After Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva pulled up the thread, she still felt short of breath. She meditated and chanted scriptures in the lotus pond in the South China Sea, hoping to calm down.

Venerable Kasyapa's live broadcast room has not been this lively for a long time. Ever since The Voice of the Three Realms started broadcasting, fans' attention has been attracted.

Even if they open a live broadcast room, except that they have no special characteristics, like Chunlan and Li Bai, they all have their own uniqueness, which can attract fans.

It just so happens that telling some stories about Bodhisattvas is a good opportunity to attract fans.

"One of those stories that had to be told:"

Once this post was posted on the forum, it attracted countless followers.

"Since the birth of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, he has vowed to relieve the suffering of all living beings and rescue the lonely and lonely.

Therefore, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva can appear in various incarnations to teach and save sentient beings.

If there are sentient beings who should be saved in the body of a Buddha, Guanshiyin Bodhisattva will appear in the body of a Buddha to save them; if there are sentient beings who should be saved in the body of an arhat, she will appear in the body of an arhat to preach.

Do you know Avalokitesvara of sending children?

Once upon a time, there was a small Taoist temple on Jieshan Mountain, and a Taoist priest lived in the Taoist temple.

This Taoist made a pill of immortality, after eating, people can live forever.

But there is still a lack of a hundred children's hearts as medicine. So he stole a hundred boys and locked them all in the darkroom, preparing to cut their hearts out for medicine.

At that time and night, Guanyin Bodhisattva built the Luoyang Bridge in Quanzhou to return to Mount Putuo.

Passing by that Taoist temple, I suddenly heard the cries of many children, and my heart sank. Zhan Huiyan saw that the candlelight in the Taoist temple was dim, and there was a pill on the table, and a Taoist priest was sharpening his knife. A child cried into a ball.

Avalokitesvara had an epiphany in her heart, so she popped the pill out of the house, and the Taoist rushed to pick it up. Unexpectedly, the immortal pill rolled away when touched, and a sudden gust of wind blew the immortal pill into nothingness.

The Taoist felt remorseful and annoyed, and went back to the dark room to see that the hundred children had disappeared.

At that time, the state official here was over [-] years old and had no children under his knees. The common people all accused him of being corrupt and breaking the law, cutting off his children and grandchildren. He was undoubtedly a corrupt official.

Guanyin wanted to cure him, so he quietly placed a hundred children in the government office.

One day, I suddenly saw the yamen servant come to report in a hurry, saying that there were a hundred children in the lobby, who didn't know where they came from.

The husband and wife saw it, and sure enough, a hundred children fell asleep peacefully one by one.

So the two came up with a trick: post a bulletin and announce that anyone who has lost a child can come to the Yamen to claim it, and each child will pay ten taels of snowflake silver.

In the early morning of the next day, the yamen servant came to report in a hurry: "My lord, the notice has been changed!"

The state official asked: "Who changed it? How did it change it?"

The yamen servant replied: "Change it to these four sentences: 'A hundred children have been rescued and raised in the government office of the state government. It is rumored that the parents of the children are lost, so hurry up and claim them.' But I don't know who changed it."

The state official said angrily: "Idiot, you won't reveal the notice!"

The yamen servant murmured, "It's uncovered, but it can't be uncovered!"

At this time, another yamen servant came to report: "The master is not good. There is a young woman who led many men and women and claimed all one hundred children!"

The state official jumped out of bed suddenly, stomped his feet and shouted: "Catch her up!"

The yamen servant said with a mournful face: "The woman said that if the master wants to arrest her, he can go to Putuo, South China Sea!"

When the state official and his wife heard this, they were shocked and thought to themselves: Could it be that this young woman was transformed by Guanyin Bodhisattva?

The more the couple thought about it, the more frightened they became. One was lying down and the other was standing upright. Their bodies began to shake like chaff, and they kept shaking until they died.

The news of Avalokitesvara giving birth to a child spread like wildfire, so not only those who had lost their children regained their children, but even couples who could not have children paid homage to and kowtowed to Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva for a child.

"The second of those stories that had to be told:"

Do you know Guanyin in the Fish Basket?Another version that is different from folk tales, if you don't listen to it, you will regret it!

One day, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva got up in the morning and was cutting bamboo in the forest with thin clothes and bare feet. Suddenly, the great sage came and saw the Bodhisattva in such a state. He was very puzzled and wanted to ask why.

Without turning his head, the Bodhisattva said, "Wukong, you are here."

Just as the great sage was about to do something, the Bodhisattva said, "Wait a minute, and wait outside."

Wukong walked out of the forest, and his attendants Shancai, Longnv, and all the mountain gods came to inquire why Wukong entered the mountain.

It turns out that Sun Wukong, Bajie and Sand Monk protect Tang Seng to go to the west to learn Buddhist scriptures. When they pass the Tongtian River, Tang Seng is captured by monsters there and locked in a stone box. His life is in danger.

Wukong didn't know the details of the monster, and it was difficult to subdue it, so he came here to ask the Bodhisattva for advice.

Just as he was talking, Guanyin walked out of the forest with something in his hand.Everyone take a closer look, ah, it turns out that the Bodhisattva has been busy for a long time because of this bamboo basket in his hand!

"What else did Wukong say, it's important to follow me to save Tang Seng!"

Wukong hurriedly bid farewell to the gods, and followed the bare-armed and bare-footed Avalokitesvara in the sky.

Not a moment later, when they came to the Tongtian River, Bajie and Drifting came to kowtow to the Bodhisattva.

But seeing Avalokitesvara standing on a high place, she untied a silk sash around her waist, held one end of the sash in her hand, and tied the basket at the other end, and threw the basket into the river with a bang.

Then, stepping on the head and pulling the silk sash, he slowly pulled the basket that sank into the river upstream, while chanting: "Go to the dead, live to the dead! Go to the dead, live to live!"

After saying this seven times, he suddenly lifted the basket, only to see a big golden fish struggling in the bamboo basket with its tail wagging and its gills bulging.

Bajie asked, "Bodhisattva, where are the monsters?"

Guanyin pointed to the goldfish in the basket and said, "Isn't this what it is?"

Chapter 1144 Buddha refuses to go

After listening to everyone's inquiries, Guanyin Bodhisattva pointed to the goldfish in the basket and said, "Isn't this the same? It is a goldfish I keep in the lotus pond. Because it floats its head to listen to the scriptures every day, it has attained the Tao and deeds. The lotus flower that I used was trained into a nine-petal copper hammer, which became its weapon. Taking advantage of the high tide of the sea, I escaped from the lotus pond and came to Tongtian River to play monsters. I didn’t know about it. Hua, I didn’t see the goldfish coming to pay respects, and I only knew that I had caused trouble after I counted my fingers, so I didn’t have time to wash up, so I went to cut bamboo strips and make baskets, and waited for you to come together to subdue the demon.”

The Bodhisattva continued: "The monster has been eliminated, hurry up and rescue the master in the stone box.

After all, a ray of light left.

At this time, the people around Tongtian River came to pay their respects to the beauty of Avalokitesvara.

Some of them knew how to draw and drew the image of Guanyin at that time. This portrait has been handed down to later generations, and it is called Avalokitesvara in Fish Basket.

It is different from the stories I heard in the previous episode, which were folk stories, but this one is from the Journey to the West.

It was written in Qin Hao's Wukong biography.

In this story of Avalokitesvara in a Fish Basket, there is no Ma Lang, and there is no Avalokitesvara tricking others into reciting Buddhist scriptures, which really cleaned her up a lot.

"Have you ever heard of Barefoot Avalokitesvara?"

Mount Putuo was originally a snake island. After defeating the snake king and driving away the sons and grandsons of snakes, Guanyin found a cave and wanted to live here.

The Land Bodhisattva heard the news and came to help, digging rocks and carrying soil; all the birds came to help, and took away the centipede and all the feet.

The cave has been refurbished, and it is really a quiet place. Later generations call it Guanyin Cave.

In order to renovate the cave, Guanyin was so busy that she was covered in plaster. She took advantage of the night to take a bath in the sea water a hundred steps away. After washing and washing, I became very excited and swam on my back.

This trip was no small matter, and the Four King Kongs were shocked to close the Nantianmen, the Dragon King of the East China Sea sealed the Crystal Palace, the stars closed their eyes, and the moon girl hid in the thick clouds.

Guanyin also suddenly felt that something was wrong. If the Jade Emperor knew about this matter, he would go to the Buddha of the Western Heaven to complain.

So he hurriedly jumped up the Baibu sand, grabbed a handful of sand and sprinkled it towards Luojia Mountain, and the shape of the mountain changed suddenly.

Later, the Jade Emperor sent Taibai Jinxing to inquire about the matter. Guanyin pointed to Mount Luojia and smiled, "Is it a mistake?"

Taibai Jinxing looked up and saw that Mount Luojia was like a statue: "Water-Water Guanyin", said "ashamed", and hurriedly returned to his life.

Let's say that Guanyin returned to the cave and felt unwell, so he wanted to find a secluded place and wash it with fresh water.

She walked out of the cave and came to the Pan Tuo Stone, where she saw a large stone basin nearby, filled with clear water emitting bursts of fragrance.

This stone basin was originally a white jade basin in Yaochi, but because it was used by Vega to give birth, the queen mother thought it was unclean, so she threw it out of the heaven and fell here.

The clear water in the basin was secretly prepared by the green snake spirit lurking on the back of the mountain.

It turns out that this green snake has cultivated for thousands of years and has already taken human form. In order to please Guanyin and save himself to become a dragon, he spit out the essence and turned it into a basin of clear water.

Avalokitesvara was eager to rinse, so she didn't care to take a closer look, so she undressed, took off her shoes and socks, and sat in the stone basin to wash.

After a while, the water of the Yellow Ocean turned yellow, and thousands of waves rushed towards Mount Putuo.

Avalokitesvara saw it, and knew that it was the carp in the East China Sea, so he waved his jade arm lightly, hanging up the sky full of smoke and water, and stopped the carp outside the lotus ocean.

The Aoyu who was moved by evil thoughts refused to give up, opened his mouth wide, and spewed out water arrows, and shot at Zhilian.

Guanyin was furious, she stretched out her foot and kicked the mouth of the stone basin, a piece of stone flew out, and hit the turtle's lips impartially.

Aoyu screamed and fled in pain.

The green snake lying on the side couldn't help laughing out loud.

Guanyin was startled and followed the sound, only to realize that there was still a green snake spirit lurking nearby.

Avalokitesvara was furious, picked up a shoe and threw it over, blinding the green snake's left eye.

The green snake hid its face and endured the pain, and did not run away, but sobbed sadly.

Avalokitesvara asked: "Nie Zhan, why don't you leave?" The green snake choked up and told the whole story.

Only then did Avalokitesvara realize that he had been wronged, moved her heart of compassion, picked up the other shoe, and threw it to Lianhuayang.

Avalokitesvara washed and put on her clothes, only to find that the two shoes were gone, so she sat on the Pan Tuo stone and worried.

Then I thought: "Since Mount Putuo is a pure land of Buddhism, there is nothing wrong with walking barefoot!"

After thinking about it, he jumped off the Pan Tuo Stone with a "shua", and walked back to the Guanyin Cave barefoot.

Since then, "Barefoot Avalokitesvara" has become popular, and the statues of Avalokitesvara are always barefoot.

"Have you ever heard of refusing to go to Guanyin?"

According to legend, a few years ago, also in the era of King Tang, a Dongying monk named Hui E came to China, traveled to many famous mountains and rivers, worshiped many ancient temples, and became close friends with the abbot of Mount Wutai.

One day, Hui E saw a statue of Avalokitesvara carved from sandalwood in the backyard of the main hall.

The Buddha statue has a serene expression, and its hair and eyebrows are extremely delicate and lifelike.

Hui E stood in front of the Avalokitesvara statue, looked at it again and again, praised it again and again, and didn't even hear the abbot come to ask him to eat.

When the abbot saw this, he asked, "How does the master think this statue of Guanyin Buddha is carved?"

Hui E praised again and again: "Good, good! I am so old, and this is the first time I have seen Taoism!

This Buddha statue is exquisitely carved, and the demeanor of Guanyin is carved out. What a living and compassionate Guanyin Bodhisattva!"

Seeing that he liked it, the abbot smiled and said: "If the mage is happy, I will send you an offering!"

After hearing this, Hui E hastily bowed his hands together.

He took the Guanyin Buddha statue and was overjoyed. He planned to go back to Dongying to build a temple to make offerings to, so that all living beings in Dongying could come to worship.

After leaving Mount Wutai, we traveled to Mount Jiuhua again, and finally came down from Mount Wutai and sailed back to China from Lingjiang Estuary.

On this day, Hui E respectfully invited the Avalokitesvara Buddha statue carved from sandalwood to go abroad to Dongying.

But when the boat arrived at the ocean surface of Mount Putuo, a strong wind suddenly blew up, causing the boat to topple from side to side and spin around.

Huie had no choice but to sail the boat into a cave in Putuo Mountain, drop the anchor and lower the sails, and wait for the strong wind to subside before leaving.

The next day, Hui E set sail, but just as the ship sailed out of the mountain, a cloud of gray-white smoke suddenly rose from the ocean, constantly hindering the ship's progress.

Hui E had no choice but to return to the ocean surface of Mount Putuo again, sail the boat into the cave, drop the anchor and lower the sails, and wait for the smoke to dissipate before leaving.

On the third day, the sky was clear, radiant, and multi-colored. Hui E walked into the cabin and looked up. He saw a majestic and colorful archway in the middle of the colorful clouds.

Hui E set up the boat and headed eastward, but before sailing far, the sailboat suddenly stalled. He looked down and saw iron lotus flowers floating in the sea, surrounded by sailboats.Hui E was shocked, so he knelt in front of the Guanyin Buddha statue and prayed: "If all living beings in Dongying have no chance to see the Buddha, I will follow the direction pointed by the master and build another temple to support my Buddha."

The man set up the boat and headed eastward, but before sailing far, the sailboat suddenly stalled.

He looked down and saw iron lotus flowers floating in the sea, surrounded by sailboats.

Hui E was shocked, so he knelt in front of the Avalokitesvara Buddha statue and prayed: "If all Japanese people have no chance to see the Buddha, I will follow the direction indicated by the master and build another temple to support my Buddha."

Before the words fell, a "bang" was heard suddenly, and an iron bull drilled out from the bottom of the sea.
