, the twelve-shaped boxing is based on the five-element boxing, and it is actually a method of martial arts for the purpose of protecting the body, so I will not describe it for the time being."

Then Sun Lutang regained his posture, stretched out one hand, palm facing forward, and the other palm facing down, stepping on the mud step, demonstrating Baguazhang step by step.

"Baguazhang contains the principles of Yi. I don't know who created it. It was first heard that Mr. Dong Haichuan taught it to a different person. Later, Mr. Dong passed it on to Mr. Cheng Yanhua. He studied the principles of Yi in boxing as a teacher. I learned Baguazhang with Master Cheng, and learned skills such as dead step, moving step, changing palm, piercing palm, etc., and was taught by Mr. Bagua boxing principles and special skills such as acupuncture, light work, Bagua sword, and seven-star pole. Xingyiquan is the base, which complements this boxing method, and because it is different from the Bagua school's true boxing method, it is called Sun's Baguazhang."

While talking, he stepped on the mud step, pulled back the chain, and at the same time, his palms were smooth and smooth, which made people dizzy.

Sun Lutang got up and turned around and asked, "Did you hear what I just said?"

Wang Xuebin was shocked when he heard the words, and quickly returned to "I can almost hear it clearly, but I haven't remembered the boxing yet."

Sun Lutang waved his hand and said, "Know the ins and outs first, and then learn slowly."

"Next is Tai Chi, look forward to it!"

As he spoke, he put out a Promise Pile, and raised his hands lightly to make a lazy tie.

He introduced while typing.

"The universe is created, vitality prevails, movement and stillness separate and combine, and all things are born. It is for the acquired image.

The innate vitality is endowed in the acquired form and quality, and the acquired form and quality contain the innate vitality, so man is a body in which the former and the later are united.

People have their own lust for knowledge, yin and yang are uneven, the innate vitality gradually fades, the acquired energy gradually grows, and the yang declines and the yin prospers.

It is also invaded by the six qi (the six qi are wind, cold, heat, dampness, dryness, and fire) and affected by the seven emotions, so the body becomes weaker and sicker.The ancients were worried about it, so they tasted medicine to cure their diseases, and sat quietly to nourish their hearts.

But he was afraid that movement and stillness could not be used for each other, so he even invented boxing techniques in order to restore his imaginary spirit.

During the time of Emperor Shun of the Yuan Dynasty, Mr. Zhang Sanfeng practiced Taoism in Wudang. He saw that those who cultivated alchemy and also practiced boxing used the acquired power too much, and could not get the neutralizing qi, which caused damage to the alchemy and loss of vitality.

Therefore, in accordance with the meaning of the previous two classics, using the shape of Zhou Zi's Taiji diagram, taking the principles of Heluo, changing the number successively, and following the principles of nature, it is used as Taijiquan to clarify the beauty of self-cultivation.

This boxing is based on the postnatal form, without the postnatal power, every movement and stillness, purely let nature, not caring about blood, the intention is to train qi to transform the ear.

Among them, there are fundamental principles, two qi, three talents, four images, five elements, Liuhe, seven stars, eight trigrams, nine palaces and other profound meanings.

It begins with one and ends at nine, and nine returns to one.

One reason is the starting point of Taijiquan, the neutral Qi in the abdomen, Taiji is also;

Two qi, the movement of the body and the stillness of the body, are also two forms;

The three talents are head, hands, and feet, that is, upper, middle, and lower;

The four images are forward, backward, left and right;

The five elements, that is, advance, retreat, look, hope, and fix;

Those of Liuhe, that is, the essence is combined with its spirit, the spirit is combined with its qi, and the qi is combined with its essence, which are the internal three-in-one; shoulders and hips, elbows and knees, and hands and feet are in harmony. This is the outer three-in-one.The inner and outer as one, is to become Liuhe;

Seven stars, head, hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, feet, a total of seven punches, are also seven stars;

Those who gossip, push, stroke, squeeze, press, pick, push, elbow, lean, that is, gossip;

For those in the nine palaces, the eight hands are added to the center, which is also the nine palaces.

Mr. He used Hetu and Luoshu as the scriptures, the eight trigrams and nine palaces as the latitude, and the body of the five behaviors, and the seven stars and eight trigrams for the purpose, creating this Taijiquan technique.

Its subtlety and mystery are discussed in detail by Mr. Wang Zongyue of Shanyou.

Since then, the Yuanyuan faction has changed its form according to its own will.

In the Daoxian period of the former Qing Dynasty, there was Mr. Wu Yuxiang of Guangping, and it was heard that Mr. Chen Qingping lived in Zhaobao Town, Huaiqing Prefecture, Henan Province.

After studying for several months, I got organized.

Later, it was passed on to Mr. Yi She, who made a five-character formula and passed it on to Mr. Hao Weizhen.

With decades of research, the master has learned the mysteries of his boxing. As a teacher, he was taught by Mr. Weizhen, and practiced day and night for several years.

Luminously understand the general principles of boxing, and think deeply about the experience. The three schools of Xingyi boxing, Bagua boxing and Taijiquan that have been practiced in the past are combined into one, and the one body is divided into three schools. Although the postures of the three schools are different , the principle is the same. "

After finishing speaking, he slowly closed his posture, a thin layer of sweat broke out from his head, he turned his head to look at Wang Xuebin, and asked, "Do you understand these three boxing techniques?"

Wang Xuebin nodded excitedly and asked: "Master, I understand everything, which one do you think I will connect first?"

Sun Lutang took the towel from Uncle Zhao, looked at excited Wang Xuebin while wiping his sweat, and said.

"Stand up first, then step forward!"

Chapter 10

Horse stance is the basis of all traditional learning. Horse stance is not only for exercising leg strength, but more importantly, it is for people to develop muscle memory with roots under their feet.

Don't underestimate the short words "There are roots under your feet", it is the foundation of all traditional martial arts.

The imaginary object of fighting in all traditional martial arts is not a single person.

That's right, the presupposition of all traditional martial arts for the fighting environment is that one person is against multiple people.

Here he is different from modern fighting ideas. Traditional martial arts do not consider fairness, because it does not expect the enemy to be fair to itself, so they will not be fair to the enemy.

This has created the concept of traditional martial arts - falling to the ground means death.

Except for a few boxing methods such as lying on the ground, the first choice of all boxing types when falling to the ground is to stand up with the fastest speed, regardless of the use of ground skills.

Therefore, the horse stance has become the basis of all traditional martial arts.

The horse stance is divided into high horse, middle horse and low horse.

The purpose of a high-ranking horse is to experience the feeling of looseness and softness. All the moves learned in the battle against the enemy are done at will, without time to think, and only rely on conditioned reflex, but when the muscles are tense, the speed of conditioned reflex will slow down. That's why there is a high-ranking horse training method.

The middle horse is usually the easiest position to exert power in fighting. The high horse can't borrow much power from the feet, while the low horse exerts force too slowly. Therefore, the middle horse is not the best choice for people to practice horse stance, but it is the most commonly used horse. step.

Low horses are also called Siping horses. They are mostly used for practicing exercises. The toes are pointed forward, the knees are parted outwards, the thighs are parallel to the ground, the waist is loose and the hips are relaxed, the chest is straight and the back is straight. , the air sinks to the dantian, the hands are stretched out, and the breathing is slow and heavy.

Sun Lutang sat under the shade of the tree, watching Wang Xuebin tie a Siping horse, holding a bamboo stick soaked in oil in his hand, and went up to give pointers from time to time,

"Don't pout your butt, keep your upper body upright, slow down your breathing, sink your breath into your dantian, don't move your hands, let him sweat if you sweat, before this incense burns out, add another stick of incense as soon as you move."

Listening to the roar in his ears, Wang Xuebin endured the pointing bamboo stick on his body, and dared not move.

He has been exercising for three years. Although he didn't take a horse stance, he can still bear it. It's just because his physique is quite attractive to mosquitoes. In just half a stick of incense, he was eaten by mosquitoes.

Sun Lutang was very satisfied when he saw his apprentice standing on the pile enduring the pain, because practicing martial arts is not afraid of being stupid, not lazy, but slippery.

Stupid people can teach it a few more times, and lazy people just need more supervision. At most, they can't become talented.

But slippery people have one thing on the surface and another on the other side. They are diligent on the surface and look for shortcuts behind their backs. Martial arts training is not like others. People who look for shortcuts are the most likely to have problems. Not curable.

Fortunately, Wang Xuebin himself is only greedy, and he is relatively down-to-earth. Coupled with the persistent exercise over the years, he has developed a habit of exercising, which is why he caught Sun Lutang's eyes.

"Okay, get up, move your legs and feet, take a walk, and activate your blood."

Sun Lutang saw that a stick of incense had been burned, so he called Wang Xuebin to give advice.

"From now on, I will get up at 04:30 every morning and run around the martial arts gym twice, and then tie a stick of incense on the horse. This is a daily homework, and I will stop here today!"

Wang Xuebin nodded and said yes, took the towel handed over by Uncle Zhao and thanked him.

Uncle Zhao has been in the shade of the tree, while peeling peanuts, while watching Wang Xuebin straddle the horse cheerfully. Seeing that Wang Xuebin finished training, he clapped his hands, passed the towel on his shoulders, and persuaded:

"Don't worry, you have practiced martial arts for three years, and you all came from this time. You have a solid foundation and practice quickly, just get used to it slowly."

When Wang Xuebin heard what Uncle Zhao said, he tickled and replied:

"It's okay, I'm not in a hurry, take your time!"

Wang Xuebin is really not in a hurry, anyway, he has only returned to the real world for a few days, and his age has not changed, so he has the right to be the sword god of Shilipo, so let's practice.

If it really doesn’t work, when will you get bored and crooked, turn around and submit the task, at worst, you won’t come back in the future, and go to another world to learn, who can get in the way?

But Sun Lutang didn't know the truth of it, and he was very happy to see the apprentice's attitude was right, so he said:

"It's okay, tomorrow I will teach you the three-body posture and the big gun. If you get tired of horse stance, practice the three-body posture. If you get tired of it, you can shake the big gun. I won't let you sit idle."

After speaking, he walked to the back room with his hands behind his back. After all, Sun Lutang was 70 years old. Even if he was a martial arts practitioner, he still couldn't escape life, old age, sickness and death.

Uncle Zhao saw that Sun Lutang had returned to the house, so he said to Wang Xuebin: "You also go back to the house to rest, and we will cook later."

Wang Xuebin agreed, went back to the room to wash up, changed his clothes, and went to the kitchen.

After searching around in the kitchen, he said to Uncle Zhao, "I'll be here for a while, so you should take a rest first, and I'll go buy some food and come back."

Uncle Zhao said yes, and raised his hand to touch the money from his pocket.

Seeing this, Wang Xuebin quickly stopped and said, "Don't, this is what I intend to do to my master, it's not suitable for you, and besides, I'm rich, and I'm not a big deal."

When Uncle Zhao heard this, he didn't insist anymore, instead he laughed and joked, "Hey, you really are a young master."

The word "Young Master" is just a name that Uncle Zhao used to jokingly refer to the young guy, and it doesn't have any meaning of respect or inferiority. He always called Sun Lutang Master, so it's not clear whether there is any origin in it.

When Wang Xuebin heard the ridicule, he also laughed and responded with a sentence

"It's not bad, it's serious!"

After speaking, he went out with a smile.

I went out to the previous vegetable market, bought vegetables and seasonings, and then bought some lo-mei. When I got home, I put the vegetables in the kitchen and saw Uncle Zhao soaking peanuts.

Wang Xuebin put the vegetables on the chopping board, put the seasonings away, washed his hands and began to cut the beef. Seeing this, Uncle Zhao stepped forward to help and asked, "How to cut it, let's do it together!"

Wang Xuebin did not refuse, and said: "Celery is cut into cubes, jellyfish is shredded, potatoes and eggplants are cut into pieces, tofu is cut into square pieces, carp is changed into flower knife, green peppers and tomatoes are cut into pieces."

When Uncle Zhao heard this, he knew that he really knew how to cook, so he stopped talking and started chopping vegetables with all his heart.

Seeing that Uncle Zhao came to help, Wang Xuebin lit the fire, added water, onion and ginger slices cooking wine, and then put the washed beef cubes into the water to blanch.

Open the pot to skim off the froth, roll it for a while, remove the beef from the pot, then add oil to the dry pot, add rock sugar to fry the sugar color, add beef, add light soy sauce and rice wine dark soy sauce, stir-fry to hang the color, heat the water to cover the beef and then adjust Pour the pot into a casserole, add green onion, ginger and spices, and simmer slowly over low heat.

Uncle Zhao looked at his skillful movements, nodded and said, "He's a good guy!"

Wang Xuebin was proficient in frying, frying and cooking. After a while, he prepared a table of dishes, four cold and four hot. He also made a pot of pimple soup and put them on the table together.

Turning around to ask the master to eat, Sun Lutang heard the greeting from the apprentice, and followed him to the dining table. Looking at the dishes on the table, he was also surprised and said:

"Hey guys, this table of dishes, Lao Zhao?"

Sun Lutang looked up at Uncle Zhao. Uncle Zhao nodded and said, "That's right, what Xiao Wang did is a good job."
