#1175 - Chapter 1175 What You Said Is Too Profound
"Grandpa! Please, you have to think of something! Didn't you say the technology here is very advanced? How can they not be able to heal A'Rao?" A'Diao said anxiously.
"This…," Xing Ming stammered, trying to soothe him, "A'Diao, don't get so worked up."
"Grandpa! A'Rao is a girl; how can she live with only one arm? You have to find a way!" A'Diao couldn't calm down at all.
"Child! Grandpa doesn't have a solution either! General Xing Luo has a powerful background; we can't afford to offend him," Xing Ming said with difficulty.
"You may be afraid of him, but I'm not! Tell me where he is, and I'll go find him myself!" A'Diao said firmly, seeing that Xing Ming had said such unpromising words.
"Nonsense! Molun, you keep an eye on him! He is absolutely not allowed to leave here without my permission!" Xing Ming said sternly.
"Yes, sir!" Molun obeyed.
"No! You can't do this!" A'Diao didn't listen to him and turned to run.
But this was a small world; without activating the entrance, he couldn't escape.
Xing Ming shook his head, sighed, and didn't stop him.
Molun was worried something might happen and immediately chased after him.
"Molun!" Having not run far, Xing Ming called out to him.
"Chieftain," Molun stopped and turned back, waiting for instructions.
"Molun, enlighten him," Xing Ming said weakly.
"Yes, sir!" Molun stood at attention, saluted, and then turned and left.
A'Diao ran and ran through the city, running past one street and then another.
He didn't know where the exit was, so he ran while looking up to find it.
But no matter how much he looked, he couldn't find that circular opening.
He knew that the opening probably wasn't always there.
An hour later, he stopped.
Regardless of where he was, he plopped down on the ground.
Molun jogged up and sat beside him. He didn't say anything, just quietly accompanied him.
The two of them just watched the street, from dawn till dusk.
"Captain Molun, can you let me out?" A'Diao asked.
"If the Chieftain agrees, I have no problem," Molun replied.
He didn't directly refuse because he didn't want to be on the opposite side of him in the conversation.
A'Diao gave a self-deprecating bitter laugh and stopped talking.
That was just nonsense; his grandfather would never agree.
Two more hours passed.
A'Diao spoke again:
"Captain Molun, who exactly is this General Xing Luo that Grandpa mentioned?" A'Diao asked.
"You want to hear?" Molun turned to look at him, asking with a smile.
He had been waiting for these words for the past few hours.
"Yes," A'Diao nodded slowly.
"This is a very old and very long story; do you have the patience to listen?" Molun asked.
"Anyway, I can't get out; tell it slowly," A'Diao replied.
"The thing is like this…"
Immediately, Molun told the story of the past of Sirius, and how General Xing Luo helped humans resist the intelligent Dragon Three and helped them escape to Blue Star.
"So, this Dragon Three is the bad guy?" A'Diao asked.
He was a little sensitive to the name Dragon Three.
Perhaps coincidentally, his bandit chieftain was also called Dragon Three.
"To be precise, he is not a person, just a machine," Molun explained.
"Is it possible that Dragon Three is the good guy, and General Xing Luo is the bad guy?" A'Diao asked.
He had no good feelings for Xing Luo and was unwilling to accept the fact that he was the great hero who saved humanity.
"How is that possible? Humans were kept in captivity by him for decades; that is an undeniable fact," Molun shook his head.
"Before that intelligent Dragon Three, wasn't there another Dragon Three? If he was a bad person, he could have controlled you like the intelligent Dragon Three, so why did he voluntarily resign from the position of speaker and leave Dragon Country?" A'Diao retorted.
"This… I don't know," Molun shook his head.
"I know why he resigned from the position of speaker," A'Diao said.
"Why?" Molun looked at him, asking curiously.
"Because he was confused," A'Diao replied.
"Confused about what?" Molun asked.
"Confused about why everyone opposed him," A'Diao replied.
Dragon Three was resisted by all the people of Dragon Country because of the popularization of anti-virus serum. Under the deliberate instigation of the intelligent Dragon Three, it was even raised to the height of conspiracy theory.
In addition, Dragon Three was originally from a small role, and his mentality was not very good. After being misunderstood by everyone, he was disheartened and retired in seclusion.
So, A'Diao said this, and there was nothing wrong with it.
"That's normal. Anyone facing everyone's doubts is prone to self-doubt," Molun replied.
"What you said is too profound, I can't understand it very well. I only know that people who can easily give up the position of leader must be good people in essence," A'Diao said.
